Laundry was great. Ac great. Room very clean. Although on my last day I saw a small roach in the room. The mattress was crooked/slanted. Not comfortable. But the room was spacious and served its purpose.

I would rate my stay at WoodSpring Suites Orlando I-4 & Convention Center 2 stars. I chose this hotel due to limited options during the Kitchen and Bath Show in Orlando, and while it was on the affordable side, you get what you pay for. I didn’t expect luxury, but there were still a few notable issues. There were no toiletries provided, no room service on the second day, and the bed was an uncomfortable metal frame that squeaked with every movement. Regarding my colleague’s room, there was no hairdryer. Despite requesting one on the first evening, we were informed it would be available the next day. However, even after follow-ups, no hairdryer was provided the next morning, and we were told one might be available the following day — which was after our departure. In addition, I paid for two rooms but only received the invoice for one. On a positive note, the hotel was clean, and the coffee was hot. It’s an okay option for the price, but I’ll choose a more convenient hotel and book earlier next time.

Terrible service. We paid $450 a night and there is no iron, no coffee, and the kicker was there was no hairdryer. The coffee in the lobby was terrible, and upon arrival, the check-in was horrible. The room was clean. The pillows are every bit of 10 years old. Just not a good experience.

All amenities are kept at the front desk, there’s signage all over giving the feel that it’s a dorm or a very extended stay for a lot of families. The staff was very kind and informative but I stayed for 13 days, took my own trash out and switched my own towels. Never once did anyone attempt to clean or service my room.

When a representative did finally come he checked me in and was handing me the room keys and at that time told me the elevator was out. I told him I have multiple disc herniations and couldn't carry things up 4 flights and asked for a lower floor. He said sorry fully booked.

I’m rating two starts because the elevator was not working during my stay. Also no amenities like shampoo, conditioner or even a hair dryer where available. For $100 a night expect at minimum these type of amenities. The bed was not comfortable it felt more like a motel than a hotel experience. It was clean and no bed bugs.

The staff was very sassy and not pleasant the first room they tired to put me in smelled like a smoke house despite the property is supposed to be a non-smoking property. The beds were horrible just horrible and people were hanging outside in the parking lot as if they were having a parking lot party drinking smoking and playing music I wasn’t sure if it was a hotel or a apartment complex having a community party I personally would not visit again.

The laundry washer and dryer does not clean the laundry and clothes does not be dry within 45mins. This was the worst stay. The only thing good was the stores we were able to go to around the way. They did not have any room service come in between my week stay to clean my room. My room needed to be swept so bad it was ridiculous.

I chose this hotel for the convenience of what I was doing for the day. Check-in was very easy and the staff were very friendly. I was disappointed with my room however. In the bathroom I only had two towels and two washcloths. No hand towels, no bath mat towel, no shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion, no tissues, no hair dryer. The room had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and a stove however no plates, no bowls, no pots and pans, no silverware, nothing. My bathtub was dirty and the bed was just a mattress laying on top of a metal frame. The mattress was practically off one side when I went to get in the bed. It was very loud and I can even hear the neighbors bed all throughout the night because every time you would move it would be noisy. And the toilet would automatically start running all throughout the night. I would not choose this hotel again.

Great hotel for anyone that wants a reasonable price if stay. No matter if you are staying for a couple days to maybe a month. You won’t regret your decision of the stay.

I found WoodSprings in my search to find an extended stay hotel as I’m working in the area. The hotel and front desk staff itself is great. Room was perfect, fridge and a small cooktop. The area it’s in, not so great. Next door is a 7/11, and you can find peddlers, homeless, vagrants, and panhandlers. I cut my stay short due to drug usage on the premises. It was not a safe environment.

The entire night/morning there was people running around upstairs and making a bunch of noise (dropping metal bottles & making a ton of noise). We tried to call the front desk multiple times at night and in the morning due to not being able to sleep and no one ever answered the phone. I ended up having to go downstairs with my baby to file a complain for a refund and was told no. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

My mom and I were staying in the hotel while one morning around 8:30 am, we had to be disturbed with the maintenance crew. They come to clean up all the air conditioners in our floor.

When we checked in we were advised that the key machine wasn’t working and an employee would have to open the room for us. Okay I understand things happen, the next morning no key. Late evening they could only give us one key. Very annoying to say the least. Price was right. Room was nice and clean.
