Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. The fourth floor smelt damp in the hallway and so did my pillow cases. Rooms are huge. Water pressure in shower wasn’t great. But those things wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. The huge rooms for the price was worth it.

We love this motel. Front staff are very cooperative.
Breakfasts are very nice and tasty. Iroda Fortune is very cooperative and very kind. We will come again here due to kind front desk staff and Iroda.

House cleaning lady didn’t understand English so she skipped our room from cleaning. It is ok.

Room was immaculate. I love the kitchenette. Only problem, the single-cup coffee maker wouldn't turn on. I'm sure they would have replaced it had I called, but it was morning and there was coffee in the lobby, so I went down for that. I believe there is 24 hour coffee/tea/ice water service in the lobby.

The parking cost is extremely high, $25 per day.

The staff who work in the dining room during breakfast hours are neither pleasant nor friendly.

The parking lot was extremely crowded, and I had a very hard time finding an available spot.

It's very well located, but it's very expensive for how old the hotel is.

Room in farthest corner of hotel , did not 20 dollars to park car in lot that i just paid good money to stay at property. The hotels do not treat you the same when you book outside like expedia etc. The breakfast was just ok . The only employee that was great was the breakfast liaison

The hotel needs major renovations. It is dirty, smell like dogs everywhere and was noisy due to dogs barking during the night. My room had some problems with the sprayer in the sink not working. I told the front desk of the problems, but they seemed to not care. It seems like they are use to hearing the same complaints. I would not recommend this location unless you like sleeping in filth. The hotel catered to the dogs more than they did the paying guest.

bathroom light fixture kept popping out from ceiling violently multiple times, we fixed it and continued to occur. The smoke alarm in the bedroom went off for 20-30seconds every time someone opened the door after a shower and steam exited, often early in the Morning. Elevator was broken so only one available all weekend and often waiting for use of elevator. We also got stuck I. Said elevator.

Wonderful establishment and super clean!

I was very pleasantly surprised.
Upon our arrival we were greeted by the kindest person at the front desk.
When making the reservation I stated we were celebrating my son’s 20th. They brought up a bag full goodies to him and told him happy birthday.
When we got to the room everything was perfect. The room was extremely clean which is a huge deal to me. The bathrooms were impeccable and the towels were clean and newly bleached. Again, another huge deal for me.
The room was stocked with all the little extras like scrub pad, dish soap, coffee, dishwasher detergent and more.
We truly didn’t need to provide a thing.
Breakfast was great too!
Fully stocked and was never lacking anything. The breakfast items changed each day too. Overall we were so very pleased with our stay. I would like to state that it was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do.
Disney Springs, some shopping areas, and Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure.

Broken TV caused us to have to switch rooms to a different floor away from our family and that room had a broken toilet so we had to get a plunger from the front desk. In the process of us moving rooms my key fob was lost. Hotel was not very helpful had to pay $450 for a new key. The whole weekend was awful. A Hilton hotel would never ruin my weekend like this.

Didn’t like that I was not made aware of that this property changes parking fees, two nights $42.60 that’s a bit ridiculous for a guest. The door in the bathroom was in need of maintenance the screws were not tightened, therefore creating a loud noise every time someone went in and out, “free breakfast not worth it the waffle mix was extremely runny therefore make uncooked flapping waffles and was with pork sausage? Everyone can’t eat pork ”the building is in desperate need of pressure cleaning it has mold all over and the window screens are withered so bad that you can’t see out of them from the 3rd floor, an elevator was in disrepair and out of order therefore creating congestion and crowding safety concern

Although I did not request a disabled room, I was told that was the only room available, it was near an elevator and also I locked door, I guess wherever the workers go in and out of so it was extremely loud – there were garbage trucks at 3:30 AM at least two of the nights and the shower. In the king size bedroom was for someone disabled, however the showerhead just went straight out towards the rest of the bathroom and didn’t even spray in the shower area.. It was really strange- there would be water everywhere and I couldn’t even use that shower, but other than that, it was great.

The pros: staff extremely nice and approachable. Location is central and able to walk to everything. Safe area. Clean. The breakfast is the standard hotel breakfast
The cons: elevators are not a/c, down button for elevator on 4th floor not working and seemed it has been out of order for awhile, bathroom tub and bathroom sink not draining, bathroom sink faucet leaking advised of leak and 3 times. All tv stations did not come through on the bedroom TV.

Upon arrival front desk staff was friendly. When we started walking towards the elevators that’s when I realized I made a poor choice in choosing this hotel. The elevator button was not working, had to use other elevator. When we got to our 4th floor the hallway had a fishy/ musty / sewer odor. No ventilation in the hallway and it’s humid. When entering the room I noticed that the smoke detector in the living room was covered with a trash bag. No cups or ice bucket. One of the towels in the bathroom was dirty. The beds weren’t too uncomfortable but the pillows were flat with no fluff, Volume on Tv in the room did not work with the remote, had to manually put the volume up on the tv. I took my kids to the pool and when I got in the pool the water was hot.

We enjoyed our stay here, only a couple of things were off for us. 1 - the carpets/hallways had a musty smell, which we think may be from the constant wetting from persons in and out of the pool. 2 - paying for parking, we have never stayed at a hotel and have to pay for parking at the hotel, however, we can understand that being where the hotel is located and parking is limited, this is how they ensure guests have secure parking.
Otherwise, the staff are all amazing! They even sent my husband a lovely gift bag for his birthday!
Whenever we come to Orlando again, we will stay here for sure.

The building is outdated, continues water leak at the shower which the management is aware when addressed.Gave a tip to housekeeper prior to cleaning the room but it was not thoroughly cleaned. Mattress caved in at the center, intermittent loud sound from the A/C unit.

I loved how close everything was to the hotel, staff was friendly and nice. The building was clean, was eating breakfast outside and noticed how not only was a staff member sweeping around the tables but also behind the lounge chairs and couch's. This was surprising to me but also someone who is afraid of spiders i loved that this was done. The rooms were very clean and the bed was perfect for a nights rest. Overall 10/10

Front desk Samantha ruined this stay. She checked a guest into my room and then lying about it for 3 days while making up different stories and blaming the guest who walked into my room; saying she got keys made at their sister property. The final day, we found an earlier flight home I asked her if we could checkout and get refund since it was only 15 mins past checkout. She once again had negative energy said no. Ok no big deal we will just stay. We leave to the beach for the day and get a notification for our stay. Samantha went and checked us out anyway. I called hotel let them know we were not checking out. Didn’t matter. They bagged my clothes and reset all the keys. Property is clean, housekeepers are good, morning front desk and night audit were good. Samantha ruined an otherwise good stay.

The woman working at check in was SO nice! Me and the kids absolutely loved the little free snacks they had out in the lobby. Such a nice way to interact with the guests and really makes you feel comfortable and welcoming. Will definitely be back just for the hospitality!! Would also like to point out the welcome bag they give you at check-in. Such a nice touch.

Did not love that you have to pay for parking, but because we were only there for one night we didn’t have to. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely be staying again!

Overall, a great stay. We were initially put into the wrong room type, very similar to what we had booked, but it didn't have every amenity that it was supposed to have. Unfortunately, they didn't have the correct room available for our first two night's stay.
The manager, Damon, was extremely helpful and and worked with us to provide a good solution. We encountered a problem and he solved it, just as a good manager should do. The hotel is fortunate to have him on their team. I would whole-heartedly recommend the Residence Inn, Orange County Convention Center.
The property was in good condition. The breakfast was one of the best that I've experienced in a hotel. Service was exceptional!

Left something in the room and contacted the housekeeping and front desk. Was adviced that they were unable to retrieve the items left in the room despite leaving tips for the housekeeping. We are sure we left the items in the room. It is either it was thrown or kept.
