Was only there overnight with that said- the guy who checked me in was very polite and friendly. The room was clean but not enough towels, washcloths and hand towels. No bar soap. But the worst part was that according to my reservation all fees were included- nope there was an $11.99 resort fee when I checked in. Not a good thing in my mind.

It was very spacious quiet and clean. Loved 💜 the bigggg rooms and kitchenette. I also loved that there was cabinet space a closet and plenty of drawers to store stuff. The only thing I would add is a 2 burner glass stove top and it would be perfect. The pool was amazing and had a small pool for small children and hot tub. Thumbs up. One last thing I want to add is the front desk help is great. They are very friendly kind and attentive.I'll definitely be back.thanks

Very nice for the price. We stayed during their soft opening and were met by their incredibly kind and helpful staff! We had a busy schedule at the nearby parks all weekend so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, but it tempted us every time we walked by! Their breakfast area was clean and the food was fresh; consists of the standard continental offerings, a good value for the nominal fee and convenient if you're in a hurry, if you have more time and want a more substantial morning meal there is a Denny's within walking distance. The building sits just behind the highway so I recommend earplugs for light sleepers.

The room was recently renovated. Very nice. Shower was wonderful. Beds comfortable & linens. Issue was with bugs. They were everywhere. Especially on the second day of our stay. Most were very small and moved fast. They got on your person and defiantly do not leave food out. I also killed a couple medium roaches. AC very noisy.

The staff was VERY NICE, attentive and helpful.
The room looked clean at a glance but wasn’t actually at all. I wore white socks while getting ready and by the time I was about to put my shoes, they were black! The place smelled like cigarettes, the heater smelled like I had burn something. The shower had lots of dust and hairs. It almost seems like the had dusted the place in months. The blow dryer didn’t work. We had trouble with the tv but eventually figured it out, now the control! The control was another story, it was so dirty! Sticky and dirty! We tried going to the pool but again, like many things it wasn’t clean. The jacuzzi never had any hot water.

First: the hotel's website links to another location near Universal Studios, which is quite ugly and has poor facilities. Second: there is misleading advertising. The website states that there is transportation for guests to the parks, a lie. The only available time slot is 7:30 AM, and the park opens at 10:00 AM. Therefore, it's impractical, increasing our costs by $300. Certainly, with that amount, we could have stayed in a better hotel. This loss will be claimed in court due to misleading advertising. Third: if you don't request room cleaning, they don't do it; what seems like an obligation becomes our obligation to remind them. The only good point is the attentive night attendant, who is attentive to guests.

They also charged around $12 extra per night that wasn’t said anywhere and their excuse was really poor; something about booking through Expedia and the small print (?) nonsense but well, parking is free.

We were placed in room 411, where the noise from the highway traffic was extremely loud, making it impossible to have a peaceful night’s sleep. After spending the entire day walking around the parks, rest was essential, and unfortunately, the constant car noise prevented us from sleeping properly.

I was due to check in at 230am and when I got there at 210am the front desk said the cut off was 2am and he almost cancelled my reservation. That was not indicated in the messages from hotels and the front desk said hotels does not share email or phone numbers for guest.

Have stayed here many times . Pool is always great and heated . Free coffee and tea always out . They also leave bowls and utensils out there which is amazing and always comes in handy on the go . Staff is always friendly, one of their maintenance guys even helped me once to get a security tag off a shoe when the store forgot to take it off. Walking distance to restaurants and icon park which is our probably our favorite part . A little sad the hot tub has been broken the last 4-5 times we have stayed here but its not listed in description anymore, but once that is fixed will be so happy .

Had to go to a check out room that hadn't bern cleaned yet to use that dryer. Staff was helpful in this regard and at check in and out. Breakfast consisted of waffles and other standard cold breakfast fare. Looked unappealing so skipped and didn't need to pay $12pp. Misleading shuttle info, the shuttle offered does not go to Epic Universe.

We got there and first things the key didn't work told them i was told someone would come fix it decided to go to the office and got two more keys that didn't work. They left us standing outside for over 20 minutes in the cold . I requested another room. The curtain didn't close on side had to use bandages to hold it to the wall. It was so noisy all night we could hear the pool gate bring opened and closed.

Checking into this hotel was very awkward. I have stayed in this area many times. I've never had to have the front desk take a picture of me and to photocopy my driver's license. The whole check-in process made things feel sketchy.

Inside the room The TV did not work. I even tried to plug the power cord into different areas to see if I could get it to work and it would not. I didn't mind too much because I was only staying there one night. But still the TV should work.

If you do get a room that is facing west, good luck on sleeping if you are a light sleeper. As the traffic sounds like it is right inside the room with you. But like they say you pay for what you get.

This is a good budget hotel. Has spacious rooms, comfy bed, a good kitchen area and a very good location. Some downsides are the noisy ariconditioner counsel, one of the elevators was down for renovation and the park shuttle never arrives at the hotel.

This is a classic case of you get what you pay for. The staff was nice and the property was ok. Lots of things were out of service like the elevator and the spa (and we were still charged a resort fee daily). That was maybe the most upsetting thing — the hidden resort fee of $11 per day once we got there. I hate hidden fees like that. Also found a cockroach in our room, which we didn’t love

The room itself was satisfactory for the money. However, first I was charged a resort fee when I was already told that I had paid the amount that included all fees. I had a separate reservation the day before in a different room and was not charged a fee then. Both were booked the exact same way. Second, I had no heat and was given the run around for three days that someone would come check it. On the third day the front desk person told me they don’t have the part. I asked how she knew that when no one had even been by the room. She said she didn’t know. Next I was told someone would be by in 5 minutes to check, no one showed. The next day someone finally came and said they would be back in 10 minutes with a new unit. No one ever came back. No one would offer any compensation as they did not have another room to put me in. The staff there was not friendly or helpful at all.
