We rented two units. Unit 105 was very nice and the one maintenance issue we had was addressed promptly. The other unit - 410 had a mold issue. The room smelled horribly - even after the ozone generator was ran. The staff was responsive and moved us to a new room. The new room also had a mold issue in the shower ceiling and the smell permeated throughout the unit. We do not have the humidity of Florida in our home state so maybe this is not unusual. Unfortunately, the mold did make one of our rep's sick and she was unable to attend the conference. Again, the staff was lovely but some of these units need to address the mold issue.

I couldn't recommend this property enough! When we first arrived we couldn't get our door unlocked, customer service answered within 3 minutes and we were inside just a moment later! The entire grounds are so nice and having access to both pool areas was fantastic. Both pool areas were gorgeous and so wonderful for kids! We will be staying here again!
