This was a a great hotel. It was clean and everyone we encountered was friendly. The pools were nice and warm. My only issues were no microwave in the room, we had to go to the lower level to heat something up. The parking rates were high. $36 per night to self park is crazy to me since I'm paying to stay. It should be discounted for those staying versus those there for an event especially since you have to park so far away.

We ate at the burger restaurant on site and their food was fantastic. So tasty!

The pools were well stocked with towels and the water was nice and clean.

Got a great rate to stay at the hotel for a night. However, self parking was almost half the price of the room, and it was almost a mile walk to the lobby of the hotel I was a little annoyed by that. Impressive banquet hall as I walked through that hallway and the room was adequate for a night did not take advantage of the amenities.

Went for a convention & stayed longer to experience the resort. Beautiful space. Pools were great. Food was awesome. Saying all of that the staff were the best part. Not one negative or even luke warm reaction. Greeted by everyone at all times. I visit Orlando time to time for the theme parks and from now on I’ll stay here and drive or shuttle to them instead. Actually relaxing while being close to all attractions. Super close to epic, shuttle available to universal.

The hotel was good. The rooms need remodeling bad but they’re very clean. All carpet with we do not love. For the price, we would stay again. It’s a huge hotel with decent restaurants and room service. Coffee was great when delivered to the room. Be prepared to pay for both self park or valet.

We had an excellent stay overall. The property was very clean, well maintained, and the staff throughout the hotel were professional and welcoming.

The only issue we experienced was with valet service. We waited approximately 40 minutes for our vehicle, and it was only brought after we followed up. We were later informed that the valet attendant had inadvertently returned the keys to the desk. While we understand there was an event and the team was busy, other guests appeared to receive their vehicles within just a few minutes.

Unfortunately, this delay caused us to be late for a dinner reservation, and with two small children who were hungry and tired, it created unnecessary stress.

Aside from this incident, everything else during our stay was very good, and we truly appreciated the cleanliness and hospitality.

Great resort!! We stayed there with our dog for two nights, and they were very accommodating. We took walks on the golf courses around the property, and the views were just spectacular. The rooms need some updating, but they were very clean and the service was outstanding. That’s why we’re giving it 5 stars. Highly recommended!

Here is my honest review. The resort, amenities and food were amazing. The rooms were outdated, very very old decor, carpet, and furniture. Classy, elegant, antique, Spanish vibes throughout the hotel. The beds were deliciously comfortable, room was spacious, with a spacious bathroom. Sink was separate from toilet and bathtub in a standard room with two queen beds.
The food options were great. Three fine dining restaurants, Java cafe offers Starbucks coffees, Boba place was always closed during our Saturday-Monday stay. Mexican restaurant was great, the burger place was amazinggggg and so was the sushi restaurant. See pictures of the food. Our teens enjoyed all the amenities at the hotel. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Thank you Rosen Shingle Creek!
