It’s a very nice place! It was clean, very unique and beautiful. I didn’t realize some of the units were separate from the main building, so we had to walk a bit but there was a very kind staff member who had cleaned the room and offered to walk us there so we didn’t have to wander around looking. It was very quiet, clean, and spacious! We’d definitely come back!

Super amazing and friendly staff. Answered all my questions prior to my stay. Free Breakfast is sit down with table service and is great. I got a veggie cheese omelette with bacon, toast, and fruit every morning. Can’t complain at all the room itself was super clean. The hotel is a little old but very well taken care of. Very reasonably priced for when we stayed there for Forbidden Kingdom Festival. Definitely my go to for next year!

Large room on floor 5 looking towards Orlando theme parks in the main building (pick basic studio for rooms in main building ) and ask for even number room,The best thing about this hotel is the cooked to order breakfast served on real plates and real cutlery and ordered and served at your table with endless coffee and juice and the staff are very friendly and polite,Would we come here again__ in a heartbeat!!!

Staff was friendly. The property itself was a bit run down. The rooms looked to be upgraded and they were clean. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were like sleeping in concrete. The bathroom light was on a motion sensor. As soon as you walk through the door the light goes on and lights up the entire hotel room. Not real convenient if someone else is sleeping. A regular on/off switch would be good. Unfortunately we did not get a chance try the breakfast as we had to check out early. All in all, for the price, I would stay there again for a short stay.

I did not realize it was not in the main building. It was in an out building that was hard to understand from the listing. The whole place did not smell good. It seemed very musty and felt all the outdated. The door to our bathroom wouldn’t close the room felt like they did the bare minimum too create a rental space. I would not stay here again.

This property has so much potential. The decor is great in the foyer. Renovation is happening. I thought I was booking a place with stove and dishes. It was not clear that the rooms were not adjacent and connecting. Requesting an early check in was challenging but I would love to see what the future upgrades and training will yield.

For a family wanting to save money, it is worth it as long as your clear what your actually getting.

The sit down breakfast menu was a nice surprise for a breakfast included hotel. The building seemed to be in transition or upgrading. Restaurants weren't very close so dealing with city traffic was required. Entrance was confusing to us.

The hotel is in an excellent location, attractions and parks are in between 15 to 25 minutes, outlets and shopping malls are also near. We loved the breakfast and the team serving it, they are amazing. The bad thing is that the room was not well clean, the floor was very dirty and the bathroom had hair everywhere, towels had yellow stain and did not seem clean. The carpet hallways were very dirty, they seem like they have not been vacuum in a long time. Would love to come back if it was cleaner.

This hotel is really nice. We had a suite which was huge.
Breakfast was to order which makes a nice change. The restaurant staff serving breakfast were so polite and friendly.
Great location. Very clean. Great value for money

She is a credit to the hotel
We only stayed one night as passing thru but could have stayed a week in that suite.

The property needs renovation, but they were working on things when i was there. The whole 3rd floor is under construction in fact. The included breakfast was 7 out of 10. it offered cooked to order eggs, with sausage (brown and serve brand I'd say) or bacon, toast, coffee, choice of juice and a small cup of fruit. They were not stingy at all with coffee and even juice refills. I had to leave very early on my last day and the day before they made an omelet that i was able to heat in the rooms microwave. That was nice of them! The only real issue is noise from the road outside. Even though it's a few hundred yards away, i could still hear cars racing and trucks going by. if that really bothers you, get a room on the opposite side of the building.

Nos alojamos 6 personas en 2 habitaciones. Al llegar al hotel, los alrededores sucios, la llerva alta, lugares llenos de basura. Al entrar al labby, el personal poco cortes, el cauter en malas condiciones y despintado. Al subir a la habitacion, la alfrombra del pasillo sucia, manchada y pasamanos rotos. Al entrar a la habitacion el piso sucio y el baño manchado y muy poca limpieza. De echo estuve alojado 5 dias y nunca vi a alguien de mantenimiento en el hotel. En el desayuno el personal muy atento y disponible. Pero el desayuno a la carta pobre para escoger. Pase dos veces no me gusto nada. preferimos irnos fuera a desayunar. Verdaderamente muy mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo.

Rooms are accurate to the picture,( we are suckers for spacious rooms and comfy beds) parking was always available, and the parks/food were not more than 20 minutes away. Yeah, the rooms need to be a little bit cleaner. They changed our room from one to another one at middle of the night. I think it was like 1 AM the first room it it was on fifth floor. It was pretty clean, but the second one that they moved us into it was on fourth floor and that was very dirty.

I overall thought it was a decent place to stay.... But... One night they catered a party of some kind and had music blasting that kept us awake on the 4th floor all the way till 12:30 at night. That was ridiculous. The staff should have shut it down at 10pm at the most. The second thing was the towels. They said they had a full house and ran out of towels. We requested them for 2 days and they kept saying they would bring some up right away and never did. Lastly, yes it's an older property. Not bashing them for that but there were so many things that were barely hanging in. It was questionable if our door lock mechanism would keep someone out. Other than that the staff was friendly and the sit down breakfast thing was a nice touch.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and even demonstrated how to unlock our door with the key fob with a replica model.

The waiters at the dine-in were extremely friendly. One of them even remembered the drink I ordered one of the times and asked if I wanted the same thing, and we stayed for multiple days. They cooked food to order.

The room was generously big and clean; there was plenty of space.

The bathtub could be bigger, but overall is still good. The counter in the bathroom has plenty of space. I wish conditioner were included, as there was only shampoo and bodywash, but they give generous amounts.

Breakfast is ordered from menu which is limited to Eggs/omelet, bacon, sausage and pancakes. Drink choices are water, coffee with half and half and sweetener, orange juice, cranberry juice and apple juice. The waiters were very nice and the place was clean. We had a one bedroom king size bed- which was comfortable, clean and no bugs. Overall, for the money paid, it was worth it.

Well there is no way the rating for the rooms are a 9+. We were put in a single story building next door. It looked like an old hospice facility. The rooms had a werid smell. The furniture was beat up and the walls were dirty. Our shower was dirty and their was urine in out toliet. The breakfast was decent in the actual hotel. The waiters were very nice. Wifi was ok.

The room was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was good, and it was a good value for the price. They offered early check-in for a reasonable price. Plenty of free parking, close to a lot of stores and not far from the airport. Nice gym and amenities such as free filtered water, toiletries in bathroom, keurig machine with cups and paper towels, and Roku TV. Good value if just need somewhere clean to stay for a few days. I wouldn’t recommend if looking for a high end place or staying for longer stays. It doesn’t have a pool, is not the quietest, as many people coming and going, and was a little outdated but we were only here for 2 days so it worked for us and we were happy.

This was the strangest hotel room. They walked us out of the hotel, across the parking lot into a building that looked like it was the laundry facility. The shower was so small and the shower nozzle only hit the back wall of the shower, making it impossible to get wet unless you plastered your body up against the shower wall.

Nice clean place, although there was a crack in the window and they could use a little paint here and there- plenty of scuff marks and chipped paint made it rough around the edges, at least to look at. The TV was disappointing- a bunch of apps on the screen for things I did not have access to made it so you basically can't watch TV. I ended up just streaming Youtube videos on my own account through the TV. It would be nice if they could spring for YouTube TV or even Peacock, so it would give you something to watch

Clean rooms and floors all around. The location is about the same distance downtown as to the airport. The building is a little weathered but overall it's a great value. We stayed in a suite which are spacious. They come with a kitchen area and quality furniture. The staff are pleasant and helpful too.
