Hookers galore here. Felt very unsafe. Required a $50 CASH ONLY deposit. If you check out before the office opens at 7am, you won’t get your deposit back. I’m pissed. I tried to cancel the rest of my booking and the system wouldn’t let me.
I went to a different hotel because this place was so terrible! So unless you are looking for hookers, go somewhere else!

Misleading pictures. If it wasn't for the person at the front desk, I would have assumed the property was closed down and or abandoned. Very rough neighborhood. Doesn't feel safe. Very much a low low income/homeless housing type of property. Smells, lots of stains, garbage. Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Ate the cost of 2nd night to go to a nice hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

It didn’t seem safe. Everything was dirty. We didn’t stay. We checked in, went to the room, and immediately checked out with a refund. Cockroaches, spiders, stained sheets, long hair stuck to blanket and sheets, smelled musty…disgusting.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely disgusting place and the staff is even worse. There were bugs all over the room. The bathroom ceiling was leaking water from the second floor. The staff is rude and disrespectful especially the fat bald lady at the front desk. They allow pets but didn’t give me my deposit back because of dog hair on the bed. Make it make sense. Horrible!

Despite saying they don’t accept cash, the deposit is needed in cash. There is not wifi. All of the exterior doors have been broken into so many time that they don’t even lock. The room had mold growing (quite a large visible patch) on the bed frame. I slept one night off my 4 night reservation in the parking lot of my car and then checked out the next day. Not a single question was asked as to why.

Also, the front desk closes from 11pm-7am so if your key decides it doesn’t want to work, you end up locked out of your room. (Hence my spending the first and only night in my car. Well, I guess it saved me from the mold.)

Reception desk in poor conditions. They asked me, when I arrived, $50 cash. I don't use to have cash so I had to go to Wawa to drawing cash. People in surrounding area apparently dangerous homeless. Indeed two scary men offered me drugs.
The conditions of stairways terrible, dirty, with a strong urine smell, cigarettes, Wawa cups on the floor.
Room was in acceptable cleaniness conditions except sink which had evident dried soap or foam traces and a dirty towel.
Despite my reservation was for two nights, I checked out next morning and I looked for other hotel. What a difference!
The reception was almost in ruins with a set of width plastic layers which brought to my mind the causes of that and I could think of due to dangerous people there.

I won't go back there!

What makes a hotel isn't if they have issues , but how they handle issues !!! So not only did we have many issues from bugs, cleanliness,roaches and no hot water ! But when we asked for different room so we could shower , we were meet with attitude and lack of concern or action! Only after a call to corporate was the issue even addressed!! Sometimes you get what you pay for and it was cheap , but it is sad when I would never stay there again even if it was free !! Good luck to the next traveler that rolls snake eyes and has to stay at this terrible place!!

I want to formally express my dissatisfaction with my stay, as the experience was completely unacceptable and very different from what was advertised at the time of booking.

The hotel does not meet basic standards of safety or cleanliness. During the night, a stranger knocked on my window looking for someone else, which created a very unsafe and alarming situation, especially since I was traveling with children. This is completely unacceptable.

Additionally, the property is in very poor condition: it appears run-down, with damaged floors, no WiFi, and there were insects (we found a cockroach in the room). The surrounding area also feels unsafe and does not match the photos shown during the reservation process.

I attempted to cancel the reservation upon arrival, but due to the late hour and the fact that I was traveling with two children, I had no immediate alternative. I had also booked two rooms.

This situation constitutes false advertising and a serious failure to meet basic safety and quality standards. Therefore, I request a proper review of my case and an appropriate resolution, including a refund or compensation.

I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.

The staff wouldn’t turn off Netflix to talk to us or make eye contact. All she asked was when we were checking out and I said 5 am cause we have a flight. She pointed to a paper taped to the window saying no check out before 7. I told her we had a flight and she said “you’ll have to cancel” and we got charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the hotel rate when we were turned away due to wanting an EARLY checkout

The only time I’ve ever been actually completely scammed by a hotel, they promised by email twice my 75 year old father would have access to his room at midnight, the lobby was more than closed it was taped up and in renovations.
None of the photos from the Expedia listing match the actual facility.
And they refuse to issue a refund.

No wifi, they working on getting it back up to par, ive stayed in worse, so overall property was adequate for me. Not very family friendly establishment but wasnt my purpose anyway. My gripe is the lady in morning stealing my deposit refused to give it bavk claiming there was blood on sheets. I repeatedly told her no it was soy sauce from the pork pot sticketz we had eaten it wasnt blood. She said 2 housekeepers said it was blood. I asked to talk to them to aske if it was possibly soy sauce cause it was brown i know i spilt it. She refused to grant my request and was a nasty c you next Tuesday for real and straight kept my cash. Shes lucky im a reformed eff up, or shed definitely wouldve tasted the side of my hand, but ive come along way since my hellion days. Anyway hotels.com should remove them from their list cause the police told me that lady does that to everyone. The cop said even if we proved it was soy sauce that specific lady would only pick another reason, the police told me yea no one really gets their deposit back here cause she will only move the goal line. So yea do not go here unless you want to spend an extra 50 bucks cash cause you will not get it back. The manager or who ever it that thing is is a nasty thief and hope an old me puts her in her place sometime. Stay away from this dump

I did not feel safe staying here. The front desk closes from 11pm to 7am, so when my flight got in late I barely made it on time only to be sent back out to get cash from an ATM for the \"cash only\" deposit then had to race back to get my room card fixed before closing. The first issue is that the Expedia listing clearly states that non-smoking rooms are available; however, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that only smoking rooms were available. First of all, we couldn't find the place because the sign says Econolodge. It's so dilapidated and run down it doesn't even look like it's open for business. The receptionist gave a rundown of the rules, one of which was no smoking weed on the property or you'd be asked to leave with no refund. I was there 5 days, the people in the room next to mine smoked weed constantly. My room reeked, as did the hallway. These rooms don't have phones, so I went to the front desk twice and complained about the horrible odor of weed, mainly so they didn't think it was me and ask me to leave. The receptionist clearly knew the people personally because she asked which room, then said \"they know they aren't supposed to smoke in the room\" then she got her cell phone and called them. She didn't have to look up their number first, she already knew it! When I returned to my room, the guy in that room was standing in the hall outside our rooms, clearly waiting for me to see who went and said something, gave me a seriously dirty look before going back in his room. The smell never stopped, it seemed to get worse after that. The place is seriously a dump, there were cockroaches in the bathroom and even though they advertise having WiFi, the first thing the receptionist said is there's NO internet. Plus the pictures they post are not accurate. If I hadn't prepaid online, I would NOT have stayed there.

The room was acceptable for the price. However, I had significant issues during check-in. There is a $50 cash deposit that was not disclosed to us in advance. Because of this, I had to go to a local ATM to withdraw cash.

To retrieve the deposit, you must wait until the office opens at 7:00 a.m., which makes early departure impossible. Since I had to leave early, I was forced to return later to get my money back.

Additionally, loud music was playing until 12:00 a.m., and there were people knocking on my door late at night, which made me feel uncomfortable.

The only sign is for the Econo Lodge so I’m sure you can see how that is confusing when my reservation was for the OYO hotel. It appears the Econo Lodge has closed and this new OYO hotel has taken its spot. However, again, still no signage. Second, the woman at the front desk who looked and acted as though she would rather eat her snacks than do her literal job. Her nails were way too long to be sanitary in hospitality. She was not mean, but she was certainly not welcoming either. Third, no where in the booking was I informed that this hotel was a CASH ONLY establishment that was closed from 11pm to 7am. Had I known this, I would not have reserved here because my flight was leaving at 6am and so I had to just donate them my $50 because the lovely lady at the front desk told me it was either that or go somewhere else at 9pm before my 4am wake up. When we received our room key, we were informed there was no WiFi and we had to take out our own trash. Awfully bold of this hotel to assume that trash wasn’t already there along with the many roaches we shared our room with, that got into our food before we could put it in the fridge. Didn’t matter anyway, the fridge also had roaches, and did not work. This hotel should be removed from hotels dot com. They are disguusting and their hotel description is a lie and so are those pictures of the inside of the lobby and room

No wifi, front door has eithe card reader problem or the mechanism is faulty. Almost got locked out the staying night in cold weather.
