最寄駅から逆方面に歩くと、夜遅くまで賑わっているエリアがあり、人が多く行き交っているので危険を感じることなくジャカルタの夜の街や雰囲気を味わうことができた

Good location, small place, not cold enough AC, extra charge for more water bottles and not really sound proof. If the price is cheap then you get what you payed for but if you book it during high season then you are overpaying.

Very welcoming and helpful staffs, but the rooms are just average and bed not very comfortable. Housekeeping is terrible as they never changed towels, or refill soaps and water bottles while cleaning the room, we have to keep calling them everyday to get the amenities.

It was fine. A warm bed, a hot shower, and an electrical socket. It does get loud starting at like 2am when the traffic starts to roll in.

only booked this hotel as it was close to rly stn otherwise would not have stayed there enough said . traffic in jkt is a nightmare you just cant go anywhere1hour 30min to go 5 km.checked out jln jaksa disgusting hole seen its hay day 10years ago .

The hotel staff were very friendly. The room itself was a bit of a disappointment. The walls were grubby. The shower had absolutely no water pressure, and the shower head fell out of the holder as soon as you turned the water on. Either very hot water or cold water. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. We were on the top floor, but you had to walk through a storage area to get to the pool. Bed was clean. Was close to jalan jaksa, but no bars cafes that we expected. Circle K convenience store directly across the street.

I was asked to go to another Cemara hotel since the hotel was fully booked. Insisted on staying at Grand Cemara and later gave us a room. Have stayed at this hotel and generally I am quite satisfied with it.

A nice hotel with excellent staffs.

Stayed here for more than 2 months, so that can attest to my affinity for this hotel.

What I like most is the friendliness and attitude of all the staffs - always smiling and greeting and eager to be of service. When I needed a taxi, two of the staff braved the drizzle to hail one for me, from across the street - how's that for excellent service indeed.

The only problem is the weak Wi-Fi signal and the problems with the aircon. But the maintenance staff were quick to attend and resolved the air-con problems.

I loved the deco of this hotel as it gives a nice ambience.

The morning breakfast gets monotonous as I stayed here for so long though - wished there are more varieties.

Staff are very polite but Housekeeping is wanting. Even when we booked 4 two occupants, 1 coffe cup only provided, complimentary tea n coffee for 1 only. Hot water not available in bathroom till we lodged complaint.

A pleasant environment and the nice ambience. The staffs are always smiling and eager to provide services, which are very good. The room is great and big.

Doesn't cost much to focus on improving room

No mirror in the room, except for one above the wash basin in the bathroom. Staff are very helpful, but the room condition is not good; the walls are the most basic White Wash, they should at least have them properly painted, normal acrylic or polyester paint doesn't cost much... and they are washable, whereas White Wash is basically chalk, and stains cannot be washed off. White fluorescent lights in the bathroom makes it look cheap; it wouldn't cost the hotel any extra for using warm white instead of daylight fluorescence.

Excellent mid tier hotel

This is a very nice middle class hotel. Breakfast is nice, our room had limited light coming in through the windows, so it was a fantastic sleep environment. The room decor is satisfactorily modern. Nothing strangely outdated or cheap as you see in many places in Indo. The pool deck view is beautiful and the location is excellent because it's near Yaksa street and D'consulate. Yaksa street has coin laundry and good indo food.

comfy, friendly, breakfast the worst bit

Great room for sleep as nice and dark and quiet. Friendly staff. Good size. Swimming pool ok but could do with nicer surroundings (sunbeds etc). Breakfast wasn't brilliant but ok, coffee and tea awful. Location pretty good, you can walk to a train station.

何度も泊まっていますが、スタッフも親切。立地もいいと思います。ただ同じグレードの部屋でも微妙に作りが違って、水周りを中心に快適度に差が有ります。

Hotel tua dengan lokasi hebat.

Hotelnya cukup tua, tapi fasilitas kamar sudah diperbarui, kecuali kamar mandi masih gaya lama. Pancuran kurang deras, padahal saya di lt.3 (tidak pakai booster pump ?) AC sudah diganti, jadi tidak berisik. Cukup untuk satu malam. Kalau liburan panjang sih saya akan coba hotel lain.

Grand Cemara menyenangkan.

Menyenangkan. Pelayanan karyawannya baik. Sayang airco nya kurang dingin (tidak bisa dibuat lebih dingin, meski suhunya menunjukkan 16 derajat). Peralatan sanitair di kamar mandi sudah tua, kran showernya bocor. Padahal di kamar executive deluxe. Kondisi sekitar kolam renang pun kurang terawat.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit feundlichem Personal.
Kleiner, aber nett angelegter Poolbereich auf dem Dach des Gebäudes. Frühstücksbuffet mit akzeptsbler Speisenauswahl.
Zimmer ein wenig abgewohnt, aber insgesamt ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

中心部に近く便利

近くのスポットへのシャトルサービスもあり便利。電車を利用するにも便利な立地。ホテルの運転手もだいたい知ってるホテルなのでよかった。

Hôtel bien positionné et bon confort

L'hôtel est parfait pour récupérer du vol. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant mais ici c'est dans les gènes. La chambre est parfaite (à part un débit de douche plus que faible). En revanche je déconseille le Resto, vaut mieux allez dans le centre a deux pas!

Tolles Hotel zentral gelegen

Liegt gut in Zentrum.
Grosse einkaufsmalls, sowie Nationaldenkmal Monas und auch der Zentrale bahnhof Gambir in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.
Hotelpool auf dem Dach!
Nur der SPA-Bereich lässt deutlich zu wünschen übrig, quasi nicht wirklich lohnenswert, dafür in 100m Entfernung Massage und SPA sehr zu empfehlen, etwas teuer, aber gut!

Zimmer sind eine Enttäuschung, aber Top-Lage

Vorteile:
+ absolute Top-Lage! Viel besser geht kaum. Zentral, in eher ruhiger Gegend, die fußläufig erschließbar ist (selten in Jakarta)
+ Einige (nicht alle!) Hotelangestellte sind sehr bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit
+ Sehr schicke Lobby

Nachteile:
- Zimmer entsprechen z.Teil nicht der Beschreibung (z.B. kein Zimmersafe)
- Kein Zimmerwechsel möglich
- Warmes Wasser ging nicht immer
- Kleiderschrank war nicht benutzbar (defekt und innen sehr alt)
- Einige (nicht alle!) Hotelangestellte sind unmotiviert, wenig hilfsbereit und für indonesische Verhältnisse unfreundlich
