Our stay was truly saved by the incredible staff here. I arrived about two hours before our scheduled check-in feeling extremely ill from what I believe was food poisoning. I was actively sick and honestly just needed a bed and a bathroom as quickly as possible. When we explained the situation at the front desk, the team was unbelievably kind and accommodating. They did everything they could to get us into our reserved room as quickly as possible. That act of kindness truly saved the day and our entire family vacation.
The property itself is fantastic and very conveniently located within walking distance of Universal Studios and Universal CityWalk. Because of how close it was, I was able to rest and recover in the room while my husband and kids still got to enjoy the first day of our trip.
The amenities were great and ended up being incredibly helpful given our situation. Being able to order ginger ale from the bar and purchase medicine right in the lobby made a big difference while I was recovering. The shuttle to and from the park was a nice perk as well, though the walk is only about 8 minutes and very manageable.
After long days at the park, the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and easing sore legs from all the walking.
I would absolutely recommend this property for families or anyone looking for a clean, safe, and accommodating place to stay. The staff was so friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. I’m very grateful to them for taking such good care of us.
