We had a fabulous two day stay at the Swan to celebrate my birthday! Beautiful property, comfortable clean rooms and great restaurants. Plus it was walking distance to the Boardwalk and Epcot. We will be back!!

I was given the choice to upgrade my room to better view room. We decided to do the upgrade instead of viewing the parking lot. Our view was not better. It basically was blocked by canopies and it did not include a balcony so we basically paid 90 bucks for nothing.
No breakfast options really and there was a convention there so trying to get around the property to do swimming activities and stuff like that. Security wasn’t very nice. Couldn’t really navigate through the hotel very well.

Location 10/10. Aesthetically great- very beautiful. The walls are thinner than toilet paper. It felt like the people next door were literally in our room. Accommodating… not so much. Parking is $40, there’s no free refills (if you’re used to actual Disney hotels). Food selection and coffee not good.

Perfect stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Resort. Amazing location—easy walk or boat ride to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the beds were great after long park days. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and staff was friendly and efficient. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would absolutely stay here again

Everything was great except for the wifi. I was unable to get it to work on the iPad. I only wanted it at night to use white noise for my child to sleep. Had I known I would have brought a sound machine. Considering how amazing the rest of the hotel was it was a shame that couldn’t work. I would have been ok with this but the hotel staff member gave me a code because she got annoyed I could not find a non-existent button. Then she hung up before I could see if the code worked, which it didn’t. Other than that the hotel was amazing

Booked a king bed room, got a room with 2 beds. Too tired after journey there to go back downstairs to change rooms plus we had plans that evening to see a concert in downtown Disney. Stay was for 2 nights which only requires housekeeping once, they didn’t do it so that was a call to get it done.

Stayed at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel. Overall, everything was great—clean rooms, good service, and excellent location. Parking at $40/day. be aware of an additional $100 per day in extra service/hotel fees that are not clearly specified.
It’s within walking distance to Epcot, and buses to the other parks run about every 15 minutes, which is very convenient.

I stayed at the Walt Disney World Swan Resort with three adults and a one-year-old baby, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.

The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I accidentally locked my credit card, and as a result, our room was locked as well. We arrived at the hotel around 9:00 PM, and I went to the front desk to explain the situation. The employee told me it would take a short time to unlock the door, but we ended up waiting for hours with no solution.

Around 1:00 AM, they finally gave us another room so the baby could have a diaper change and go to sleep. Meanwhile, I had to stay outside waiting because my medication was inside the locked room. It wasn’t until nearly 2:00 AM that they were finally able to open the original room.

What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of apology or concern from the hotel staff for the inconvenience and stress they caused—especially while traveling with a baby.

Also, what I found most absurd is that the hotel charges $40 per day for self-parking. On top of that, the hotel breakfast was horrible compared to other hotels or resorts.

I would not stay at this hotel again.

Standard room, nothing special. Door not very sound, could hear everything in the hallways. Bathroom didn’t have working fan and facility could use upgrade. My bed mattress was lopsided, felt like I was sleeping on a slope. Convenient to everything. The views were spectacular. Needs more quick service food options available in the hotel at reasonable prices. Parking in Orlando area hotels is outrageous and getting worse everywhere.

Clean, quiet, super convenient to get to Fisney parks. Beautiful location. Main pool with slide was freezing… too cool for kids to go in. Smaller pool was warm but super crowded since main/ big pool was so cold. Sean boats are fun!many restaurants but most don’t open mid day so not many options for lunch. Very nice staff in the little Disney store.

I knew nothing about the Swan or Disney World properties and due to flight delays ended up here for 24 hours via Expedia. Everything was seamless and I lucked into a corner view room. The water shuttle made exploring Epcot and The Boardwalk not at all exhausting during such a short stay. Every restaurant was delicious and the service outstanding!

Parking (self park) was easy and convenient with a short walk to lobby. Restraunt services we very good and breakfast was on par with prices exoected $15-20 . Service was good and staff efficient. Water taxi to Epcot and other resorts was great, Epcot drops you near tge French area. Rooms were very clean, updated modern and well maintained. Beds abd pillows were fitmer than what i liked. Bathroom amenities were high quality.

The Swan is a very nice place to stay at Disney World, especially if you spend any time at Epcot, Hollywood Studios or the Boardwalk, which are all accessible by speedy water taxi. The breakfast was also quite good. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Typically stay at Disney resorts but wanted to give Swan a try. Wonderful experience. Grotto pool was awesome with drinks and food ordered from your chair and brought to you with a smile. Easy access to Disney board walk and boats to Epcot and HS. Already booked our next stay.

The only two things I had an issue with were the parking and the pillows. Valet parking was $53 and self-parking was $42, which felt pretty steep. Also, the pillows in our room weren’t very comfortable.

Amazing place. The location for Disney park access is the best!!!! Walk or boat to Epcot and Hollywood. $12usd Lyft rides to animal kingdom and magic kingdom. Free bus service as well to the parks. 20 mins to universal parks.
Hotel and grounds are beautiful. Rooms are very clean and new. The beach is great! Loved our stay.

It was very bad. The conditioner was only on no automatic. We got so cold and they charge me extra for room service. Anywhere I go they come they do room service. They never charge me for it only in this hotel plus they charge me for the water ball I’m not gonna visit never ever in my life. I’m not gonna suggest to my friend family to visit this hotel super expensive.

Room had a great view and resort has always been a great gateway to the magic kingdom, particularly EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Check-in was a little rough, there was a little difficulty getting he’ll with our baggage but it was the only bump in a great stay. The restaurants were great, although we missed Don Shula’s Steakhouse. The Garden Grove was a hidden gem and a great place to start your day.
Great place very nice room and good people, a winning formula every time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. On-site restaurants were excellent especially Kimonos and the Italian restaurant. The Mexican restaurant at the Dolphin hotel across the courtyard was also a delight. Wonderful walking or boat access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Had a terrific Galentines weekend with my daughter.
