Good hotel

The location is very good. Near Jao Fernandez beach and downtown, a few minutes walking. The hotel has parking, this is valuable because the parking in buzios in measured. The breakfast very rich, fresh.
The room is small, beautiful.
The only negative was that at checkout there was a misunderstanding with the pool towels

A good place to stay

Stayed 6 days at the end of a busy tour of part of Brazil. Enjoyed the stay. Pool was usually quiet and good to have a gym. Breakfast very good. Service was usually good. Not much English spoken in Brazil but everyone tried to help. Close enough to walk to several beaches if you don't mind 5-10 minutes walking.
Our room 17 - upstairs - with great views from the balcony and good evening sun.

Great location - disappointing staff

The location and setup of this hotel is really nice.
Unfortunately the service can't keep up with that.
We had several issues and did ask several times to see the hotel manager.
He decided not to show up in any of the four days we stayed and did send an unsigned letter to compensate for all the issues we had. That the internet is not working for almost 24h can happen but getting fooled by the staff and treated like idiots - sorry not paying for that.
Also using credit cards without any authorization is not the way I would expect in a hotel (price) like this. On top we were struggling with aunts in our rooms over the full period of stay (can happen in this areas). As we had tons of them we did ask to spray some anti aunt spray or so - unfortunately they only got rid of them during their regular room cleaning - so 30min after they left the full family was back - we could not put anything in the bathroom or on the floor.

O banheiro do quarto não estava em boas condições no início da hospedagem. Precisei pedir algumas coisas, como mais material de banheiro e manutenção de água que apresentava vazamentos. Tudo foi muito bem resolvido e seguimos com a hospedagem. O hotel é ótimo e também é escolhido por famílias por apresentar uma coberta e ampla área kids + salão de jogos. Essa área do hotel precisa ser melhor cuidada com manutenção e renovação. Prece ter sido esquecida no decorrer das obras de expansão (+quartos e + piscina). Observamos também que não está acontecendo a limpeza dos cantos da área externa da cozinha. Há acumulo de lixos dos cafés da manhã. Que o estabelecimento atente para esses detalhes e que o sucesso e a melhoria contínua esteja com o Empresário e seus colaboradores.

Equipe educada, atenciosa. Ótima localização. Tudo bem limpinho, inclusive os quartos. Uma sugestão, seria colocar mais ganchos no banheiro para pendurar roupa... e a área Kids à noite é muito escura e bem quente. Precisamos ficar pegando o controle do ar para ligar e desligar.

O quarto é confortável, porém o atendimento foi péssimo!
Em um dos episódios, minha esposa pediu para trocar os cobertores e foi completamente ignorada! Ela solicitou a troca e quando se dirigiu ao quarto, viu que os mesmos ainda estavam lá. Quando foi abordar o recepcionista, o mesmo disse que ela estava mentindo. Além disso, a maioria dos funcionários não tratava com profissionalismo, parecendo que estavam em um ambiente informal.

Pousada simples mais para casais do que família.

Pousada bem próximo das praias Azeda e Azedinha, podendo ir a pé, 10min no máximo. Ficamos em 2 quartos na pousada durante o final de semana. A pousada não possue concierge apenas uma pessoa na recepção então não tem ninguém nem carrinho p/ levar malas...O quarto de casal que ficamos era o mais luxuoso, foi excelente tudo bem moderno e bem decorado, porém o banheiro precisa toalheiro. Já no quarto mais simples, poderiam melhorar a iluminação, pois não possui iluminação no teto apenas nas paredes. A parte de refeição apenas o café da manhã era bom, mas as refeições não eram saborosas e bem feitas. Não possui jantar e encerra cedo a cozinha.

Boa pousada em João Francisco. Atendimento e limpeza muito bons. Entrada e saída sem complicação, e o pessoal da pousada é muito simpático. O funcionário Alex nos recebeu com educação e rapidez.
A pousada não tem acessibilidade, e fica numa subida: esperem muitos degraus até o seu quarto.
A pousada não tem estacionamento, demos sorte de parar na mesma rua da pousada e não precisar pagar estacionamento extra.
O café da manhã estava bem fraco: frutas que não estavam com bom aspecto, alem de alguns pães já dormidos.
A vista é belíssima, da janela onde ficamos.
Tinha uma obra bem ao lado da pousada, começando o falatório de pedreiros ainda antes das oito horas. Não nos foi comunicado.
A praia do João Fernandes é um caos - assim como toda a cidade no verão.
Não aconselho ir a cidade mesa época - tudo caro, cheio, lotado, exaustivo.

Foi tudo ótimo! Limpeza impecável, funcionários atenciosos e muito conforto.
Só prestem atenção na hora de fazer a reserva por esse site,pois coloquei 2 adultos e 2 crianças e quando cheguei no hotel a reserva só tinha para 2 adultos. Enfim,tive que pagar uma taxa extra para um filho e o outro tinha cortesia.
Mas à estadia do hotel foi muito bom,adorei!!!

Hotel agradável, bom café da manhã e próximo a praia João Fernandes, porém não possui vagas de estacionamento, o que nos deixa muito estressados, pois chegamos a noite da rua e não tinha vagas próximo ao estabelecimento, tivemos q pagar diárias a prefeitura de Búzios e ficamos preocupados com o carro na rua o dia inteiro !!

O estabelecimento acabou com o estacionamento para ampliar as instalações, não faz parceria para atender os hóspedes que chegam com carro próprio e isso gera um transtorno e despesa extra. Tive que deixar o carro na rua, pagar 70,00 com 2 diárias para a prefeitura Municipal e meu carro ainda foi arranhado. Café da manhã medíocre, servido das 8h até às 11h, às 9h já não tinha alguns alimentos, não houve reposição. Funcionários simpáticos e educados. Boa localização para quem chega sem veículo próprio.

Ótimo hotel, café da manhã bom, piscina, academia tbm, mas escolhi ele por ter estacionamento e na verdade não tem. O carro fica na rua, embora tenha câmeras e a rua seja pouco movimentada, isso foi um problema pra mim.

Lugar muito agradável

A única que fiquei chateada, foi no almoço, veio pouquíssimo arroz no prato individual e pedi que a funcionária colocasse um pouco mais, e meu pedido foi recusado e o valor do prato não foi barato. Fiquei frustrada.

Bom porém não preocupado com o hóspede.

Hotel possui uma boa estrutura, confortável e limpa. Entretanto são pequenos detalhes que acabam afastando o hóspede de uma próxima vez. Ao meio dia em ponto ligaram para o quarto mandando desocupar, sendo que o proximo check in é as 14 horas. Disponibilizam cápsulas de café nespresso como cortesia. A cafeteira com recipiente de água vazio e uma garrafa de água mineral do lado. Presume-se que é para fazer o café. Ai no final cobram a água.
Enfim, coisas pequenas que, em uma escolha com outro hotel de mesma categoria, me fariam optar pelo outro mais atencioso.

Não recomendo a estadia

Infelizmente nossa estadia foi decepcionante!
Criamos muita expectativa no hotel, pois as fotos apresentadas eram encantadoras, o atendimento deixou muito a desejar pra não dizer que foi (péssimo).
Logo no check in fomos atendidos por um funcionário que parecia não ter tido treinamento para tal função, todas nossas perguntas e indagações só eram respondidas após uma ligação para outro setor.
Éramos em 3 pessoas e estávamos com 1 bebê de 1 ano e um bebê de 3 meses. Ele nos abordou informando que estávamos com 2 crianças e por esse motivo teria que cobrar mais uma estadia!

NUNCA TIVEMOS ESSE PROBLEMA EM QUALQUER OUTRO HOTEL.

Consultei meu advogado, e fui informada que essa conduta não era legal, só poderia cobrar por crianças acima de 5 anos. Depois de muita discussão foi nos apresentado como solução pagar 30% do valor da estadia para acomodar mais uma criança. Decidimos acatar para manter nossa sanidade metal e não acabar com o passeio.
O quarto estava com cheiro de mofo a cama era desconfortável, o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar.


O problema maior foi que próximo a área KIDS existem várias janelas altas que pegam até o chão e uma delas não estava trancada e meu filho de apenas 1 ano colocou a mão e ela girou, quase ocasionou um acidente, se não estivesse próximo a ele e não tivesse segurado ele teria caído de uma altura de mais ou menos 3 metros.
Enfim, decepcionante é estressante nossa estadia

Café da manhã (tipo continental) bom, mas sem direito a escolha de itens ou quantidades (o que acaba gerando um grande desperdício de alimentos).
Boa localização.
O único problema que tivemos foi que havia uma barata escondida nas cortinas ou no ar condicionado na primeira noite. Havia um veneno aerossol no quarto (por conta de pequenos insetos que podem aparecer), que pareceu não ter efeito algum sobre a barata mas me causou dificuldade respiratória significativa...

Alguns pontos a melhorar!

O hotel tem muitos pontos a melhorar !
Pontos negativos: em plano sábado em frente nossa varanda funcionários cortando grama tirando completamente nossa privacidade.  Acredito que a manutenção do hotel deveria ser feita em dias úteis. A piscina é bem ruim e não há barraca de sol ,inclusive, a piscina tem uma parte quebrada pontuda de pedra que qqr pessoa pode se ferir gravemente ali ( descer um palmo de água rapidamente resolveria o problema com conserto). Não foi permitido nos servir no café da manhã, apenas as funcionárias podiam colocar o café nas mesas e pasmem, uma única funcionária para colocar e retirar 8 mesas. Fiquei com pena dela mesmo esperando 15 min para a retirada da mesa anterior para que assim pudessem nos servir . O hotel não tem muita flexibilidade para agradar o hóspede.  Café da manhã bem ruim e a mesma coisa toda dia .

Ponto Positivo: quarto bom , educação dos funcionários em geral principalmente, fiquei encantada com a educação do Douglas. Localização boa . Permitir o consumo de itens dentro do quarto também achei sensato por parte do hotel . O hotel permite que após a entrega do quarto se utilize a área social o que nos permitiu fazer o check-out e ir dar um mergulho na praia e retornar para  a troca de roupa .

Resumo : a pousada não nos conquistou no sentido ( voltaria novamente) . Prefiro  conhecer outras opções para nova estada em Búzios .

A hospedagem foi agradável. Mas para o valor que é cobrado não vale a pena. Precisa melhorar o café da manhã. Estacionamento pequeno. O box do banheiro do quarto luxo não tem escorrimento para água. Ficou cheia de água empossada. As comidas que são servidas no restaurante da pousada são caras demais. Nas escadas para subir para os quartos precisa de mais iluminação. E perto do quarto que eu fiquei tinha barata.

A estrutura é ótima, mas os colaboradores não nos atenderam muito bem, exceto o Marvin que foi extremamente prestativo. Ficamos na suíte master e o banheiro estava entupido, quando desci para comunicar a recepção, uma funcionária não gostou muito do que falei.
