Reception staff, particularly Belen who helped when I was sure I'd left my cell phone in a taxi having looked everywhere in my room including my bag. She contacted the taxi firm and in the meantime suggested I return to my room and she called the phone again. Sure enough the phone was in my bag but wedged under something else.
Unfortunately later I did leave my camera in a taxi and she is working with them so that if found I can arrange its retrieval.

Overall I thought the hotel was very good balue for money staying on an all inclusive basis....food was average anda bit repetitive but was only there for 2 full days so can't really say what a week's dining would be but always found something to eat. All the staff were lovely but a special mention to Sam, the entertainment guy. Very welcoming, funny and a credit to the hotel 🤗.

Negatives would be the place is a bit run down in places both inside and outside....loose paving stones, sunbeds past their sell by date and the restaurant needs sime character instilled into it, very bare and stern looking. In the apartment the balcony light did not work, the hairdryer was hanging loose in the bathroom and only one mirror in the whole apartment. Just little things but fixing them would make a good hotel into a great hotel 😁

Great location, great offer and all inclusive was not many options although was lovely food so I never could not find something to eat, was catered for English so was great for adults and picky eaters like me. Room was big and clean and quiet at night, close to everything in walking distance and supermarket next door. Pool was lovely with some activities in a day, was cold but it was hot so was refreshing when you got in. Spotless pool, would stay again. Didn’t have to fight for a sunbed, nobody got up early and did sunbed wars, staff was friendly. Thank you.

Nice clean hotel rooms were a little dated , beds were comfortable only 1 pillow though . Food was good enough in the all inclusive. Different themes every night . The Chinese night was our favourite. They also had lovely chicken kebabs on the Chinese night also they were my favourite. Breakfast was also good . Lunch could have been a bit better very similar to dinner . Burgers would have been nice at lunch but they didn’t have any , I would stay here again only problem is the hill coming back up from the strip . There is a lovely Chinese at the end of the road called new world . Very close to the strip good location

Week in Lanzarote

Very good stay. Great location. All inclusive was great. Constant food and drink. Great pool. Good sunbathing area. Rooms were nice. Beds and pillows uncomfortable however. Still highly recommend.

Very very small hotel which this comes a very small buffet and only one pool bar.
The bar was fine all though limited selection it was never busy and always served with a smile.
The pool area always very clean
House keeping ever other day which meant damp bathroom towels.
Entertainment only Mondays and Thursdays.
Hire of beach towels at €1 a day for the cheap small towels and €3 for the bigger ones. Walk down the road and buy a towel for €4

Hotel was lovely, 5 minutes down to beach, shops for amenities very close by, pool was lovely but cold for about 10 seconds then you get used to it, food it is what it is breakfast nothing to worry about, only ate lunch once and it was fine and for dinner there was always something to eat, drinks fine (need to work on the cocktails though), room was perfect for us no complaints there, all in all we had a good time

A lovely stay, great value for all inclusive option. Some may find food choice limited compared to other all incl but being vegan we had no issues in terms of salad veg rice chips potatoes etc. It's perfectly adequate if you allow to eat out locally a couple of nights as huge choice of lovely restaurants nearby. Meal times are set into 3x 45min sessions for breakfast lunch dinner and you should aim to be there within first 10 min of your chosen session when food is most fresh. Food temperatures are warm rather than hot but there is a microwave available. Plenty choice all incl drinks. No issues getting pool side sun beds. Check in / out easy smooth, all staff lovely and helpful. Great location for everything. Bus stop and regular taxi 5min walk. Apartment lovely well equipped for self catering. Large wall mounted TV comfortable beds great shower no issues hot water. All areas clean well presented. We stayed 137 which had a very dodgy damaged door but it worked. Kitchen doors were not hung straight but took nothing away from the holiday or experience. Overall very impressed would happily return. Thank you Blue Sea team.

Good standard of room. Food in restaurant was very hit or miss. Lots of flies landing on the food very off putting. No effort to stop them like keeping doors closed or fly traps. Lack of sun beds around pool which I didn’t understand as the area is vast and it could have accommodated plenty more. My advice would be go there as self catering don’t bother with the all inclusive as not up to standard.

great spot, lovely hotel but unsatisfactory

Unfortunately the fallout of the collapse of TC is still being felt. The hotel has changed hands and is in transition and without doubt having teething problems. No booking when we arrived on New Years Eve at 5pm, took several hours to sort this out, no excuse for this in this day and age, too many channels of communication available to get away with we couldn’t contact you. The room we were allocated was not prepared for someone to use, we were given it because they had nothing left, fobbed off with an upgrade to all-inclusive ( btw this was on a special offer anyway).... I booked self catering because I don’t like catering offered in Spanish hotels:

No Towels
No soap
Several kitchen items missing inc kettle
Room was clearly for a disabled person
Bathroom was directly off the bedroom like an en-suite not completely separate as booked

We asked to be moved on the 3rd day after viewing another apartment in the complex... certainly this looked as if it had been refurbished.... bathroom completely separate from both bedroom and kitchen/living space.

All this said, the hotel has great potential, pool area is lovely and staff pleasant and helpful. The refurbished room was lovely, basic but modern furniture. Location is excellent with grocery shopping 2 minutes away and main shopping / eating a further two or three minutes away however anyway with mobility issues should be aware it is a little hilly on the return from the town, taxis very cheap & readily available

Not a 4 start aparthotel - 3 at most

The aparthotel is in a great location albeit up a steep hill.

For the most part the staff are really friendly and welcoming, apart from one of the receptionists. I asked for towels as they had not been changed and ours were crawling with ants. She was quite abrupt saying the towels are only changed every second day as with cleaning of the apartments. This is where Lanzarote Palm falls below standard- I can understand not cleaning every day but in the heat 27/28 C, fresh towels would be nice every day.

No toiletries are provided by the hotel contrary to what is advertised so Insure you bring your own. The shower is a bit sporadic as the pressure is all over the place - extremely powerful to a dribble every couple of seconds.
€10 deposit needed for both air con and tv remotes !

Safe access is 20€ for a week and 2€ per day afterward.

I would stay again as it's so central but would prefer if towels could be changed daily.

Perfect long weekend

Great hotel location, short walk down hill to the beach with all resort facilities in walking distance. Not noisy at all as away from main strip.
Great pool area. We had a downstairs apartment plenty of room and utensils etc. Only negative - the false grass on the patio area of the downstairs looks shabby and tired now - probably looked great when new - just a dirt and ant magnet now.

Nice Apartments - Umbrella situation a Disaster!

Just back from a week in the Palm. They double booked for our first 3 nights, but they upgraded us to the San Antonio including complementary dinner and breakfast so we were happy with this as the San Antonio is lovely.

The Palm apartments themselves are very nice and it is in a great location. The pool area is nice and the grounds are also nice. However the area around the pool is very exposed to the sun and there are not sufficient umbrellas for everyone. There were only 11 umbrellas available. People queue at the umbrella room to try and be one of the lucky ones to get an umbrella. Most people however are left without one and with temperatures of 35C+ this is very hot especially if you have kids. When we asked the Pool guy about umbrellas he was very rude also.

It's a pity because apart from this, the apartments are lovely.

great hotel but up a hill

great hotel if you are mobile, if you have mobilty issues i would imagine this would cause issues.
as the hill from the beach is quite a steep incline 40ft high over 250 yards.
dissapointed three night stay no room clean or towel change.
other than that it was spot on. friendly, clean, modern,good bar and food.
probably one of the best if you dont mind the walking.

Good value in a great location

This hotel is a very short walk up a hill from the main strip so perfect for us. Maybe tricky if any mobility issues.
Very well maintained apartments and lovely pool area.
They need to deal with Wifi issues as this does detract from the experience and could be problematic if you have tech requirements.

Smart, modern, lovely pool and good location

We stayed for a week in Feb and had a lovely stay. Helpful staff, nice room and only a few minutes walk to the sea front and shops, whilst at the same time being in a quiet location.

The pool whilst it was a great size, shape and super clean, it was freezing! However I'm sure this is the same for many Lanzarote hotels in February. We still enjoyed it all week as we'd decided to take wetsuits for going in the sea and they proved perfect for use in the pool.

Very nice hotel , close to the beach( very nice ) and to the shops and restaurant. Good parking close to hotel ( are 2 parkings close to hotel )

Rooms - very nice , room cleanliness could be little better but for us was fine always good washed bathroom and nice beds.

Nice hotel, with good location, close to beaches, shops , restaurants . Clean, with decent size rooms and balcony. Modern look,well equipped rooms, nice swimming pool.Helpful staff, no problems with arranging standard things, like taxis, directions etc. Stayed for 8 nights and apartment was cleaned every second day-which is very good. Absolutely great value for the money.

Newly renovated and refurbished. Stayed in a 1 bed apartment. AC in bedroom, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, hob, fridge, hair dryer, safe, flat screen TV with some English speaking channels. Some sockets take 3 pin plug and also USB. All apts circle the pool, 1 & 2 story to the front and 3 story at back. Staff are very helpful and always say hello when you pass. Large hyperdino supermarket down the road, and a lovely Irish bar and restaurant over head The Spinnaker.

Nice hotel however small things like having to pay for iron and not having a washing machine in the apartment is a down fall especially as it is a one bedroom apartment , the food at hotel was horrendous didn't like it however customer service was always really good staff very helpful hotel very clean , but not cleaned everyday.

Recently refurbished. Still has some works going on but not noisy and didn't interfere with our stay. 5 min walk to the strip. 2 mins to supermarket. Hotel apartments have TV, free wifi, amazing shower. English plugs in bedroom and front room and usb sockets. Toaster, microwave and fridge. Nice pool. Lots of sun loungers. Friendly staff.

De kamer was goed en de bedden lagen heerlijk. De accomodatie is op loopafstand van alles, alleen is het wel een steile route. Het ontbijt was prima, lunch vonden we niet top en avondeten hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Personnel de l'accueil poli et plaisant ainsi que la responsable, hôtel bien situé à 10 minutes du centre. La chambre est de bonne dimension mais intérieur un peu vétuste. Buffet très répétitif et plutôt fait pour les clients anglais. Piscine non chauffée et très froide. Nous venons 4 fois par an sur l'île et avons fait le mauvais choix pour cet hôtel.
