Very nice, asked for high floor and paid for sea view which was lovely. Very well equipped apartment.
Only one thing they really need to improve is the lighting in the kitchen area, it’s dreadful, they just need to change the bulbs.
One more really easy fix would also be to please move the long mirror from the side of the second fridge in the living room to the bedroom wall, as there’s no mirror in there and if there’s someone in the bathroom you have no mirror, but minor inconvenience.
Loved it there and would not hesitate to come back.

Clean, large apartment with all you need. Basic but great for me. Beds a bit hard. Nice shower, aircon in living room and fan in bedroom. I stayed 12 nights. I had a flood 2 nights into stay and I located the tap to isolate. So no water in kitchen for a week but used bathroom water for bathing and washing clothes and pots. Dean gave me a bottle of wine and could not apologise enough. Although it had issues I would definitely return.

Seaview. We had to keep our bedroom curtains closed as on full view to people walking through complex, but that was fine. Room clean, beds comfortable. Ideal lication for walking between PDC and Matagorda and bus stop right opposite.

The apartments are in a fantastic location with free parking if required and opposite the beach. The apartment we stayed in was No7 we had two balconies with fantastic views. I think this small complex is privately owned not with a big company. The apartment was clean very basic but ideal for us. WiFi connection very poor. Sheriff was very helpful and seemed to run the apartments. Super restaurants less then a few metres away.

Location, location, location....although the property was dated and the beds were hard, I couldn’t fault that view every morning. Spacious apartment, with some English tv channels and even a dishwasher! Lack of drawers and a Mirror in the bedroom but plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was large but the lighting was very dim.

The apartments are being renovated in May so I will be back.

Lovely sea view. Very convenient for supermarket and bus stops and walking along the prom nice and quiet. Very nice lady on reception. Nice and clean. It did have a lot of steps going up to the apartment but this was no problem to us. Nice places to eat just a few hundred yards away. The property did need some maintenance. Curtains that fitted and doors that shut and a bit of WD40 on the lock would have helped a lot but ok for the price we payed.

It was ok. The room was In need of a face lift dramatically.
The lady on reception was lovely and friendly.
Was in a great location right opposite the beach with cafes and restaurants to either side, bus stops 2 minutes walk away. We caught the bus to and from the airport €1.40 each way
Into peurto del Carmen main strip €1.40 and the same to peurto Callero.
We had a lovely walk over to peurto Callero it took us a couple of hours. We stopped for breakfast at Santarinis on the way we found this to be the best place for breakfast €4.95 great for evening meals too x

The property was in a fabulous location overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Shops and restaurants were close enough to walk to or there was a regular bus service to other parts of the island from directly outside the property.

First holiday in Lanzarote

Even though the furnishings were dated, we found it to be very comfortable and perfectly placed opposite a fantastic beach with a large selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance in either direction. Also a great and regular bus service on our doorstep. Will be going back next year.

Fabulous hotel close to beach and supermarket

The location was fantastic, so close to beach, shops bars and restaurants. Beautiful view from the large balcony every morning. Plenty of English speaking channels on tv, and also a dvd player. No need to hire extra items at reception as coffee maker, toaster, kettle and iron with ironing board were already in the apartment. First time we ever had a dishwasher in apartment as well. Staff were very friendly and rooms were cleaned and towels changed regularly. Books were also available in cupboard in apartment. There was no hill to climb and it was quiet and just across from the beach. Apartment décor was a little tired and could have done with a lick of paint, otherwise beds were comfy and a spacious clean apartment. I would definitely book again and I have recommended to friends on return home.

Nice apartment opposite beach in the wrong place

We had a nice apartment with sun on the patio until mid-afternoon and little or no impact from the wind and we had a nice view of the beach across the road. However apart from two days (out of 14) the weather was so windy that most of the time you couldn't even put a towel on the sand without it blowing away. Fortunately the tiny pool behind our apartment was never busy. The best of the \"night life\" was quite a distance away though most days we could find a bar open until about 02:00 within little more than a mile.

Amazing location, renovation needed

Perfect location, super quiet even with it being on the main road. Perfect to watching the sun rise and set from the balcony sunshine all day long. Spacious apartment, bigger than most. Bathroom and cleaning let it down. Not once was our room cleaned even tho they stated 5 days cleaning. No towels change even tho towel change is stated every 3 days. Found someone else’s old boxers lying in the top of the wardrobe. Bathroom ceiling looks as this it’s about to collapse in due to the mild and damp build up. Aside from that lovely little apparent.

We were told we’d get a sea view- basically we could see the sea if we were on our balcony and looking over other balconies but no view from our room.
Hotel was nice, the man on reception wasn’t the nicest. Seemed like we weren’t welcome. But we didn’t spend much time at the hotel except for sleeping.
So Overall had a great time.
Good value for money.
Would stay again if needed.

The apartments were in a lovely quite location close to beach, supermarket and nice restaurants with the bus stop just outside. The apartment itself was shabby with stains on the furniture, the sheets on the bed were threadbare and the towels were old and hard. The curtains on the window were almost see through. The patio furniture was old, dirty and faded. What a shame the apartments could be lovely but they are not.

Cheap option to north of Puerto del Carmen

We normally stay at Playa Blanco but prices this year became silly so we took the cheap option in Puerto del Carmen. In fact in Los Pocillos but part of the overall town.

It was taken as the cheaper option but we got what we paid for the beds were comfortable and the appartment was on the front with a sea view.

Hotel staff (Pedro) were helpful.

Great view from the spacious apartment

The apartment I stayed in was a good size and could have slept 3 very easily. The cleanliness was good (they only change the towels twice in a weeks stay, which was fine for me, but if you want more then just ask). It was basic and it was what I was expecting for the price I paid. The staff were friendly when you needed anything or help finding somewhere.

The bus stops were both within 100m of the apartment block itself. There are multiple Spar shops dotted around whether you go left or right out of the hotel. There are restaurants within 200m of the apartments as well as lots more located a little further away on the sea fronts both out to the left and right of the apartment block.

The view was fantastic and the apartment was across the road from the beach. After going past other hotels, I would definitely choose this apartment again due to the location, views and where all of the amenities are.

The first allocated apartment was dreadful. Opened patio doors to face a brick wall. There were 18 stone stairs to the roof terrace, which hadn't been cleaned, empty beer cans,cigarette ends and a telephone mast.
We complained and on our third day we were given a ground floor apartment which was much better. The apartments are shabby and tired.
The apartments are advertised as having wifi. Despite the chap on reception trying to learn log us on, we only managed to log on 4 times. Other guests had the same problem.
The view and location are fantastic.

No sea view as booked could hardly see the sky let alone the sea. Toilet stopped flushing on 2nd day and not fixed despite reporting it to management. Still not fixed when we left. (3 night stay). Room not ready on arrival very very poor customer service. Having said that the appartment was reasonably spacious and clean.

Club Pocillos is very tired and in need of a lot of updating.
The room we had was very spacious, had a microwave and very efficient hob.
But the toaster was badly cracked as was one of the back windows. The mattress on my bed was coming apart and spilling out, the sheets didnt fit the beds, the pillowcases were torn and holes in the bedspread and curtains. Stained covers on the armchairs. Broken knobs on the sideboard. And as for the kettle - it took 10 mins to come to the boil!! Unbelievable!!

reception was closed when we arrived, which we expected, what we didn't expect was to be put in a room that was not fit for purpose at the back of the hotel (room 9) when we had paid up front for a sea view. Had to ring the emergency number to locate the key for our room this was not explained up front and then had to ring back to advise not a seaview, nothing could be sorted until the morning. We were them shown to room 20 which was perfect, but we were not compensated for the first night and we were even charged €10 on the last day to store our luggage as we had a late pick up, thought we might have the storage charge waived, but no. The room as cleaned to a very high standard most days, but the start of the holiday could have started better for us.

We had 3 super weeks in the sun,spent a lot of the time on the balcony,sun beds chairs table ,washing airer all on balcony and can look out to sea make a drink when you want we loved it ,kitchen had all we needed ,kettle, coffe pot microwave ,dishwasher! Didn't use it couple hot rings ,iron and board. Books in cupboard and word search, for us just brilliant .
Lovely beach just across the road you can walk left to shops and sparsupermarketb, bars restaurants ,turn right about 20 walk on beach to more shops restaurants loved breakfast at woodleys,nice people good food an price.walk up road to right and nice restaurant

Poor quality apartment with good beach location

Everything about our stay in Lanzarote was wonderful apart from the accomodation, which whilst being of reasonable size and benefiting from a fine view of the beach and ocean from the 3rd floor balcony, suffered badly in almost every other aspect. The living room and bedroom windows were the same size, but for some reason the curtains for the bedroom were far too small, covering barely two thirds of the window frame. I had to drape a bath towel over the rest of the window to try and darken the room a little. Also two of the four windows would not open due to design faults. There was a street lamp right outside the bedroom window that stayed on all night and seemed brighter than the sun. This, combined with ear shattering vehicle noise from the steep hill right outside the bedroom window meant that we hardly got any sleep at all during our stay. The TV did not work, nor did the air conditioning or the lock on the wet room door. The toilet would only flush intermittently and the extractor fan was virtually useless. The quality of the towelling was the worst I have ever experienced. Only three pillows were supplied. This and the TV issue were quickly corrected by the very efficient on-site staff.

Great value for money. We paid extra (minimal amount) when we arrived for a sea view and were given an apartment with its own huge roof terrace (amazing views) We were only there for 5 nights and spent all day at the beach across the road or on the roof terrace and went into Puerto del Carmen in the evening so didn't spend much time in the actual apartment. These apartments are only 2star so don't expect too much but they were immaculate, cleaned regularly, enough kitchen equipment to make basic food and beds were comfy. Large supermarket a minute away. Easy walk into Puerto del Carmen or Matagorda and taxi back from PDC about €4. Wouldn't hesitate to return for a short break.

It is ideal for local shops, bars, restaurant, beach and very importantly a short taxi or bus ride from the airport.

These apartments are very very basic and quite frankly a real let down was hoping for a lot better but I suppose you get what you pay for . I was allocated a standard room I guess this means you get the poorest room in the complex . No views to anywhere except walls.my first day day I asked someone about a swimming pool as I was sure I read somewhere you could use a neighbouring hotel ( ie proper place ). However I was shown to an area upstairs where there was a small pool. Small is the word, more like a large bath. I think it measured something like 2x4 metres. How anyone could swim a length in that I don't know. Also very dirty looking and the area around it shabby and unpleasant. I regret not complaining to someone about the place but just made do with what I had as was only there for four nights . As always when you are not impressed with somewhere , you take a look around to see what other hotels are like and close by I am sure I could have chosen a better hotel, but as I say you get what you pay for with this one, wouldn't recommend it attall

Nice apartments close to beach

Felt reception staff could have been a bit more friendly on arrival but they were efficient.
We had a one bedroom apartment (No 4) on ground floor with sea views and it was pleasant sitting out on the small veranda if you don't mind passers by and traffic fumes a few meters away from you but usually we headed to the beautiful beach to chill which is just across the car park and main road.
The apartment itself was basic but clean, the rubbish was collected just about every day and fresh toilet roll supplied. The bed sheets,towels and floors were replaced/cleaned once during our week stay which suited us.
The bedroom had the usual twin beds which had to be moved to get into wardrobes, there was no bedside table and the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable.
Kept losing free WiFi connection which could be frustrating at times.
After all said, this place was great value for money and a brilliant location for getting out and about, we'd definitely come back here again but maybe we'd try for a better apartment next time.

Hébergement bien situé face à la mer, mais qui a besoin d'être rénové : pas de double vitrage, alors que beaucoup de véhicules passent, y compris la nuit, beaucoup de touristes bruyants.... meubles en mauvais état. Pas de lampe de chevet et mauvais éclairage général.
Accueil correct.

Ho utilizzato questa struttura e mi ci sono trovato bene, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono, Gli appartamenti che sono vista mare hanno una vista favolosa, e si trova il necessario che possa servire in caso si cucini in casa. Non c'è la lavatrice ma c'è il servizio lavanderia,che io non ho usato. Il proprietario è molto cordiale e disponibile. Se ritorno a Lanzarote non c'è dubbio che ritornerei volentier al LOSPOCILLOSCLUB.

Excellent emplacement sur l'immense plage

Séjour de 11 nuits début janvier dans l'appartement 19 : terrasse avec vue imprenable + transat, table et chaises.
Le mobilier est vieillot mais la literie de bonne qualité ; ventilateur de table / clim. dispo pour 10€/jour ; service de buanderie à 25€ pour une machine 30°.
Les serviettes de toilette sont changées tous les 2 jours, les draps après 3 nuits.
Il y avait peu de vaisselle mais j'ai obtenu facilement un complément ; petit lave-vaisselle apprécié !
Grâce à la large contre-allée du parking, on n'entend pas la circulation. Comme les avions passent devant en phase d'atterrissage, ils ne sont pas gênants.
petit sèche-cheveux, fer et planche à repasser dans l'appartement.
Manque d'intensité lumineuse la nuit tombée :-(

Tiene todo cerca, las vistas son muy bonitas y el recepcionista fue muy amable y nos aconsejó lo que podemos hacer en Lanzarote.

Lo que no nos gustó:
Le hace falta una reforma a los apartamentos, del resto sería un lugar perfecto.

Also man muss halt wirklich sagen es ist ins Alter gekommen. Aber für denn preis hatten wir ein angenehmen Aufenthalt. Es ist halt kein Luxus das sollte einem schon klar sein bei dem preis. Internet ist leider nur rund 20-30 Minuten am tag pro Gerät verfügbar. Das sollten sie auf jeden fall ändern wenn sie mit gratis internet ausgeschrieben sind.
Aber alles im einem war es okay. Wir haben sowieso mehr zeit in der Natur verbracht.
