Ideal for night owls, this apartment hotel is located on a main road in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, not more than fifty yards from the sandy beach. There are a few bars and restaurants located right next door, and it is not much farther to the nightclubs.
The apartment complex was modernized in 2022. 45 apartments and 1 double room are located on 4 stories and can be reached by elevator.
Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. The complex provides a baggage storage service, a safe, an ATM and a coin-operated laundry.
Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.
The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well.

The location is very good just behind the bars on the main strip. Not that noisy at night, not that we were in by midnight much. The pool area is very small and the pool very cold. Only adventured in once. Not sure that id return as better available at similar price but was ok

I do not recommend this place. , for two days, there was no TV, plus one day without electricity. The reception staff treat you like you’re invisible – they simply don’t care. The bed comes with just one small pillow, like for a child. The beds themselves are awful – every time you turn, they creak so loudly that the guests next door probably hear it. For that kind of money, I expected much more. And to top it off, the bedroom window has bars on it, making it feel like you’re in a prison cell! 😂

Lovely view of the sea. and with easy walking distance to the old town of puerto de carmen, . Cabs were very cheap too. Situated directly behind the busy main street of Puerto del Carmen, it was surprising quiet considering the many busy bars in front of the property. We were on the ground floor so the sea view was limited, but still pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Easy access to the promenade and beach, would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful sea view and the noise from the street was mostly inaudible thanks to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach below. Spent a great week pre Christmas, swam in sea, hired bicycles and also a car for 24 hours. Highly recommend this hotel, especially the top floor ( Rooms 600’s)

Very very tired. Needs a lot of updating, especially bathroom, kitchen and furniture. Only one socket in kitchen so you have to choose between kettle or toaster. The lift was out of order and was told it had not been working for weeks. On the good side it is in a good position

Just back from a week holiday in Tías. The Apt was lovely and we had a nice sea view. This was our second stay at Los Cocoteros and would recommend these apt’s to everyone. Right across the road to the beach and in the middle of shops, restaurants and pubs. Staff were very polite and helpful.

It was in a great location, nice and quiet, clean and friendly staff. The only thing I found poor was the internet. Had to log in every time and sometimes couldn’t log in at all. T.V. Only had one English speaking channel which was Sky News repeating the same thing all evening. Other than that a very pleasant stay.

Perfect location, stores and restaurants right on your doorstep. Across the road to beach. Staff friendly. Housekeeping excellent. Our only complaint is it advertises a heated pool and the pool is not heated and not even in the sun. Very cold.

Excellent apartment with seaview, spacious rooms and kitchen area well equipped. Relaxing holiday, very quiet during evening and night with comfortable beds. Excellent value for money!! Apartment was clean and had a sea view. Everything you need is right on your doorstep. Staff were friendly and courteous. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but apart from that it was perfect. Pool area was nice and quiet and got sun for most of the day.

Lovely sea view and a great big terrace to sit out on. Only steps away from the promenade and the beach in a very central location. Only things i will complain about is that the beds weren't very comfortable. They felt like foam mattresses, not very supportive. My husband didnt sleep very well. The shower curtain in the bathroom needed to be changed as it smelled bad. Also there was mouse droppings in the bathroom every morning. I mentioned it to the cleaner but I dont think she understood me. My fault that i didnt mention it to the person at reception. Also, on checkout the guy took our key and never asked how was our stay or anything. He didnt seem interested. I loved the location and would consider the building again but they would need to upgrade their mattresses and their attitude!

Loved the apartments, they are in the best location straight across from the beach and there are great restaurants and bars close by. The staff are really helpful and I did not see any cockroaches so don't understand some of the negative reviews. I stayed with my husband and we had a great time we will stay here again. Book a sea view, it's worth the extra money.

These apts are fab, very clean and spacious fantastic location, if we are going bac to lanzorate again i will definately book them.
It is definately worth booking a sea view room we were on the top floor and it was fab. Thanks to the person who wrote in with the tip about arriving at night we arrived at 11pm and we knew in advance that the reception would be closed and to pick up the key in another hotel this all ran smoothly and we were refunded the money we gave to the taxi driver for the extra journey.

We found this Hotel apartment ideal for my wife & I
It is close to all the resturants & Bars & Beach and only fiftheen minutes walk to the old Town! The only
small draw back it has, is the reception closed by 7pm local time so any one arriving after this time has to take a taxi to a sister hotel to collect the keys
of their apartment? it would have been nice if they had let you know this when you booked ? It would have made it easier as we could have used the same taxi we took from the airport in stead of getting out of one and then looking for another?

Das ganz Besondere an dieser Unterkunft ist der Balkon von den Meerblick Apartments im 3. Stockwerk ( nicht weiter unten) mit dem Blick in die Weite des Meeres. Auch war es des nachts sehr ruhig!
Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig und die Ausstattung der Küche ebenso - es ist nicht so ganz einfach einen Apfel mit einem Brotmesser zu schälen und die drei Besteckmesser waren zu stumpf! Keine Garderobenhaken und nur zwei kleine Handtuchhalter und keine Abstellflächen im Badezimmer!
Wir werden sicher wieder diese interessante Insel besuchen, jedoch in einer anderen Unterkunft.

Lage ist sehr gut, außer der Geruch von den Küchen direkt gegenüber. Zimmer sind sauber und Zweckmäßig. Leider sind sie sehr unflexibel was Check Out angeht.
