I will say that we weren’t expecting much but we were blown away with what a gem this hotel was. Definitely was beyond our expectations. We had a great stay and would certainly think about a return visit.

Check in was a simple process with clear information given on restaurant, bar and pool opening times as well as how to access apartment. We did arrive before 3pm and were surprised at being able to checkin early with our all inclusive starting straight away. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly with nothing too much trouble for them throughout our whole stay.

Apartment was huge and couldn’t fault the cleanliness. Beds were comfy although it would’ve been nice to have had an extra pillow.

Whole site was clean and well maintained, there was always staff about doing something!

Food in the restaurant was basic but plenty of choice. Staff again were very friendly and were busy to keep tables clear and food replenished/topped up.

This hotel is in a great location for the beach, shops and restaurants, all of which are at the bottom of the hill/slope.

Short stay before our villa became available.
Check in was slightly disappointing in that the staff member did not give very good directions where the hotel facilities were located.
Room was very large but fairly basic. It was very clean.
Shower and bathroom facilities worked perfectly adequately.
There were not quite enough sun beds available around the pool for the number of rooms and the pool was not heated and very cold for recreational swimming. Why solar panels are not used to heat pools remains a mystery to me.
Food was fairly basic with relatively little choice and not as warm as one would wish. Drinks from the bar were good. It was slightly annoying that you need your room key to obtain all inclusive service which meant that all members of a party always needed to be together.
Wi fi is expensive.

Very central in Puerto Del Carmen

Hotel was clean and comfortable.
Food was ok but just having a breakfast there would be enough.
Pool area is way to small for the amount of people staying in the complex. People started queuing pool access at 8.30 to put towels on beds! Which I found very amusing and annoying!

Good quality for an economic stay

Place is a bit dated but very clean buffet is not bad but no air conditioners and you can't leave the windows open for security so room was hot but they hire out fans 12 euros few days so not too bad location great amenities all 1 min away and shops restaurant and 2 min from wonderful beach so good overall would stay again

Relaxing holiday in excellent location

Very relaxing holiday in an excellent location. Everything on the doorstep, but far away enough for a peaceful environment ensuring a good night's sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times and apartments and gardens immaculately clean and tidy. There is no air con and rooms could get very hot (we travelled mid August) however, we were aware of this before booking and made our choice. Nice and breezy when door open. I would stay here again.

Fab location, lovely reception staff

My mum and I stayed here during the November storms so we spent more time than usual in the apartment. It was, as expected for the price, basic but comfortable. The mattress were not too hard, the noise levels were fine and the view from the balcony was great. Lighting could be improved, was a bit gloomy. They guys in reception were always friendly and helpful and the location was superb. Would stay again.

Fair price for a fair hotel

I took my family away for a October half term trip and stayed in one of the sea facing, 3 person, apartments.
Upon arrival we were happy to discover a freindly member of staff on reception that guided us through all the waffle. We got to our room which was very basic but clean and tidy. The room was made up of two twin beds and a sofa bed in the lounge area.
The buffet was again, basic but everything you needed. Don't get me wrong, it will never win any awards for its food but it was varied enough and well cooked. My daughter is fussy and she even managed to find enough options to. Cover her for 3 meals a day.
The all inclusive drinks were ok, I have a feeling the strength of the hotel alcohol needs to be looked into as I think you could drink it all day without is touching the sides!
The most disappointing thing was the lack of evening entertainment. When you just want to sit and relax with a drink or two, the place is more than a little boring.
However if you decide to go to sleep.That won't happen either, it's a very noisy site and rarely did we manage to get to sleep much before 1am.
The final issues I have is with the room, and the lack of air con..... In this day and age I would expect some sort of air con.... Nope. Nothing. So we had to attempt to sleep in 24 degree heat, not very nice for any of us! Lastly, the beds, each morning myself and my wife woke with bad backs and my daughter complained her sofa bed was so uncomfortable.

We had a most enjoyable visit to these apartments Having been to Puerto del Carmen many times before we were aware of the location which suited us best ie. close to the beach, bars, restaurants and entertainment of the new part of Puerto. The weather was a little cloudy, but this is common at the end of May.
All in all we had a very happy time and intend to return later in the year.

On a descendu nettement en gamme !!!

C’est mon troisième séjour en 2 ans , mais je suis très déçu de la nourriture et j’ai donc annulé mon prochain séjour initialement prévu en février 2024. La qualité des buffets a touché le fond … plus de show cooking contrairement à l’an dernier ; plats tièdes et monotones, cuisine basique de cantine : c’est lamentable !

Bellissima struttura, appartamento spazioso, molto pulito, cibo buono. Si trova a pochi passi dalla Playa Grande e dalla passeggiata sul lungomare dove ci sono negozi e ristoranti. I ragazzi dello staff sono molto gentili. Tutto perfetto!

Apartamento grande y bien situado

Apartamento grande y sencillo, y muy bien situado con zonas de ambiente próximas.
El apartamento está límpio pero con olor a cerrado que no se fue en toda la estacia ni ventilando.
Personal de recepción nada simpático, todo lo contrario que en el restaurante donde el personal es muy amable.

Las camas muy malas, ni una noche hemos dormido bien, colchones muy usados; los sofás del salón mas duros que el suelo, en resumen muy incómodos.

Limpieza cada dos dias y bien. Todas las instalaciones del hotel muy límpias y cuidadas.
Wifi de pago y con mala cobertura.

NO DISPONE DE AIRE ACONDICIONADO.... y si lo ves un problema te alquilan un ventilador...jejejjejejejeje.... pero cierto.

PERSONALE: Molto cordiale e attento alle esigenze, soprattutto in sala, una particolare menzione per Sami, ci ha fatto sentire sempre a nostro agio, nonché rapidissimo ed efficace nel suo lavoro, un dipendente che tutti i datori di lavoro vorrebbero.
RISTORAZIONE: Ricordando che siamo all'estero, la qualità è discreta cosi come la varietà, una gran scelta ogni volta. A parte un paio di sere, c'era sempre qualcosa di buono! Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato molto le bibite incluse, tra cui vino e sangria. Bravo allo chef e al manager.
CAMERA E PULIZIE: appena entrati, desolazione totale. Già la predisposizione lascia perplessi: camera con finestra che affaccia sul corridoio di passaggio, ovvero la sera mentre dormi ti ritrovi la luce in camera per ognuno che deve rientrare, nonostante la tenda antiluce. Costretto quindi a chiuderla, soprattutto per privacy, per fortuna Lanzarote è fresca di notte. Bagno cieco, con una piccola vasca/doccia che era a dir poco PESSIMA! Un qualcosa di sconcertante. Cucina/salone molto ampio. I letti sono singoli, uno dei materassi era accettabile, l'altro forse era meglio toglierlo e dormire a terra, si sentivano le molle nella schiena! Nonostante l'abbia fatto sostituire 2 volte.
Pulizie? Quali pulizie? Lavandino sempre trovato cosi come lo lasciavamo, idem tutto il resto, nemmeno una spazzata a terra in cucina dal momento in cui trovavamo sabbia e capelli. Asciugamani lavate a secco che puzzano di marcio.

Apartamentos normalitos

Salón comedor con barra americana y un Chaise Long incomodísimo. La cocina perfecta. La habitación da a los pasillos de acceso del resto de apartamentos por lo que cada vez que llegaba alguien después de habernos ido a acostar te despertaban con sus voces o simplemente por encender la luz. El cuarto de baño bien, con bañera aunque algo escasos a la hora de poner champú o gel. Sólo lo pusieron el primer día...y estuvimos 7 por lo que nos tocó comprarlo.
No tienen aire acondicionado. Alquilan un ventilador por 16 euros la semana y tampoco era nada del otro mundo. Con una semana que lo alquilen ya le ganan. Casi compensa comprar uno aunque haya que dejarlo allí.

Mooi complex, niet meer het nieuwste maar het voldeed aan al onze eisen.
Zeer ruim en schoon appartement met prachtig uitzicht en ruim balkon. Handdoekenwissel mag wel wat vaker. Wij hadden halfpension en het ontbijt en avondeten waren prima, genoeg variatie en alles werd snel aangevuld.
Prachtig eiland, wij hebben een auto gehuurd en veel gezien.

prima del mio soggiorno avevo fatto presente all'Hotel il mio stato di gravidanza, quindi mi hanno dato una camera al piano terra dalla quale si vedeva anche il mare.
Servizio Ottimo, noi avevamo la mezza pensione, la quale comunque comprendeva anche le bibite alla spina al ristorante a cena.

Perfekt beliggenhet.

Hotellet har topp beliggenhet i forhold til strand og spisesteder. Det anbefales å forsøke å få leilighet i æverste etasje i blokk C. Sol fra morgen til kveld, og havutsikt. Like ved hotellet ligger en Chinarestaurant som anbefales på det varmeste. Topp mat nydelig interiør som gjorde det ekstra trivelig. På 14 dager ble restauranten besøkt tre ganger.
Det som trekker ned er noe dårlig renhold, og at håndduker burde skiftes litt oftere. Det burde også være noe mer utstyr på¨kjøkkenet.
Likevel, reiser gjerne tilbake hit.

Está muy limpio y es muy amplia toda la estancia, camas cómodas. No pasaron a hacer la habitación en en 4 días, ya no por hacernos la cama o cambio de toallas sino por la basura del cuarto de baño y cocina. Necesita alguna estantería o mueblecito en el baño porque no se puede dejar nada. L comida regular.

Schönes Meerblick-Apartment, sauber und groß, Sonnenschirm muss man mitbringen, sowie übliche Aparment Ausstattung Geschirrtuch , Schwamm, .. etwas Musik im Hintergrund ist schon zu hören, also nicht ganz ruhig, aber Schlafzimmer ist im hinterem Bereich, also dann sehr ruhig, schöner Blick und nahe zum Strand ,
dass das WLAN so teuer ist , ist nicht akzeptabel , da es nicht immer funktioniert.

Hotel centralissimo 2-3 stelle, buono!

Siamo stati dieci notti all'hotel Los Hibiscos e ci siamo trovati bene, riteniamo abbia un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'hotel è centralissimo, comodo al mare e alla via dei ristoranti e locali.
Punti di forza: camere grandi con vista mare, cortesia e disponibilità del personale, prezzo adatto ad un 2-3 stelle.
Punti di debolezza: wi-fi a pagamento, mancanza di letti matrimoniali, pulizia migliorabile.

No hot water in the shower

The hotel was okej but there were no hot water during our 4 days. The staff didnt care. \"It doesent say anywhere that we have to provide hot water\" was what the told us and other guests. And then tey put up a sign who said that there is no hot water, and after that they just pointed at the sign as an excuse. Niklas Lindell

Alt ang beliggenhet og rom størrelse er topp. Service personalet er ikke smilende eller åpen . Frokosten er god. Skårer ikke topp men ok. Personalet er ikke hyggelig eller smilende.vi har feriert på Lanzarote i mer enn 30 år. Dette hotellet har fantastisk beliggenhet og utsikt men ikke mer enn det. Heisen ble ødelagt og det tok mange dager før den ble ordnet.
