The rooms were cleans as were the communal areas.

This is definitely a 2 star venue.

The pool was cold, but so was the sea!
Could do with some updating eg painting etc
Can be very loud in the bar near the pool if sport is on
Some staff super nice and friendly

Shower room downstairs was useful

Gym was closed but also €2 if you wanted to go there. We didn’t get to check it out.

5 mins walk downhill to a lovely beach
10 min uphill walk back - not good for people with low mobility but taxis easy to come by

Towels to hire are €10 each deposit returned when you bring them back

Perfect location, everything you need on complex!

Drinks in the bar a bit more expensive than down on the strip but with it being on the complex it makes up for it and Lou in the bar is fab craic!. All the staff were lovely and friendly. My fav part was the Bermudas Breakfast, just perfect every day. Apartments are large and have your Kettle, toaster, microwave and two ring hob. Wifi is great except on my phone dont know why it wouldnt connect but on laptop was fab and fast. Great tv channels, Sky News, BBc 1 & 2, RTE 1 & 2, Channel 4 & 5, very handy. Love the ceiling fan in bedroom, 3 speed settings, wish there was one in living room but they have got new air con units (pay extra), safe was too small for my 10inch laptop unfortunately but handy for smaller items (pay extra). I should have asked for a fan at reception as one is definitely needed in the living area. Cleaning ladies were lovely and did a great job, didnt even see an ant!! Got great nights sleep and nice siestas some days, a quiet complex depending on your neighbours though, you get two keys, apt key and main gate key but some people just slam doors closed all the time which is a pity....proximity is bliss as yes 'cardiac hill is to the left of complex but I always use Calle Doramas instead which has two Spars, 5 bars and at least 3 restaurants and then 5min walk to beach and strip.

5 star for the 2 star jable from me

What an amazing place to stay considering it says 2 star no way 3-4 star for what it offers. Staff are amazing and there pool bar the ladies (English) workers was amazing very helpful even at peak times still happy. Location ideal and the rooms view and how big the rooms are bed was a bit uncomfortable but most places are. For the price was good stayed in places with less and paid double so well done Jable for that. Ideal for families 110% highly recommend to anyone you won’t be disappointed

Amazing Pool area and room size however the arms on the sofa need cleaning were very dirty on top of microwave rubbish from previous guest and was not able to sleep at all due to it being extremely noisy admitting it was new year eve but the party and shouting kept on going from 11pm to 4am nearly and there were kids staying at the hotel to
If you have booked to stay and it’s a night where fire works are going off be prepared for the whole building to shake the rooms are not soundproofed and very thin glass so they rattle with any bang

Get what you pay for ...and sometimes you don't!

Booked superior sea view and paid more

On arrival give wall view. Said none available....showed confirmation and stood our ground. Took some time but then amazingly there was a sea view room....that was due for someone else! Not great first impression.

Pool chairs and parasols all need replacing. Tatty and well used. Sheets and towels had rips in.

The apartment was clean and tidy but renovation works around the pool area spoilt the idea of relaxing. If this was disclosed beforehand i would not have booked, but it wasn't. Free wifi was so poor we had to lean out of the balcony to obtain an intermittent signal. The gym was 3 pieces of equipment which to be honest where very poor quality and a €2 charge to boot. Basic and clean but certainly over hyped on the website.

Recommended for most people

Room was very clean and a really good sized living room and veranda. The ceiling fan in bedroom is only activated when the light is switched on which can be a bit of an issue if there is a particularly hot night. The only other main feedback I would leave is that the pool is not heated which is not ideal for the younger kids. The pool bar though is really good and is nicely laid out.

Great place to stay

Fourth time I have stayed here. Since my last visit the rooms have been renovated. I was pleased to see 2 usb charging points. Room was clean, plenty of crockery but not much in the way of cooking utensils, if you wanted to cook that is. Microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker In kitchen. Huge ceiling fan in the bedroom with remote. Modern tv in living room. Found a cute little lizard under the bed!
Short stroll to great beach. Staff courteous and helpful. Couldn’t find anything to complain about. Would happily return.

Terrible customer service

Couldn't travel because of covid,so asked to change booking to next year instead.I got a very short email back saying talk to your agent,I got in touch with hotel's.com they never helped.So i contacted the bermudas apartments again hoping for a better response, but no same again very poor. We are in a pandemic and through no fault of ours we couldn't travel.A bit of understanding was all we asked for enjoy the money you wont get another penny from us again,same goes for hotels.com

Very clean, rooms big enough, staff very friendly with all speaking English. Staff will arrange trips, car rental, airport returns and have good knowledge of what to see and do on the island. 3 minute walk to the seafront for shops, restaurants and bars. Apartments have small patios with 2 chairs and a small table. Sun loungers only at poolside. Large towels provided to €10 deposit, safes in room also available for a charge. Sometimes ran out of hot water for a morning shower - my only complaint.

This is a beautiful complex. The only downside was there was building works right beside our apartment that was not communicated to us. This made it near impossible to sit on the balcony as you would get covered in dust. I had also emailed asking for a top floor apartment If possible but never heard back and on check in was told this was possible but at a further cost. I would have expected this by email when the request was send not at check in. All that said I would stay again.

Poor due to noise noise noise

It was spoilt by the noise !! Woken up continually by people shouting or banging about . The front overlooked a road where the coach stopped and deliveries so that was noisy and then to relax by the pool??? NO there were workmen with drills and building work going on . I couldn’t recommend although they were cheap

I booked these apartments as a surprise get away for my wife's birthday. On arrival we were very warmly greeted by a woman called Cely who was very bubbly and welcoming. Our room was already available and we got checked in immediately. First impressions were simple but it had everything available that would be needed and it was very clean. The location is pretty good however some people may struggle as there is a hill from the main strip to the apartments. The apartments have a great pool area and the bar does provide a relaxing atmosphere with a good variety of drinks and bar food at reasonable prices. On my wife's actual birthday we were then surprised with a box of chocolates and a happy birthday note which in my opinion was above and beyond.

Overall I would recommend these apartments to anybody as our stay was nothing short of Fantastic. The staff are brilliant and very accommodating and the apartments themselves are very clean in my opinion.

Great location, Spar shop right beside complex for essential supplies and only few mins walk to main strip for beach, bars, shops, restaurants etc. Apt was a good size, clean and had everything we needed. Pool area is nice and there were plenty of sun chairs. Pool bar run by friendly staff, nice food and reasonable cost. Any staff we met were friendly.

Easter break.

Enjoyed a weeks stay here over Easter. The rooms were really big, cleaned every other day and had good cooking facilities, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and hob. Large spacious balcony, ours was overlooking the sea so nice to sit in the afternoon. Pool area wasn't over busy but imagine it might be at peak times. The bar area was nice serving really nice bar snacks at reasonable prices. The only downside to the bar was that it only remained open until around 7.30 pm. The hotel is very central, only a 5 minute walk to the beachfront and the many shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay hère again.

The hotel location and actual apartment was great. What spoilt the holiday was the over zealous night security guard who always had something to say for no reason. He discouraged basic low key night time activity of any sort. I mean from walking along the street home, opening the gate to quiet drinks and chat on the balcony. He always seemed to be around and had something to say for himself which was disappointing. Other guests had similar experiences.

Its in a great location, the apartments are large and clean. Balcony with a sea view was good. Did not use the kitchen facilities other than for breakfast, the utensils are limited so i cold not imagine cooking an evening meal, but with all the restaurants in the are why would you bother.
Easy to get a seat by the pool, but the bar was closed so maybe people had gone to the Hibiscus, but the beach is less than 5 minutes away so we used that as well.
All in all a good experience but maybe there is some upgrade work to be done.

Only stayed here for a quick getaway break for 3 nights in November 2018, but the apartments were adequate for the short time we stayed in the room. Fantastic location, only a 5” walk off the front that faces the main beach in PDC, having been to the resort many, many times over the years, this was our primary motivation for choosing these apartments. Anyway check in was fine, receptionist welcoming and we were given a room pretty close to the pool (unlike every other complex I’ve every stayed at, uniquely no rooms actually overlook the pool), which has a snack bar open till 6 daily, but we never used it so can’t comment on it. Rooms were larger than normal apartments abroad, but like the whole complex, is in need of modernisation like so many have undergone in PDC in recent years. Kitchen is the basic standard you get abroad, but adequate. Balcony is again not the standard, ours basically faced a wall with no view at all, so we never used it unfortunately. No aircon in the rooms, but there is a large ceiling fan in the bedroom which although not required in November, would definitely be need in summer. Cleanliness was fine and main in every other day. It worked out around £60 a night for us, which is acceptable for what we got. Would be happy to stay here again, but it does need a revamp to keep it up to date with the better apartments in the resort.

A number of options

There are some 136 apartments spread across the street, some single storey, some 2 storey. It depends on what you like and whether you have children as to what apartment would work best for you. If you are upstairs then you have quite a lot of steps - no lifts. We preferred the single storey with a largely private patio although I don’t think there are many like this. Most patios are more open although all seem to get a reasonable amount of sun throughout the day, from what I could see. The interiors are marginally different but ours was fine and quite spacious. Kitchen equipment a bit limited but since eating breakfast out is only 3 euros or so, I doubt many bother to eat in. There is a cafe on site which seems quite reasonable so no need to leave the complex if you don’t want to although Maritoni is only a 5-10 minutes walk away for massive steaks at very reasonable prices. The maid seemed to come around every other day which was fine by us. Hotel management was friendly and responsive if a problem occurred. Shower pressure was very good with plenty of hot water. Overall good value for money. The weather was a bit mixed, rather galling when the UK was in the middle of a heat wave.

Check in is 12pm confirmed from Hotels.com but was told from the gentleman at reception who was rude that check in has always been 1pm we arrived just after 12pm our room was not ready and had to wait til 1pm not sorry we apologise just that's it you have to wait and check in has always been 1pm.

Apart from the above the room was clean good size for a 1 bed it was a 3 night booked stay so good enough no complaints.

A very pleasant stay.

A very nice, spotlessly clean apartment. Everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. Our apartment was not fancy but it was well maintained and decorated. The pool area was lovely and again, very clean. A nice pool bar with very reasonable prices. Staff were great. Can't think of anything negative to say at all.
