Basic apartment but good balcony with a sunbed. Can’t say anything about the restaurant. There were no prices on the menu so we did not eat there. Cleaners in 5 times a week. Reception helpful.

Everything was good except they advertise a heated pool and the pools are not very warm. Housekeeping staff were excellent, friendly and do a great job. Good location if you dont mind walking up hills.

Disappointing

A great holiday was ruined by no water being available on the last day of our holiday which meant no opportunity to shower or clean up before we went home at 4pm.
No alternative given or no recompense to compensate for the inconvenience left a bitter taste in the mouth and a tainted view of our holiday

Stayed here with my late teen during the final week in June. I requested a top floor apartment and, though not guaranteed, we did one on the top floor of block B (at the back of the site) which was great. We had a 1-bed apartment. The living space was quite small with 2 x 2-seater sofas which were quite new. The rest of the accommodation, was a bit dated although we had everything we needed and it was clean with maids calling 4 times during the week. You can hire pool towels for €10 deposit. If you want a clean one, it costs €2. In-room safe available for hire (key, not code). It's in a great location. 5 mins walk from the Biosfere shopping centre and bus stops, and only 5 mins to the strip - turn left at the hotel and when you reach the bend there is a long flight of stairs on the right to go down to Linekars bar. The new SOCO shopping centre just 2 mins away has a fab supermarket on the ground floor. My main disappointment was that there is an ongoing programme of refurbishment works which we were not told about. Only a couple of apartments were being worked on in our block but on 2 or 3 mornings, there were jackhammers going from 9.30 ish in the morning for an hour or so. The large pool was quite noisy and great for families with a snack bar for drinks, etc. Smaller pool for over 15s only was quiet when the hammers weren't going! Sunbeds a bit saggy, prob not enough in peak season, and unnecessary sunbed reserving going on. Overall, nothing fancy but has all you need.

Parts of the property were not cleaned at all. Stairs (block B) had rubbish on them when we arrived and was still there a week later. Very noisy (block B) with staff constantly shouting at each other all day.

Great location, pool, and layout, with little overcrowding for sunbeds!
Brilliant service from all staff, and lots of eating our options nearby, as well as a lovely onsite bar and restaurant.
Our bathroom & kitchen needed some attention, but plenty of room in the apartment, with a separate bedroom.
Really could have done with air conditioning due to the nighttime heat, but we were able to hire an extra fan from reception.

We arrived at 13.30 hrs for the check in at 14.00. The receptionist was surprised that we have a check in at 2 pm and informed us the room is not ready and we have to wait as the normal check in time is 16.00 hrs. At 15.20 we have received a phone call that the apartment is ready. The room was awful. When you open a cupboard or a fridge - terrible smell comes out as it has not been cleaned for a while. The shower has was broken and my husband fixed it with the knife himself. Every night at 00.30 I heard how the toilet is flushing itself. Bath and hand towels smelled dump as not washed properly. To add the whole bathroom smelt of sewage for the whole stay. When we had a day of housekeeping 2 days after our stay - they did not even wash the glasses. Left everything in the sink, only made the bed properly and added 1 clean towel. On the day of departure in the morning at around 10 am when we left the apartment we have asked to book a taxi at 4.15 pm to the airport. When we returned to the hotel and asked to book it 10 minutes later they said we had a reservation at 3.45 pm. Even if it was a misunderstanding we asked to have it at around 4.25 pm. While we used a shower facility downstairs we were sure we will come out and the taxi will be there. It took a the receptionist 10 minutes to look for our reservation before she said there is no taxi booked for us. Then she called a taxi and we had to wait for 15 minutes for the car to arrive making us late to the airport. AVOID!!!!!!!!

The hotel is beautiful and the customer service is excellent. The rooms are a little old fashion compared to the decor of the establishment as a whole, but offers what you need. The pool area is lovely to laze in the Spanish sun and catch a well needed tan. We stayed in an accessible room which had a wet room. There wasn’t much ventilation so the wet room made the room smell a little damp, but once we opened the patio doors it became more bearable. I would definitely stay again

The lifegaurd was a total muppet, he wouldnt leave anyone alone. He was constantly over telling adults to step out of the baby when they were with there children. We simply couldnt sit at our pool anymore on the holiday he was unbearable and i gave him a piece of my mind one of the days.

We only stayed for the day because we had a late flight and had to check out of our villa accommodation at 10am. The reception area was light and airy staff member who dealt with us was friendly and helpful. The room was 2nd floor with balcony which had a table & chairs and was a good size. Room had separate bedroom with twin beds plenty wardrobe space. Toilet had a large shower with sink loo and bidet plenty of towels for 3 adults. Living area was roomy large sofa bed/couch with table and chairs and kitchen area with fridge hob and microwave oven. Apartment was lovely and clean only thing missing was Air conditioning unit. Think it would get very hot in the height of the summer. It was my daughters birthday the day we stayed and the hotel delivered a lovely bottle of bubbly with chocolates and a nice birthday message. Real nice touch. We only visited one of the pools nice enough area clean and tody plenty of sunbeds. Great location. Short walk down some steps the beach and strip.

Loved the big comfortable bed but 149 was a terrible spot for a lie in They ask the guests to be quiet but the noise of the cleaners was unreal from early as we seem be near the housekeepers room there was also drilling from near by mayvemaybe the pool room been renovated i think its fair to say most holiday makers keep late nights
I would definitely go back otherwise lovely apartments

Central apartments close centre

Very central apartments close to the centre of the town. Very comfortable beds and lovely reception and public areas which look recently refurbished. The bathrooms require upgrading and look tired and patched. Although it reports in reception that sun loungers should not be reserved no-one seemed to be monitoring this so it was difficult to get a bed that didn’t have something on it !!

Really enjoyed our stay, staff very friendly.the apartment was nice could do with a little bit of updating , the bed was uncomfortable. The area is very hilly, you need to be physically fit. Complimentary toiletries ,sky sports on TV in room.
Old town is lovely, lots of restaurants and bars, well worth visiting

Had a good week here Feb 2017, 3 family stayed here and all happy with the apartments for the cost.

No aircon which maybe an issue in the summer, also you have to pay for wifi or find a local bar, we did the latter.

Great apartment exactly what is advertised, would recommend paying for a fan as can be uncomfortable at night. Everything close by.reception staff very helpful, pool bar staff miserable and rude. Not enough sunbeds if totally honest but can't fault room ect.

Was very disappointed with the beds. Very hard. Wifi was 35€ per week. If there was free wifi we would have eaten and drank at the bar at night but we went downtown instead to get it for free.

Good hotel for the money

Nice family hotel. Good value for money. Close to bars/restaurants in Puerto del Carmen but uphill on way home so may not be suitable for older/infirm. Pool was good and kids used the games room for table tennis. Staff were friendly.

Couldn't have asked for much more

These apartments are in a great location in between the Old town and the Strip, only a 5 minute walk to either. There is also a decent Spa shop 2 minutes away for whatever you need.
Lomo Blanco itself is very well presented, very clean and most of the staff friendly. We only ate food in there once and it is definitely better to eat out everyday, it was a buffet and it was quite expensive.
The Apartment itself was very clean, a freezer with the fridge which was very handy. The maids also cleaned it most days and changed towels/bedsheets. We had apartment 229 and the view of the main pool was good, the quieter pool is easier to get sunbeds as there is alot of kids around the main pool.

Overall great holiday and not a bad word to say about Lomo Blanco!!

Excellent Value for Money

Having just returned from a fabulous weeks holiday at the Lomo Blanco hotel, we highly recommend this hotel. This was our second visit to the hotel and following other comments booked into Block B. This is to the rear of the complex and overlooks the quieter smaller pool. The room was extremely clean and a fantastic view over the town to the sea. Cannot fault this hotel, even the singer who sang like Margarita Pracatan. Only criticism we have is the food isn't great

Quiet and pleasant for Ironman

Stayed here for the Ironman Lanzarote race as other reviews said it was quiet, plus it was very close to the start and finish line. I would stay again. It was a good sized apartment with separate bedroom, clean, quiet, with good cooking facilities, especially for race morning. Staff very friendly and all requests were met. It´s up a hill (or steps) so may not suit everyone. Restaurant did nice pizzas. Good internet and WiFi. Had a good stay and would use again.

Good clean Hotel in a central location . Didn't use the facilities but looked ok .
When we asked staff for help / directions they were helpful .
Weather was cold at night so appartment was cold, only drawback to stay .
Would have liked some form of heating , had to get into bed to keep warm .
Very quiet location and no noise from other residents .
