Good location in a cosy aparthotel

Enjoyed the liston, slightly away from the main centre of puerto del carmdn. Apartment was clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. Very useful for a longer stay.
Hours of communication with reception for check in are slightly limited, however.

2nd time I've stayed at Agua Marina Apartments and would not hesitate to go back, the apartments are a great walk from the strip in a quieter part of Old Town, only downside was on the first day we both had a shower one after the other and the second shower was cold, spoke to reception and they said this happens sometimes so we then waited a bit between showers and all was fine, apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, as I said, I would not hesitate to go back, cracking digs in a lovely part of town.

Had a lovely stay last week. We had the apartment on the top floor, the view over the harbour is stunning! The agua marina building was cleaned every day as well as housekeeping in the rooms.
It is a very short walk to the harbour and also about 20 minutes from the main strip of restaurants and shops in the busy part of puerto del carmen.
It was my first time in lanzarote and I would absolutely come back and stay here again.

The property is located very near to the marina with wonderful views of the marina and sea. It is in the old town and very close to some fantastic restaurants and bars as well as having a small mini mart just across the street. The place is spotlessly clean and is serviced daily. It has a great saltwater pool ( surprisingly warm) and all of the staff are really friendly. Access to the complex and room are key coded, negating the need to carry a key everywhere. The only downside is that there is no on site bar but the nearest restaurant/bar is just a 30 second walk.

Lived up to our expectations - a nice south facing balcony with a view over the marina. Comfortable and suited our needs.
A bit non-plussed when we arrived at 16.30 and found no reception open. However, phoned the number on the door and we were given the code to acquire our keys - could have been emailed in advance. This became a useful means of contact as we sadly left one evening leaving our keys behind (the doors are self locking) - on returning at 2100, phoned and we were let back in shortly afterwards - the help was very much appreciated.

Lovely quiet place

A fantastic week away Agua marina Apartments. We booked last minute so was not sure what to expect but found the place very quiet with great views over the Marina. Cleaners came in every day except Saturday and always asked us if they could clean the room, the pool area was cleaned each day as well. We will definitely re-book again.

My boyfriend and I booked a last minute getaway and we couldn’t have been happier with the Apartment. Well equipped, perfectly located (just outside the marina but with a short walk to bars/restaurants), nice quiet pool. Room was ready when we arrived (which was about 4 hours before check in time) and we could check out late too. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely 3 weeks,we liked the peace and quite around the apartment and pool just apart from after 3 no staff around and some people playing music which we dont want to hear,use headphones, maybe a sign saying no music around the pool.If everyone played music can you imagine how noisy.Just nice to have peace and quiet. DO NOT BOOK - This property was completely mis-advertised.

They had overbooked the property, did not warn us until after we reached the hotel and then sent us to another place on the other side of town.

What they claim to be a sea view is actually a view of a street, with many rooftops in the way and a slight corner of the sea in the distance. When we complained, they were very rude, insisting this was within their legal right..
If you would like to ensure a good holiday, I would recommend another stay.

We very much enjoyed our 1 week stay at Agua Marina. In particular we loved the view from the sunny patio outside the apartment of Puerto Del Carmen harbour and the sea with Fuertaventura visible in the distance. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Wi fi was good and free. We made use of the cooking facilities for breakfast and lunch, but chose to eat out for dinner. There are plenty of decent restaurants in the area, especially good if you like fish. The location is great, in the \"old town\" area. There is a vegetarian restaurant next door and an excellent Canarian place across the road, La Chalana, which is also nice for a drink. Also across the road is a small but well-stocked supermarket. The staff on reception are very helpful and will arrange excursions and car hire. We hired a car for a few days and parked in the road outside without difficulty. Also on site is a daytime bar providing cheap drinks and a pool.

Depends which appartment you get

We stayed for 4 nights, there are good views over the comercial Harbour,and overall it was good value and well equiped.It was just that they gave us the worst appartment in the Hotel - the only one with bedrooms directly onto a road ( not very busy, but there's no such thing as a quiet delivery lorry at 6 in the morning), above a restaurant (noisy goodbyes at midnight and an extracor fan that sounded like a cross chanel ferry)and set furthest back so the balcony was last to get the morning sun and in the shade by mid afternoon. Just say you don't want Room 403, because the others all looked fine.

Peaceful & Relaxing

As as a solo traveller I found this a perfect location to relax in the sun, enjoy great views of the harbour and yet within a few minutes walk meet friend at he local bar - Moniques. Here I had a lovely time making friends, enjoying the entertainment and great food - all reasonably priced.

I have been coming to lanzarote for over 20 years and this trip has been one of the most enjoyable.

Lovely apartments overlooking harbour in old town. 15 minutes walk to new town, but a very scenic route.
The only fault, was no air conditioning. We did know this before booking, but it was very hot towards the end of holiday.
The staff in reception were so friendly and helpful!

Very pretty apartment complex.

Very pretty apartment complex in the old town overlooking the harbour with a supermarket and a lovely restaurant right on your door step and a huge choice of bars and restaurants a short walk away in the old town Puerto del Carmen. Our apartment was set back behind the pool with a restricted sea view which was lovely but next time I would like one of the higher apartments with an wider view. Apartment was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. We would recommend to others.

Loved it. Location is perfect if you like the old town. View is to die for. It's also very peaceful if you are looking for peace and quiet. Rooms are a bit dated but still have everything you need and the shower is great. Powerful and plenty of hot water. Not ideal for kids or if you can't get up and down steps but great for couples. Will return for sure.
