This apartment complex is situated in a quiet but central part of Puerto del Carmen, only 500 m from the beach and the beach avenue where guests can find a bus stop, restaurants, bars and shops. The complex is only 10 minutes from Lanzarote Airport via taxi.
This is a friendly, quiet and basic apartment complex. It consists of 46 units, a reception, bar and leisure/billiard area.

Juan, the receptionist was so professional, from getting in touch with instructions to get access code, to providing us with support to navigate ourselves in the city as it was our first time in Lanzarote. The cleaning staff were so kind and friendly. They established good relations with my kids. Would definitely book this place and recommend to loved ones.

The rooms are very spacious and kept well maintained and very clean and comfortable. Plenty of nice extra bits and bobs that other apartments of this rating do not usually provide ie: Shower gel, shampoo, soap and body lotion dispensers in the bathroom. There was also a floor standing fan in the living room if needed. Comfortable beds and pillows too.
The staff are very friendly and pleased to help with anything you require. Nice pool with steps that are easy to get in but the water is extremely cold, as are most pools we have been in within the resort, and that is quite a few over the years.

Since 2014 we've stayed here at least 8 times. What makes us return are the staff, the pool area and the location. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and bars but far away from the noise.
The accommodation provides pristine outside spaces. The pool area is spacious, you're never too close to other bathers. On the ground floor you get your apartment sun bed area. On the upper floor a private balcony with table and chairs, again good enough for sitting in the sun.
The apartments are cleaned and towels changed every second day by a wonderful team of staff, warm, friendly and respectful. This is true of all staff at the accommodation. In truth nothing is too much trouble.
Each apartment is equipped with a two ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, pans and cutlery should you want to do self-catering. There are well stocked supermarkets close by.
There is a lot going for these apartments and that is why we've returned so often. The times we haven't stayed was due to them not having availability!
For all the positives, my one negative is the decor and furnishings now appear dated and tired. We just had a 1 night stay here before going to a villa for a week. Arrived late (10pm) so no staff there but was given excellent clear instructions of how to enter. Basic but clean in a lovely area close enough to walk to main strip. Very hot on arrival with no air con and no fan and as no staff there on a night couldn’t get one. Pool looked lovely and clean but didn’t get to use it. Very pleasant lady on reception the following morning to check out. I would definitely consider staying here for a full week if visiting Lanzarote again. If they invest in air con for the rooms would be perfect.

To improve: unusable frying pan which was strongly scratched since no wooden spatula was provided. No tea cups, only small coffee cups. A lot of smoking neighbors created horrible smell on the balcony. Please, host smoking and non-smoking guests in different wings of the hotel!!!

First time here, gem of a hotel, staff very helpful, traditional Spanish decor in the large rooms, might not be to everyone’s taste but we liked it. Beds very comfy, no air con but fans were available from reception. Large swimming pool, not heated but was very welcome as the weather was extremely hot while we were there. The hotel is at the top of Calle De Cesar Manrique road, approximately 5min from the main strip, some might find the walk up a little tough but not an issue for us. We expected some noise from the main road behind the hotel but we heard nothing. Gated entry, so felt very safe. Extremely happy with our stay here, so much so we’ve booked again for New Year.

Nice little touches like free use of fan for the apartment, water in the fridge on arrival, iron, ironing board and hairdryer in bedroom, washing up liquid and sponge in kitchen and a TV with a couple of UK channels if you wanted to use it.

Pool is saltwater and pretty deep which was lovely, busy at times but generally not overly so. Sunbeds outside downstairs apartments and several round the pool - no sunbed wars, no towels being left on them in the middle of the night which was a refreshing change!

This was my first time to stay at these apartments. They are situated at the top of a fairly steep hill in a quiet location but not far from the main strip. They are close to a bus stop which was convenient to travel to the airport.
The apartments are well maintained. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is situated in a quiet residential area of Tias and easily within walking distance (10 minutes) of the main strip of Puerto del Carmen, where an abundance of cafes, bars, restaurants that suits all holiday budgets are or a 15 minute walk to the Old Town (the Port area) where again bars and some more select restaurants are situated but here too you can find food and drink to suit all budgets.
Tisalaya is situated a top of an elevated part of Tias so there is some uphill walking involved to get to the property which might prove troublesome for some older people. But this also give wonderful views out to sea and of the mountains behind the property.
On this visit we encountered 2 minor issues with the bathroom; the shower unit failed to work and on another the cistern flush button became loose. These were reported to reception and instantly a solution was found and faulty items replaced. This for me highlights the exceptional focus on customer service and satisfaction.
It was the first time visiting these apartments in 2 years and our welcome from the familiar staff was lovely. It's good to be back and back again we will go.

Absolutely perfect little place to stay. The rooms are located so your facing the sun literally all day. The pool is big and the area around it has plenty of beds for everyone.
Plenty of local shops for food shopping. Fridge with freezer and microwave and a 2 ring cooker in each room. Coffee machine and vending machine with ice creams and beers for sale all in the pool bar area with pool tables.
Basic shower unit but works perfectly.
Tv has a few UK channels so didn’t miss programmes we watch.
Very close to the beach and strip were we had full English breakfasts for less than £2.50 and pints of San Miguel for £1.50.
Loved Lanzarote, loved the apartments, honestly can not fault this place at all and the staff were all very helpful and friendly.
The ONLY bad thing I will say was the mattresses on the bed are a bit thin and tired and do need replacing but that is it.
