Very nice complex. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was great. We we're only there for 3 nights. Wish we had booked a superior apartment with air con. It was very warm so slept with the window open every night and we had fans we purchased from temu that helped. The rooms are basic but very clean. The only problem we had was the beds were extremely hard found it difficult to sleep. I was going to even try sleepimg on the floor. But apart from that it was waz fine but you get what you pay for.

In a great quiet location but only a few minutes walk down to the main avenue which then gives access to restaurants and bars in either direction. Complex is well kept with decent number of beds around the pool. Standard apartment on the ground floor which was perfectly adequate(1st floor apartments have been refurbished I believe)and cleaners were very good. Spar supermarket less then five minutes walk.

Great apartments, would stay again.

The apartment is roomy, lovely and clean. It was cleaned each day, other than a Monday. It had everything we needed. There is a 2 hob burner, a toaster, kettle and a coffee machine. They provided complimentary toiletries to last a couple of days. We had air con as we had a superior apartment. There is a nice pool, with snack bar, and a shower room to use on your departure. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Top marks.

Lovely complex with friendly and attentive staff. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a clean and central apartment with just a short work to the main strip (no major hills either). Will definitely be coming here again!

Good apartments.

Good clean apartments, with everything you need. We didn't have air conditioning but it was fine for this time of year. Location fairly close to the strip. The only small issue was that the walls seemed thin meaning we could hear our neighbours talking all through the night.

Great stay!

Great stay. The staff were all kind and professional. The building is older but well maintained.

Only complaint was that there was not much soundproofing between the flats especially in the bathroom.

Nice apartments about 5 mins stroll to the seafront, slightly uphill on the walk back, room was nice, we had air conditioning because we booked superior rooms, but lots of grumbling between families at poolside regarding the rooms that didn’t have aircon…but if you want aircon book a superior room if not your room won’t have it

Great stay

I arrived after 7pm and wasn't aware the reception closed at 7. However I saw a sign with my name and the number of the room I was staying in. I checked in properly the next morning. The apartment was really clean and spacious. The front porch was a nice touch. The pool was in great condition too. The complex was conveniently situated near shops and a number of great beaches. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back

Nice Hotel Good value for money

We have stayed at the Oasis three times and we have enjoyed every stay.

Our room was recently refurbished. It was spotlessly clean and tidy.

We will return next year.

Nice apartments close to restaurants and bars.

Apartments are basic but ideal for a short break. Pool is clean and staff friendly.
We were disappointed as assumed apartment had air conditioning but this was not the case so very hot and unpleasant to sleep at night.
What improvements could be made to enhance experience are to make it clear on booking the facilities eg air con and offer complimentary supply of tea, coffee & milk on arrival.
A happy hour at pool bar would work well to encourage guests to use bar and stay by pool a little later in the afternoon as well.

It was a nightmare,,,they were doing work in the apartment beside me...working at8am all day.never told us about it.never said sorry about the work going on..I went there to rest.work was going on behind the pool aswell...never will i go back to that place again...

Very central, and where we like to be on the strip

The apartments were very central, and close to all amenities that we wish to visit. We also have friends close by that we could visit easily without a lot of bother. Overall, the location was excellent, and the cleanliness, friendliness of the apartments were second to none. We will return to these apartments soon.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

The pool area and general surroundings were very clean and tidy, and well laid out.

The hotel staff cleaned the room five days a week, the shops were five minutes from the hotel

Had a great holiday, the apartment was only about 4 minutes from centre of Puerto del Carmen, and the beach, weather was great for January, could have stayed for 2 weeks. Local shop and pub were 2 minutes away so you could drop in for a drink on way back at night. Oasis staff were friendly and helpful, could recommend this to others.

Quiet, great location.

Maybe it was the time of the year but the neighbours were quiet which was bliss! Its location is good, a five minute walk to the front... and on the way you pass three shops and a Dino... similar to a Spar... all open to at least 10 at night. You also pass two bars/cafes, one UK themed, Sky Sports etc... local beer 2 euros a pint, that does excellent breakfasts and UK meals... e.g. liver and mash! The other is a local bar... music, pool table, tapas, very friendly locals... and open to at least 4 in the morning...and one Mexican restaurant which does superb enchiladas! Only downside... the pool was freezing!

After reading previous reviews about this hotel I was thinking about canceling our holiday. We have travelled abroad for 45years and this hotel has been savaged, we were more than plesently serprised, the state of the place was clean , no marks on the walls, the only downside the apartment could have had AIRCONDITIONING. otherwise I would have marked as a 5.

We enjoyed our week at the Oasis basic but well adequate room;very clean and tidy including garden and pool areas.VERY HANDY location only 5 minutes off the strip being close to supermarkets bars and shps.Also a big plus is nice and quiet area at night as its not on a maim road;looking forward to our next visit.

The apartment was even better than what I expected. Nice, clean and peaceful. Shops are very close. The beach is only 10 mins walk in just a few minutes you get to the promenade. The swimming pool was great! I highly recommend it.

Love Lanzerote but would never go back to these apartments. Typical case of take the profits but put no money into complex to make more comfortable for guests. Charged a lot for safety deposit box in an area which has high crime rate due to easy accessibilty to apartments which management do nothing about. Uncomfortable beds with plastic tatty covers on mattresses,Shower which is just a trickle and hot for 30 seconds only then goes completely cold. Very basic equipment in kitchen,bring your own toaster and microwave or get ripped off if you hire them! They also hire iron and ironing board seperately at a high cost. With all these additions you are better off staying at a more expensive complex e.g Sands resort in Costa Tequise which I would highly recommend. We did see lots of much better apartments in Puerto de Carmen too whilst out there. Will certainly research much better next time before booking.
