Realmente no es un All Inclusive.
Me he hospedado en la misma cadena en el caribe mexicano y en el cuarto hay refrescos y bebidas como cerveza, en este de Lanzarote solo unas botellas de agua.
Necesitaba una plancha para ropa y te cobran 20 euros de garantía por prestártela cuando estás pagando promedio por noche 250 euros, pareciera que no es suficiente con el costo de la noche; aparte tú necesitas pasar a recepción por la plancha.
No tienen room service.
Muy poco personal en el hotel para atenderte tal cual deberían de hacerlo poniendo el concepto de All Inclusive en sus anuncios.
Realmente muy mala experiencia para ser un All Inclusive.

Summary of hotel Riu Paraiso

Hotel was overall very good, all inclusive choice of food was excellent, alcohol choices were extremely poor. I would normally stay in H10 and it doesn't really compare to be honest. At H10 you get a choice of a bottle of water or glass of wine with your dinner. Here you only got a small glass of water.

Room was very clean and air conditioning was also very efficient, hotel overall was well manicured which makes for a very pleasant experience.

Shower size and pressure was excellent, there seemed to be a slight glitch in that occasionally where the shower water would get very hot quite quickly without having touched the regulator (Room 326).

Hotel location is very good approx 4km from the port in Puerto del Carmen and something similar to the airport runway. The beach to the front of the hotel is an excellent beach and reasonably safe.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, hotel is designed to make it feel like each room is an apartment and when you leave the room you get a feeling of being outside immediately which is quite nice and takes away the claustrophobic feel of hotel corridors.

Entertainment was also very good taking into account it is a holiday hotel, a lot of the performers seemed to be from Bulgaria and we really enjoyed the shows they put on and you could tell there was a lot of effort put in with limited stage and equipment to probably work with so they deserve a lot of credit.

Overall its a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, Good Hotel, below par food

The hotel is in a great location just across the beach so even though its not a private beach, its literally across the road.
The hotel is very clean and the hygiene levels, etc are excellent. the pools are very clean and there are loads of deck chairs around as well.
Our bathroom had a peculiar sewage type smell though it kept appearing and disappearing.
The staff was really very good generally - except for a couple at the bar area who were not particularly friendly.
The real disappointment was the all inclusive food. it was all well below par and completely unexciting and a bit tasteless. Even the 2 speciality restaurants were nothing to write home about, though the Pan Asian one was decent. Their non-alcoholic pina colada was really watery. The cappucino & breakfast were the only saving graces.

Good improvement since Reno.

The RIU paradiso has been recently renovated and it has improved significantly! The hotel has good amenities but feels a bit too big to be personal. Dinner is very good but breakfast would benefit from fresh orange juice and fresh cooked omelettes.
Value for money is good ! We enjoyed the quieter pool beside the main accommodation blocks.

Very disappointing experience. Poor quality food and alcohol with very limited options. Couldn’t rest at night due to bad noise insulation in the room.

Overall a very nice stay

Resort was very clean in all areas inclusive g the rooms, gardens, pools, restaurants etc.The all inclusive food options were pretty good too. The only negative I would have is that the reception staff were not the friendliest. It felt when you made a request for a taxi or had a question that you were “bothering” them.

This is a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times since Dec 2019 ....15 months and enjoyed it tremendously . We are really impressed with every member of staff. The pride they take in their respective jobs is to be congratulated , they give more than 100% every time . The hotel grounds are amazing always clean, the food is amazing I could not believe the variety they had on each day / night. The entertainment in the evening was also one of the best I had seen, the only down side was they only had 1 beer choice which is Amstel not one of the more popular beer and the cocktails were premade and didnt seem to be very watered down. There was plenty of sunbeds by the pool areas and the hotel provided courtesy towels however I could only locate 1 toilet bathroom for both pools. A courtesy room is also provide by the hotel and a baggage storage room, I would highly recommend this hotel for both families and couples as they seem to cover every angle of your holiday!

All Inclusive RIU in Lanzarote.

We had stayed the week prior in a Villa in Playa Blanca and thought that since we travelled all the way from Canada we would stay another week at an all inclusive and not have to go out to a restaurant for food every night. We were wrong, I much preferred the Villa. The food at the hotel was just not worth it and we found ourselves seeking out nearby restaurants for good tasting food and drink. The place was super crowded and smokers ruled which restricted seating areas for us. The pools were too cold to go swimming. I was most disappointed that this RIU did not have beach access, no chairs or umbrellas which I was not aware of prior to booking. (did not read that anywhere). I was shocked that the reservation restaurants were all three buffet with much the same food and drink.

A great hotel in an excellent spot. Fabulous beach but no sun beds anywhere to be seen on the enormous beach. It may be April and the start of the season but no beach facilities at all. Playa Blanca have their beach up and running but that is an hour on the bus.

Was ok but not great!! Food disappointing and so was entertainment. Stayed in much better Iberstar hotels that were also 4*. The food was repetitive and boreing had to eat out several times. The entertainment was staff that mimed to tunes.

Ich und meine Frau waren 1 Woche in dieser Unterkunft im Urlaub, wir haben das all Inklusiv angebot genommen.
Wir würden diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen!
Ja, es war alles Inklusiv aber die Qualität ganz schlecht.
Das Zimmer war OK aber die Balkontüre musste immer mit sehr viel gewalt geöffnet werden. Die Sauberkeit war OK aber könnte besser sein.

Was uns aber ganz genervt hat waren die Badetücher besetzer an den Pool obwohl dies nicht erlaubt war, dann fragen wir uns warum lassen Sie das zu?

Nous avions du 4 au 11 janvier réservé pour l’hôtel Riu et à 4 jours de notre séjour nous avons été dirigé vers un autre hôtel Seasides los Jameos un super plaisir dans cet établissement . Réception à notre arrivée un verre de champagne de bienvenue des buffets du petit déjeuner au dîner un choix variés chaque jour , piscine eau à 26 et l’autre à 18 animations piscine et le soir avec les enfants en début de soirées et spectacles vraiment !! Et boissons alcoolisées ou non à gogo. baïram super une équipe génial !!! Merci

Le plus de l'Hôtel :
- Personnel à tous les niveaux fantastiques. Nous avons eu à faire avec la réception ou tout le monde se plie en 4 pour vous satisfaire. Dès notre arrivée le matin, on nous a donné libre accès à la totalité des prestations de l'hôtel. Dans la mesure de leur possibilité, nos chambres nous ont été données en tout début d'après-midi; Les femmes de chambres sont professionnelles et efficaces avec un ménage comme on en voit peu : TOP ! Les serveurs de tous les restaurants sont TOP et l'équipe d'animation fait tout pour que nous passions un agréable séjour.
- Les chambres sont spacieuses et dotées de terrasse. Elles sont grandes avec du rangement et une literie de qualité.
- La restauration est variée et bonne. Un petit bémol histoire de dire quelque chose de négatif : Pour les petits déjeuner le jus d'orange frais serait appréciable.
-L'emplacement est super pour visiter l'île car en voiture il est au plus loin à 45 mn du Nord et 45 mn du sud de l'Ile
Nous étions 7personnes et avons séjourné 15 jours. Nous sommes tous du même avis.
Attention aux personnes à mobilité réduite : bien le préciser à la réception afin d'avoir des chambres dans le bâtiment principal sinon l'accès aux autres chambres se fait par une longue et interminable passerelle

Fue mi primera vez en Lanzarote y la estancia era de diez. Había bastante huéspedes pero la verdad es que el servicio proporcionado era fluido y aunque a veces había cola, sobre todo en el bar, esta se movía muy rápido.
Todo el personal era educado, sonriente y muy profesional.
La calidad de la comida era muy buena. La variedad tal vez un poco menos, pero a mi no me molestaba.

Um hotel muito família e com uma praia super tranquila. Localização excelente com uma linda orla. A recepção foi muito atensiosa em todo momento. Comida execelente e para todos os paladares. Os shows são execlentes, pena que termina muito cedo. No máximo até as 11 PM. Fiquem atentos pois as espreguiçadeiras que se encontram na praia não são do hotel e por isso caso queira ficar nela durante o dia terá que pagar por dia (10 euros).

Prima hotel, na de restyling ook prima qua look en feel maar dit hotel is geen 4 sterren. Aan het personeel ligt het zeker niet. Maar voor de enorme omvang van dit mega hotel is het buffet gedeelte en het restaurant veel te klein. Wat resulteert in druk en onrustig eten. En een thermos kan met koffie bij je ontbijt?? Dat kan in deze tijd toch echt niet meer. Beste tip voor het diner. Reserveer elke avond in 1 van de thema restaurants, dan eet je tenminste in een rustige omgeving.
Het hotel is echt gericht op Engelsen, dus als je daar van houdt, zit je goed. Voor ons geen herhaling.

Leider wirklich von vorn bis hinten enttäuscht. Nach Ankunft um 15:30 war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig, das Baby Bett konnte erst nach 4 mal anrufen am späten Abend gebracht werden, Dusche wechselt ständig zwischen heiß und kalt -für babies sehr sehr schwierig, das Budget war komplett auf Maße ausgerichtet -man hat sich wie auf einer Massentierhaltung gehalten. Bedienung der Kellner war sehr freundlich und immer bemüht, front desk hingegen konstant unprofessionell und unfreundlich. Ich gebe dem Hotel max Sterne -es ist weit von 4 entfernt. Wirklich schade für den ausserordentlich hohen Preis.

Me encanto el trato tan amable del personal...La limpieza de todas las instalaciones.....la bonita decoracion del hotel junto con esa maravillosa vegetacion...La comida tipo bufet...muy variada y riquisima...El hotel muy buen ubicado..al lado de la playa...Lo que no me gusto..el colchon y la almohada...muy duros...por lo demas..todo excepcional.

El valor por el dinero es muy justo. Si es verdad que las habitaciones están un poco viejas, pero el complejo esta muy bien,. y la atención, la amabilidad de la gente, el servicio son impecables. Incluso la comida esta muy bien. Volveria con gusto

Des points forts : bonne équipe d’animation ; nourriture correcte et abondante ; localisation proche de l’aéroport sans que cela ne soit gênant
Des points faibles : chambres vieillottes sans chauffage dans la salle de bain ( gênant l’hiver) ; la qualité du personnel est très variable : certains sont très gentils et serviables ; d’autres feraient mieux de changer de métier

Muy buena ubicación, en primera línea de playa y en una zona con tiendas, alquiler de coches, paradas de bus.... Personal muy amable. Habitación grande aunque necesitaría modernizarse. El problema es el horario del buffet, cierra la puerta a las 15 y a esa misma hora empiezan a recoger la comida, si llegas mas tarde de las 14:30 te toca comer a toda prisa.

Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Stimmung im Hotel und denke daher auch sehr gute Geschäftsleitung. Personal ist immer auf Draht und sehr aufmerksam.

Das Esse ist soweit ok aber jetzt nichts besonderes. All inclusive halt. Es hat eine riesige Auswahl. Die alkoholischen Getränke sind sehr billig.

La comida y los cócteles no tienen demasiada calidad. Por lo demás, muy bien. La habitación es amplia y está muy limpia. El presonal es muy amable y nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación
