Club del Carmen is situated in Puerto del Carmen, within walking distance of the Playa Grande and Playa Chica beaches. It features a heated outdoor pool, children's pool and whirlpool.

The well-furnished apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Each apartment has a private bathroom with bath or shower and balcony or terrace.

Satellite TV is also provided. The on-site bar and restaurant offer an extensive menu of local and international dishes.

The property is a short walk from the shops, bars and restaurants on the Paseo Marítimo. Lanzarote Airport is just 6km away.

The location was ideal. The service provided by all the staff was of an extremely high standard. What my husband and I especially appreciated was the high quality fixtures and furnishings....along with the very powerful Aircon.
The only slight negative was the constant loud music around the poolside. Acceptable for a younger clientele but not really acceptable for the older clientele....we're in our late 50's.
However, would I return, possibly.

We only stayed for one night but wished it was longer. The rooms were really lovely - stylish and well appointed - the staff were fabulous, the sea views were excellent! We liked that there was a full kitchen in the rooms too, AND filtered water on tap. We would definitely stay here again.

Area and hotel very much targeted at beach and poolside type holidays. Seemed perfectly nice for this, good pool and over the road from large beach, just on the edge of the main strip and larger beaches.
We had hire car and used hotel as base for day trips etc. also perfectly good for this too.

Brilliant family holiday

Brilliant stay. It's a great set up, with the apartments arranged around the pools and a small play area with table tennis, pool and a shaded area for smaller kids. The restaurant was excellent. Everything was in good condition, staff were helpful and friendly. Good recycling set up in the room too. It's also super close to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Would thoroughly recommend.

Not a bad place

While the room was ok it was on the third floor and there was no lift working. Hard to get to grips with the housecleaning procedures..ie towel changing. Pillows and matresses were just ok but the biggest issue we had was the sunbed rotation policy..if you booked a bed in the morning you weren't allowed to stay in that a bed for the afternoon or book another bed...silly policy.

Second time staying at Club del Carmen. Staff are excellent and the facilities are great. Not overcrowded and just a nice comfortable relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa as we travelled with our Son and his partner and their 2 year old. Fantastic villa with everything in you could possibly need.
Bailey’s bar was again excellent when we used it and treat our Grandson fantastically well and even had him up singing.
Bing thank you to all the staff in the hotel and Bailey’s, looking forward to our next visit.

staff polite and courteous across site pools lovely have always ate out at favourite restaurants but the pool bar was outstanding food and staff lovely any requests were fulfilled and great with children and elderly parents couldn't do enough for them also very safe and secure. reception staff available 24hrs and happy to help with any queries thank you and see you soon!

We had a great time at club del carmen, all staff were really helpful and nice. Simona in reception was really helpful and the lads in Baileys bar Bob Iliam and Paddy were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. The place was spotlessly clean and to a very high standard. It is in a nice quiet area of PDC with the beach on your doorstep. Top class place and will definitely be back.

A great stay in Puerto del Carmen

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. Everything was so clean and well organised. My apartment was so spacious. The bed very comfortable, the air conditioning worked beautifully. There is a restaurant within the club where l enjoyed delicious food and drinks during my stay. Also there is a convenient local bus stop just opposite the hotel.
Thank you to the amazing staff that worked tirelessly and made me feel welcomed.

Just returned from a 3 nights stay at Club Del Carmen. Fantastic welcome from Ana, lovely clean apartment with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Lovely sea view balcony and brilliant What’s App concierge service from Ana and Sheila who answered any questions. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds and whilst there is a morning or afternoon booking system in place, we found beds available at any time. The bar area is lovely and well run, all the staff are super friendly. Situated in a quieter area of Peurto Del Carmen with some great bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Just an overall cracking little place and will definitely return in the future.

One of the best

Stayed for 9 nights and simply is the best apartment based trip we have done. We had contact from the staff before, during and after stay to make sure everything was good. Apartment had everything and was very clean, pool area was very good and the \"sunbed booking process worked like a dream, no early morning towel drop syndrome stresses. Location is perfect for us allowing easy walk to main strip or beach. The food and service at the 2 linked restaurants was also very good. In summary, can't fault it and it will be our go back to place.

Lovely hotel and pools about a 4 minute stroll to some bars and about 10 minutes to the large strip of bars/restaurants etc… lovely Indian restaurant called Bollywood, vert tasty food.

Only negative was some of the pool bar staff who focused on flirting with girls rather than serving.

Not great for a family at half term

Not great for a family for half term. Not enough sun beds around the pool and then lots of rules around the pool made us feel not very welcome with children and wanted to spend our time at the beach instead. 1 clean in 10 nights is poor and no help provided when we asked if we could have some assistance with a smashed glass. Best part was the bar staff, they were absolutely lovely.

Had an uncomfortable night sleep on 1st night but soon rectified by reception after I asked for a mattress topper. I felt the eco bit was a bit OTT, I’m all for saving the planet but the quality of the toilet paper, tissues, toiletries and toilets we certainly not luxury. We had to make our own bed and given packs to change any bed linen and towels. Check in went on for ever and given a scripted passage about how diamond save the planet and asked to donate a €. When your tired from travelling it’s not good. It felt as if diamond timeshare members were treated differently than other guests. You had to pay to hire a pool towel if you were a non member

Sorry my review is so negative but on a positive note the staff running Baily bar were excellent along with the food and drinks they served

I’ve stopped in many places in puerto del Carmen over the last six years and can honestly say Club del Carmen is one of the nicest you will find. The whole place is clean and tidy, our room was immaculate and all we could have wanted, the bonus in there was the air con, what a difference that makes. We requested a view on top floor and was not disappointed as we had the corner room looking out to the sea, we really couldn’t have asked for more. The receptionist, a lady I believe was called magnolia was very polite, & helpful which made the experience even more wonderful. It was a lovely holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Great find. Spotted the great reviews online and the apartments really lived up to our expectations. Exceptionally clean with everything you need. Quick check in, friendly staff and everything kept spotless. Bed was ok but that’s just personal preference. Quiet at nighttime and few supermarkets nearby. About 40 mins walk to center of Puerto del Carmen but a few nice restaurants within 10 mins walk also shops and pharmacy. Could recommend this complex to anyone looking for great accommodation in a quiet area.

Great complex with friendly helpful staff. Modern apartments with everything you need. Heated pool an added bonus. Ten mins walk from start of main bars/restaurants but a few within a few mins walk. Highly recomnended.

Upon arrival the check in receptionist was very patronising and condescending towards us. Immediately and unfortunately it set the scene for our stay. In all the years of our travels we have never been spoken to with such distaste. We weren’t allowed the WiFi code, as we were too early and she couldn’t tell us our room number, however, she knew the safe in the room was broken but told us it had been taken out for repair. She also promised to phone us when we could have our room. We arrived all of 40 minutes prior to check in time! The safe remained broken throughout our stay and she didn’t bother to phone us.
We had a couple of minor issues with the property including having no curtain in the bedroom. Staff promised to sort this but only managed to put 1 curtain up in the bedroom which didn’t fit. After a bit of hassle the staff who eventually sorted this for us were very helpful and pleasant. We didn’t like the staff smoking beside the wall of our block.
Great location but due to our unwelcome arrival we just would not stay here again!

Fabulous well proportioned apartment with lots of equipment. Pool was clean and accessible though perhpas coculd have stayed open another half an hour as the late afternoon sun was glorious and whilst our apartment had a balcony it lost the sun by mid afternoon.
On-site bar was inviting and although we didn't eat there the choice and value looked good. Happy hour was, well happy!
The accommodation is reasonably placed just outside of the main action so a bit quieter than some but all the same not far from bars and restaurants.
Wi-fi was a bit up and down but hey, I was on holiday!
Check in at 4 is a tad later than you would wish given early morning flights however you can leave your cases and take advantage of the facilities.
Allin all I'd recommend it.
