Accommodation was brilliant. The only thing that let it down was the hours the bar opened.
They only open 10am-5pm. And shut for lunch at 1pm-130pm.
And you will take you life in your own hands if you try and disturb the bar staffs lunch!!!!

Good accommodation with access to everything

Good accommodation overall with basic self catering
Equipment offered. Unfortunately we were appointed a ground floor 1 bed apartment on the shaded side of the complex with a tiny terrace and due to the constant breeze hardly used it. The apartment was very clean on arrival with a change of linen and towels on day four of 7 which was unexpected. Unfortunately the bed linen did not fit the beds ( single size) and the pillows were very uncomfortable,
overall very poor quality with no mattress or pillow protectors so quite unhygienic considering how much they are used!
One other negative the sound quality of each apartment is very poor. We heard snoring from next door, chairs being pushed in and out on the floors (all tiled) above and next door and people talking through the walls.
The bar was very good with reasonable prices and friendly staff.
The location is excellent with a short walk to good supermarkets, restaurants and the beach.
We have self catered many times overseas so I would say this is a true review of what is on offer here. I doubt if we will stay again.

Very uncomfortable beds, caused us to have pins and needles and dead arms every night, ants all over the apartment, killed a few baby cockroaches that was making a low pitch buzzing/humming noise through the nights, restaurant and laundry facility closed with no mention on the website, had to ask on numerous occasions for clean bedding and towels finally got some on our fifth day, wouldn't have booked if i knew everything was closed and there was no one ever in reception, couldn't even hand the keys to anyone! Also on arrival there was blood splattered on the dresser in the main bedroom! Disgusting

Clean, quiet propriety. Receptionists great, everywhere English speakers. Every second day the cleaners would clean and change sheets and towels, a lots of towels in the rooms. The pool was not heated but that didnt stop us to use it in the middle of feb. Temperature was between 20-25 celsius outside, no rain at all but strong winds. The kitchen was equipped with everything even dishes, they provided with washing up liquid and sponge. They had washing machine in the back of the property and dryer that costed upto 5 euros to use them. They had a towel rent service and they offered bottles water in the reception 5l- 2,1 euro. The island doenst have drinkable tap water even though we used tap water for coffee and tea and cooking. I would recommend this property.

Visited in December as a couple. Very clean apartments with water & a carton of milk in the fridge on arrival. Apartment was spotless when we arrived, aloud us to check in earlier than usual (thankyou). Only a short walk away from anything, not far at all. The only thing I would say is, it’s a very quiet complex, it isn’t a problem but just stating. Also, when other rooms move furniture or place chairs down they screech and can hear so loudly I would recommend adding chair pads to each of the legs therefore a little quieter when moving in the rooms. Rooms was cleaned very regularly within the week. Would I visit again here? YES.

We had a lovely weeks stay. The staff at reception and at the bar and restaurant could not be more accommodating and friendly . The food was great , all home cooked . The was bingo , quizzes and karaoke at night time night time which was good fun . The pool area was great and you could always get a sun bed . It’s a five minute walk away from the new town , which went on for a least a 30 minute walk to the old town . Lots of lovely places to eat and drink. Plenty of shops and entertainment . Close to beaches and the apartments were like home from home . Cooker, ironing board , iron, fridge, toaster and kettle. Comfy beds and apartments with pool view. Thanks again to Tony and his family and staff for making our holiday stay at this hotel one of our best experiences . You all work so hard to please each and everyone of your customers 😊😊.

Lovely apartments. Very spacious for our family of 5. As we went at Easter the pool was freezing but the kids didn't really mind. Right next to the beach and we walked to Rancho Texas theme park/zoo in about 10 minutes (although there's not really a pavement). Its on the edge of the main strip of vars and restaurants in Puerta del Carmen but it was only about a 20 minute walk or 5 euros in a taxi to the busy part.

Right from arriving at reception, everything was perfect about the Las Adelfas. The reception staff were brilliant and could not be more helpfully or accommodating helping us with everything from pool towels, taxi and show bookings and local information.The apartments were spotlessly clean and well appointed, with excellent kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. A nice touch were the grocery supplies put in the room for when we arrived. The pool bar was very good as was the food there and in the evening restaurant on site.

When arrived it was good we were allowed to check in a couple hours early as our room was ready. When we got to our room it was clean and welcoming. We had the pool just outside our door and the supermarket was only a 5 min walk away. The hotel was very close to the beach and local restaurant as well which was good. The pool was always busy and the hotel had a lot of children which we didn’t mind as me and my partner spent most our time away from the hotel. The only negative to our stay is we would have liked our towels to be changed more regular. We stayed for a week and they were only changed twice. Our bedding also wasn’t changed once which was a disappointment. I would recommend this hotel for family’s with children but if you are part of the older generation hoping for a quite break I would recommend looking else where. Thanks for the stay

Ideal for a family stay!

We stayed here for two weeks at the end of July beginning of August for two weeks, two adults and two children, 2 and 5. We had a brilliant stay, staff extremely friendly and welcoming, apartments are really good, everything you need and all spotlessly clean. Really close to the Beach, although a bit further to the main part of the strip, but walked this most nights, some really nice restaurants, but it can be a bit annoying when some of them try and encourage you to eat at theres every night. The only really negatives I could say about the hotel is that evening entertainment wasn't great, especially for kids, although this is a small hotel so didn't really expect to much. The pool is absolutely freezing. We all had a fantastic time, and wish we were still there!

Thinking about returning ASAP!

It was really good and works perfectly for families with kids. The location is perfect just because is located in a quiet area but really close to the beach and just 5 minutes away shops, restaurants, etc. To get there from the airport is just 10 minutes by car, the easy access from the route make this location perfect to visit any point in the island. The apparent was in a really good condition well equipped and comfortable. The staff is great and well prepared to attend any enquiries.

Friendly welcome and staff. Nice spacious apartments well equipped kitchen area, bathroom looks lovely but the shower was a bit of a let down. A shortage of clothes storage areas but on the whole a fantastic quiet apartment block with a sunny balcony, lovely pools, inflatables for the kids/adults to use. Pleasant pool bar/café. Very short walk to the supermarket and beach.
It was our first time here and we would definitely like to return.

Had a wonderful 9 days over the Easter holidays with my husband and 3 children. The recently refurbished 2 bedroom apartment was spotless with everything we needed. I had bought washing up things with me but no need they were all supplied. It was so quiet at night we all slept really well.
Poolside bar served great snacks for lunch.
Short walk to shops, bars and restaurants along with the beach. Only slight negative was the cold pool but we bought wetsuits for the children with us so they still had hours of fun.

Modern rooms with large slide rooms for storage. Cleaned every other day. Pool area clean and tidy. Went in march, quiet with not much entertainment at night at hotel. Rooms in march are cold at night. Advise you to bring warm clothes for sleeping as it is cold in hotel room in march. Cheap breakfast down the street from hotel.
Five minute stroll to the stripe area of peurto del carmen. Bus stop for tours 2 minute walk away and taxi rank here aswell.

Weather was nice, pool area a good size (never had to fight for a sun bed but this may not be the case in the summer). All rooms have a terrace or balcony facing the pool area. Bar staff all lovely and good selection of drinks/snacks. BBQ on the Monday was good. Quite a walk to get to the old town/marina/better bars but very close to the local beach and bars. All apartments modern and clean. Had a cockroach one night but after naming him we caught him and released him. Hopefully Colin wont bother anyone else!!

What a gem

Very recently refurbished hotel and beautifully done. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The welcome pack in the room was much appreciated. The whole resort is kept extremely clean. Whilst I don’t like to single out staff, thank you to Valentina and Alison on reception and Jo and Tony in the bar for making us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to return.

Quiet yet close to local resturants and bars

Lovely hotel, with recent refurb. Clean rooms with plently of room for four of us.. Our room included a sofa bed, room with two single beds and another room with a double en suit. The staff on the bar and at reception were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was ten min walking distance to local popular bars and resterants but far enough away for there to be no evening noise from the main strip. The pool was lovely for families with small children.
Would recommend to anyone and will certainly be back in the next few weeks with the family.

We had a one bedroom and it had the amazing bonus of 2 bathrooms which was perfect for our family of 4. The pool area was immaculate and plenty of sun beds. Staff were friendly. Rooms need updating. Lots of cracks in the tiles, holes in the curtains and rust in the bath. We didnt spend much time in the hotel.
We paid €30 deposit for a safety deposit box and was told we would be refunded €10 at the end of our stay. Our flight home was early in the morning so the reception was closed and we were never refunded. As much as the staff were pleasant we wouldn't stay here again

Very clean, family friendly apartments

We stayed at this hotel in July 2017, the rooms are lovely, very well equipped and the maid came in a few times a week, keeping the place spotless. The only down side to the rooms is that it states a one bedroom apartment can sleep 4 people- however, we would definitely not recommend this as the sofa bed is extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The pool is great and is very well looked after. The reception staff are very friendly. The bar staff seem to let the place down a bit as they seem very stressed out and act like everything is too much work for them. -It makes is just a bit uncomfortable when ordering pool snacks etc. Entertainment of a night could be better and a bit more of a plan to it but overall a very good stay :)

Very pretty little complex, well situated.

Las Adelfas is clean, comfortable and very well situated for Los Porcillos beach. The swimming pool is very pleasant although the parasols don't give a lot of shade during the day. Staff on reception were very helpful and quickly substituted a fan when the one in my apartment didn't work. Apartments were well equipped with everything I needed for a self-catering holiday.

Las Adelfas was perfect for us . We didn't cook indoors but could have easily. There was everything you needed in this large self contained apartment. Very clean. English channels for those who need this. Lovely staff especially Valentino and the bar persons. Food ate there only one night was very good. Didn't venture into the entertainment area as not our thing.
Nice and close to beaches and shops (ten to fifteen minutes walk) but felt secluded and away from the hubbub.
Shower lovely and strong, always loads of hot water. Pool area clean and quiet (April) . Couldn't fault it for this type of resort. Good value for money. Loads of drawer/cupboard space and hangers. Plus a light and plug next to the mirror (not seen in some 5 star places). Room 105

Our 2 bedroom apartment was dirty, grubby, old fashioned and small for a family of 5. The walls are filthy, the paint is hanging off. We would not recommend this accommodation nor would we return. We notified the staff of our disappointment.

Pleasantly surprised on arrival apartment bigger than expected and bonus as had two bathrooms. Decor tired and dated but very clean.
Great touch basics provided milk, water, tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls on arrivals saved a mad dash to supermarket also had kitchen roll & tin foil. Also had a good hairdryer and iron bonus.
Pool and sunbeds in excellent conditionwith added bonus of coffee shop where staff always friendly and helpful great to be able to have a meal on sight as well.
Apartment in excellent location with less than 5 min walk to beach and a nice leisurely walk to all the restaurants and bars.
Would definitely stay here again apartment was cleaned regularly over the 9 days of our stay.

The accommodation is situated in a good location and not far from the beach and 10 min walk to the bars and shops.. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Overall considering the price, no real complaints..

Accommodation was very disapointing

The room we had been allocated was very tired and had bad damp problems in the walls of the main bedroom that resulted in fur growing out of the walls that looked both disturbing and kept brushing off onto our clothes. We also was unsure if it was safe to breath in or not.
I asked to move rooms and was informed that no other rooms was available but they did send round the maintenance guy the same day and he patched it up. This only lasted 2 days and the fur started to grow back through the repair at the exact locations.
I don't normally complain but after I made the initial complaint on Christmas day morning, no sooner had I left the reception room I heard both the staff laugh out loud. I felt that they must have been laughing at my complaint and weather this was true or not it was very unprofessional of them to do so.

It is just a small walk to the beach and it is in a well located area.

The pool was too cold and no one went in it apart from the kids now and again.

The downstairs room we was in had next to nothing sound proofing and as such we heard all the upstairs movement through the walls and ceiling that prevented us from having any kind of a siesta:(

Overall if the room was in a better condition and the staff behaved a little more professional then it would have got a much higher score along with only a positive review.

Basic and budget but good location

You will get what you pay for here.
Rooms are a little dated, and dependant on which side of the pool can be very dark and cold.
Facilities are limited, however there is a pool snack bar and evening meal/resteraunt facilities all English orientated.
Great location, less than five minutes walk to the beach and local amenities, and only twenty minutes to the centre of PDC.
Ideal stay if your a couple or small family on a budget.

close to beach, atleast 10-15 min walk to end of strip. dated rooms but all the shower/taps/sinks new and work well. well stocked with cooking stuff even if only used the kettle. standard maid service. fine overall for cheaper end of apartment choices. had a great stay. staff are great.

Lovely, friendly hotel.

We've visited this hotel before but this was our first time staying here. The room we had was a two bed and was a very good size with two full bathrooms and two patios on the ground floor facing the pool. Excellent location to the Main Street and the restaurants and shops. There was milk,water in the fridge for us when we arrived and a selection of tea bags which was very welcome. The staff make this place though. Jo, Robina, Tony and the other staff who run the pool bar and restaurant are always so friendly and you just feel instantly at home here. Would def recommend and we'll be back again next time we visit the island.

Great location

This hotel is close to the beach and all amenities. the staff are terrific. However, the hotel is a little tired; it needs updating. The walls are paper thin and unfortunately for us we were next door to a crying baby.
