Clean and well maintained complex. Junior suite room was great. Food was above usual all inclusive standards. Staff fine. Close to beach, 5 minute taxi to Puerta Del Carmen and 10 mins in taxi from the airport.

Room for improvement- better sport facilities (seperate football, basketball and Tennis court( rather than them all together and a terrible booking system where soneone can book all day every day and not even turn up. Thats probably my only criticism.

What’s not so good…

- Location, it’s a little bit away from the strip (but I knew that when I booked)
- Whilst food choices are great, nothing is ever hot. They need to find a way to ensure that items are kept hot
- A La Carte issues, I booked all inclusive via Expedia but the hotel advised me that Expedia customers didn’t get access to this restaurant. After pointing out that no where on either the hotels website or Expedia did it state this, they agreed to give us a night in the restaurant but this should never have happened

This property is well worth the stay. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is a problem. The food and drink is good. Our accommodation was very clean and well set out. We stayed half board and it suited us perfectly. We would definitely return again.

Amazing stay a AequoraSuites. Great for families or adults only. 99% staff members are very nice and pleasant
Thumbs up for the chefs and Kitchen team as food was great and varied, easy to find something even for fussy children.
Facilities are great and kept clean.
Only Con: gym closes at 7pm and lacks of equipment

Great great Animation, Entertaining Team. Can't say enough good thing about the 10 members of the Team. Emilia, Alina, Mano, Sua, Isael, Maria, Delphine, Raul ( probably got a few names wrong sorry). The kids Club is very good.
Location is great, 5-10min from the beach, 10-15min from the airport by bus.
Overall would highly recommend the Hotel and might even come back another time.

Stayed for a week in June, lovely time to stay as it wasn’t overly busy and plenty of sunbeds. The property was lovely and clean. Wine didn’t realised until the end of our stay that there were 2 entertainment venues the main one aimed at families and one aimed at adults near the reception. Bar staff were lovely we found the restaurant staff not as friendly. Food was pretty good, a good variety each evening. About a 20-30 min walk to Peurto del carmen or you can catch a bus from just round the corner. Playa blanca took about 40mins via bus.

This place is immaculate, the staff are amazing and this year the food was best it's every been. They've put new tiles around the adult pool which is nice. Ive been here 6 times so I'm picking up on wee silly things, like a few broken tiles on the main walkway, drinks menu could do with a shake up and management could maybe walking the pool areas more often.

We travelled as a couple with a baby aged 10 months. Check in was relatively quick, we waited for two families in front of us but when it got to our turn things were sorted quickly. Front desk staff member i think called Hugo was very nice and explained everything clearly.

Our room was ground floor immediately as you come out of reception. The accommodation is split into apartment blocks.

Location excellent, beach is 5 mins walk. Hotel is very clean and most of the entertainment team are very friendly, they have a lot for guests to join in with inc fitness, games, sports. Pools are lovely but it can be difficult to get a sunbed due to people reserving beds and going away, this is sometimes addressed by staff but not often. Plenty of choice of food, pretty good, signage could be better. Drinks are very reasonably priced, we were HB due to not eating or drinking enough to justify extra cost of AI. Vast majority of other guests were French and there didn’t seem to be any interaction between guests, something which I have enjoyed in similar hotels in the past. Los Pocillos is a lovely area, some great shops, restaurants and Marco’s bar, great for an after dinner walk, drink, shop. Centre of PDC is quite a long walk but buses are great and cheap.

Food was alright but very repetitive and wasn’t enough choice, pasta was very basic almost like for kids in nursery and meat wasn’t to great really- ether too though or overcooked.
Salad options was pretty standard and you can see that they use whatever was leftover to make different version of salad bar.
Paella was not great either…really basic food.
Definitely not ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ more likely just ⭐️⭐️⭐️.

The resort is nice, with a good option for activities. However, I found twice hair in the food once in pizza and 2nd time in the icecream, I had to chase the cleaning personal after the weekends to.get the bed and the towels changed even though I sign an agreement that I would like my room to be cleaned on a daily basis as I was with a toddler.Even after I spoke to.one on the cleaners they still.haven't cleaned up properly nor making the bed or wipeing the floor.Overall all is a good resort, but the cleanlines are not as they should be.If I wouldn't have this issues I would definetly come back.but after all I wont come back.due to.the poor cleaning lines.

Awful night’s sleep- noise and light

Room was clean. But, staff were not friendly, had to pay daily fee for ability to use the safe in the room.
Worst quality of sleep- the music from the entertainment was insanely loud, as if I was playing music in my room. Could hear every word of the music. I’m still quite shocked at how loud it was, and until after 11pm- so this kept me awake. Next problem was then being woken early by the light- the curtains are not black out and to make things worse there is a window in the bathroom with no covering, there is no door to the bathroom, and so as soon as the sun rises the room is bright. Was supposed to be somewhere to sleep before my flight from Lanzarote, but had a terrible sleep as a result of the above.

Can only praise the efforts of management and staff to ensure everything goes well on holiday.
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable . Only one wardrobe with limited shelf storage which was a problem.
We used the adult only facilities for dining and for pre and post meal drinks.
The food was varied and tasty but disappointed not to see a strawberry offering!!
Not a problem with Sun loungers around the adult pool although there was always those early risers reserving beds with towels before going for breakfast.
We upgraded to all inclusive plus giving daily access to the a la carte restaurant and the adults only bar.
Nothing more to pay on the premium drinks and the measures are more than generous.
Cocktails are available and freshly prepared.
Entertainment in the evening was ok but a bit more suited to younger children.
This hotel is situated only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport at a cost of €13 and only a 10 minute walk to the beach.
Can recommend for both families and couples.

This was the first time we’ve done all-inclusive and we were pleasantly surprised. We had a room with a double bed and a single bed. The double bed was really comfy. The single bed was pretty hard and not comfy but it was fine for my daughter. The room was clean and pleasant. The breakfasts were really good- loads of options to suit all tastes. The lunches and dinners also had a lot to choose from. I wouldn’t say the food was gourmet but some really decent options and we always enjoyed them. We went in June so it wasn’t busy and we always got a table straight away.
We were really impressed with the evening entertainment - some really impressive acts. The surrounding area itself was fine- typical seaside shops. We didn’t really spend much time there and chose to explore the island. Overall a really nice experience.

Disappointment is an unstatement

This was my second time here at this hotel and we even brought friends with us ! It will be the last time ! Some of the Staff were just rude and would not listen to when being explained to, very frustrating when a staff member man handles my wife. Not acceptable whatsoever. Then to the room being cleaned with fresh towels.. Twice in 10 days for a 4 Star hotel !! When we asked
For every second day. The hotel is certainly not worthy of the 4 star's any longer, broken in fact shattered floor tiles everywhere in the common walking areas, very dirty around all the areas apart from the reception. One a few occasions at break and lunch we had broken tea cups that the hot water just went straight through to sharp chipped juice glasses.. then there was the room, Air conditioning was kon existing and the front door handle kept coming off when you could actually close the door after several times of trying.

I was very disappointed with my stay this year. firstly the room I was provided with was terrible, the patio door was broken and wouldn’t lock also the safe was broken. Surprised by this I spoke to the manager and he assured me he would get this sorted and to go out and enjoy myself, I did say I was uncomfortable leaving my case etc in the room and was surprised with the response “well it’s on the inside not the outside of the building so no problem” hmmm ok. On my return a few hours later the repairs had not been completed, rather than leave my valuables in an unlocked room for a second time I asked for a room change, which was granted. I moved and things seemed to be back on track, a friend joined me during the week and I was very honest and let the manager know and asked that the sofa bed be made up (considering I would end up paying extra for her to stay in my already paid for room)
Assurances were given that this would be done, it wasn’t, I went back to reception and explained the situation, I was informed that staff had gone but would be back at 6pm and they would do it then. Guess what, it didn’t happen, I called reception but no response, I gave up! Until it came time to check out and I was charged for the extra person, I advised I was happy to pay for breakfast but the fact the extra bed was not provided I would not be happy paying the €77 reception wasn’t interested demanding money. Won’t stay here again!

such a great hotel for all the family from young kids to older generation. we had a lovely stay - the rooms were well adapted - the view was great theres is space to walk around the resort - lots of bar options, food always available. staff were super friendly, quiter options if you want to get away from kids or noise etc. but also options to get involved in animation, entertainment etc too. our little one (20month old- toddler) particularly enjoyed the playground and evening mini disco. food was great variety - but sometimes felt a bit repetitive and full of oil or cream or pork/cheese.
perfect distance from the beach, felt safe on the resort itself. rooms were thoroughly cleaned.
we would return again.

I loved everything about the whole complex.
The food was excellent with a wide range of choices. The staff were all really friendly and extremely helpful. My room was perfect in every way and the complex itself was always spotlessly clean and the pools were at a lovely temperature.
Also very handy for the local shops, bars and the beach which were all just a 2 minute walk away.
Will definitely be booking to stay here again in the near future 😉😉

Lovely property, did the all inclusive and there was loads of choice with things changing each day. Adult pool and areas were great to avoid kids but even the bits they could go in weren’t too bad. It was my birthday while there and got back to the room on the day to find a voucher for a free bottle of sparkling wine which was a nice touch. Will probably look to stay there again if I come back to Lanzarote!

We enjoyed a 2 night stay a this hotel. We didn’t arrive until late evening on our first night due to plane delays so we had missed any entertainment and evening meal, but they did supply a pack of sandwiches, juice and fruit.
The room and hotel were very clean and modern. There were beverages supplied in our room but mainly coffee and tiny cups. So being British I would have liked a cup of ordinary tea and milk.
The food selection in the restaurants was very good, nicely presented and a great variety.
The entertainment team were very good and worked very hard to keep you enjoying your stay.
My big criticism was as usual when abroad, there were a lot of saving sun beds around the pools with towels, so the only ones available were in the shade. Hotels should stop this happening as it spoils it for the guest that aren’t as selfish as to do this.
I would still recommend this hotel though as everything else is really goid.

What a gem of a hotel, staff amazing, not overcrowded, food fantastic, all inclusive is from the time you arrive to when you leave, not like other hotels.
We usually stay in villas or air b&b,s but this hotel has changed our minds.
Massage was also one of the best we have ever had!

Very relaxed and convenient perfect for families. Getting food is a little bit of a ‘free for all’ as there is no set way of queuing up, so you can find kids and adults regularly ‘cutting in’ to get their ‘favourite’ dish first.

I booked this hotel based on the great reviews so my expectations were very high!
This is our last day here so I thought to review before we travel and I get busy and distracted.
I will start off with the negatives:
The big ones,
-I found a cockroach in my room the first morning. There were also a few dead ones outside. If I was alone I would have stormed out of the hotel because I am such a cockroach phobe but the kids were with me and I will not break their hearts. I have to say that the hotel dealt with it very quickly and I never saw them again, neither in my room or outside.
- the food labelling is a disaster! Wrong labels on most things, left from the previous lunch or dinner, a problem if you have allergies and if you don’t eat certain meats or are vegetarians. When asking staff they also didn’t know so they had to go to the kitchen and that consumed lots of time waiting.
The little ones,
- the food was not as good as expected, a three stars tops and not a 4 star, lots of variety but most of it not very tasty and the drinks at breakfast not fresh and on top of that diluted.
- no Netflix or a way to stream apps, if you have kids that go to bed at 8 and can’t catch the entertainment it is pretty boring.
- you have to pay 3€ for each day for the safe in the room!!! That is a rip off in my opinion, the safe is already in the room and it doesn’t consume extra costs to the hotel. That’s a first and I thought it’s very weird.
- they only give a few complementary coffee capsul

Great holiday

Lovely hotel with a few pools, tennis, basketball, boules, and a small entertainment schedule. There is also an adults only relaxation pool with sun beds and day beds. Friendly staff, very good condition/upkeep and lovely sized room.
Only complaints are breakfast isn’t until 8am which isn’t great for early risers and the ‘double bed’ was two large singles which weren’t joined and would move away from each other during the night.

Lovely spacious rooms, exceptionally clean around the whole hotel. Food was generally good, extensive drinks menu on all inclusive. Pools were on the small side for the size of hotel but were heated and sunbeds no problem in January. Easy walk to the shops restaurants and a lovely area of beach.

Amazing place, very relaxed. Entertainment and kids club is first class. The standard of cleanliness in this place is incredible. My only recomendation and this is the only challenge we had was to cater for younger guests (small children) a little bit better on the evening meals menus. Would be nice if they had a kids corner with burgers, sausages and nuggets etc. That said the head chef always made my little guy a hot dog when asked. The staff and management in this place should be proud of the Service you deliver.10/10 we will be back soon.

This was meant to be vip booking but the hotel staff didn’t acknowledge that and didn’t wNt to give the wine, upgrade and late check out and we had to complain and contact Expedia to get this sorted which resulted in a mini bottle of wine, no upgrade and a free late checkout after multiple discussions with the manager. Our room was above the restaurant - couldn’t keep the balcony door open due to the food smell. The water and tea and coffee in the room is only given on first day and not refreshed - the staff confirmed it was only given once which is the first I’m seeing this in a 4 star hotel - we even had to give a €15 deposit for each beach towel - not really great service. It’s a shame as location is good, food is good , multiple pools and rooms are nice and spacious… but customer service isn’t great!

From the internet i expected this property to be very close to the airport but it is not. It does not even have an airport shuttle. Getting to the rooms involves stairs with no elevators. The rooms are very clean, with cold tile floors, and with a beach a few hundred meters away.

Food is atrocious.
Not impressed by hotels.com even less impressed by the actual proprerty and its management.

Fabulous Place, fabulous Staff, Perfect Holiday

I hate to tell you how fabulous this place is as the prices will go up but it deserves praise.

I was taking my wife away after long recovery from accident and needed everything perfect and it was.

I had messed them about with Hotels.com because of vouchers and ended up with 3 bookings during my stay. No problem for the Aequora, they even upgraded us to amazing superior suite.

Rooms excellent, staff excellent, facilities excellent, food amazing cruise quality, so we highly recommend the all inclusive, you wont find any better food or restaurant near by.

Good mixture of all nationalities and no rowdy drunks, but be careful of the cocktails, unlike other all inclusive they are not watered down and the first night did catch some otherwise respectable people.....the bar staff are liberal with the alcohol measure. That's a good thing......

5 mins from airport, so no long transit, 1/2 term so quite busy. after this review I hope we can still afford to go back. Thanks to all the staff especially hard working bar staff, restaurant staff and amazing entertainment staff.

Fabulous winter sun stay

Fabulous stay. Less than ten minutes in a taxi from the airport. 5 more snow walk to the beach/ shops. Our Junior Suite room was huge, very clean and ready when we arrived late morning so we could check straight in. The shower was lovely!
The staff were wonderful - all very friendly & attentive. The whole resort was spotlessly clean. We were all inclusive & the food was delicious - so much choice at each mealtime. The choice of drinks on all inclusive was excellent. We spent most time at the adult pool which was very quiet & relaxing. We would definitely return & would highly recommend.

Enjoyable stay in a very good hotel.

Excellent hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is situated in a quiet area but close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The buffet for breakfast and evening meal varied and plentiful. However the Don Paco Spanish Restaurant is to be avoided. The main courses for all five of us were among the worst we have ever had. Overall the hotel is very good and I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

The hotel is a little far our from Centre of Puerto Del Carmen sbourt 6 eiro in a taxi. But there are local shops and restaurants and beach a 10 minute walk.

Lovely hotel but my only issue is that there are no lifts and when you have a lot of bags, that's quite the problem. Other than that the room is very clean, aircon is good. The bar closes at 12 so its suitable for families but not great if you arrive in off a late flight and just want a glass of wine 😂

We had a wonderful holiday at he Aequora Suites in Lanzarote and it was not only because of the weather! This place is very well run, with a high level of maintenance and very friendly and helpful staff. The area itself is really nice too with the beach only a few steps away as well as restaurants. The air conditioning in the suites is another plus which means we could sleep well. Great value overall for the half board too as the buffet is varied and trying to cater for all nationalities.

Clean, quiet, perfect for families with young children- lots of pools to suit your preference, one for kids, one adults, one entertainment and one quiet. Could find something to eat each meal time and was hot but personally not a fan of buffet food.

If you don’t like hotel entertainment (which was hit and miss) then very little to do of an evening, especially for families with older kids. We got cabs to the bowling alley.
