Staff were really helpful with answering questions and providing booking for transport. The service in the bars was quick and easy. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Overall a lovely place to stay in a good location with a 10 minute walk to the beach and near to Puerto Del Carmen via bus for exploring.

Beautiful hotel, great food selection, close to the beach and airport. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The lifeguard John was so nice to everyone around the pool, from entertaining kids to interacting with everyone and making us all laugh. I’ll definitely come back.

Very last minute trip and got what we paid for as expected

Yes it’s not a 4/5 star but neither is the price
the rooms were large and clean- only thing I would have asked is for an extra pillow and blanket as quite cold at night

location is very good , 5-10 min walk to beach / front and there is a taxi rank right outside if needed. Only a 10 min drive from airport and 10 mins in Puerto Del carmen ( buses regular for €1)

The restaurant is like a large canteen. again very much reflective of the price. We didn’t use it much but when we did there was always something we could eat, albeit not a huge amount of choice

The drinks were again ok, as you would expect for a 3 star at this price

If you go expecting to get something reflective of what you pay you won’t be disappointed.

I would stay again if looking for a cheap convenient base

We had a lovely stay. Room is basic but fine for what we needed. Beds are comfy but pillows not so much, 2 pillows for each person would be better. Sofa could do with a little clean. Facilities are good, breakfast was good and staff are friendly. Both times we have stayed here we have had to wait for are rooms to be ready, perhaps the hotel need to look to change their 2pm check in time that they state. But overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely come back to stay again soon.

Lucas's 20th birthday,

During our recent stay at Apartamentos LIVVO Moromar in Lanzarote to celebrate my friend Lucas's 20th birthday, we encountered some issues that I believe are important to address.

When we arrived at around 9:00 pm, we found the receptionist to be impolite, and we had trouble understanding the information provided. Additionally, the limited dinner hours could pose challenges for guests, especially those travelling with children.

While our accommodations were satisfactory, the lack of air conditioning made it difficult for us to rest comfortably. Our breakfast was quite basic, and the extra charges for amenities such as towels and fans were an unexpected inconvenience.

Due to these issues, Luca and I decided to return to England after being there for only 24 hours.

Based on our experience, I would recommend that travellers carefully consider their accommodations to ensure a satisfying holiday experience.

Lovely pools, food wasn’t too bad, rooms were nice but sofa bed uncomfortable and apartment full of ants which I was woken up to one night while asleep. All inclusive drinks were awful and wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t contain alcohol, kids had a brilliant time.

Lovely and would definitely recommend.

The weather was lovely averaging on 22 degrees everyday (30th Dec to 5th Jan 2024).
The apartment was lovely and very clean. We had a lovely sea view. The grounds are kept nice and clean. The beach is about an 8 minute walk away.
The only negative I have is that our room wasn’t ready from 2pm like stated.
I would definitely return for another stay!

I had replied to an email sent by Morromar via your website , asking for a ground floor sea view if possible . We had stayed in these before and with my husband having a disability need a ground floor. When we arrived we were told , you don’t get a choice only what is allocated . Carlos did find us a ground floor apartment but insisted they hadn’t received the email and you can’t choose ? The cleaners are very hard working and did an amazing job . I probably won’t stay again as my husband found it too hilly at night as this year they locked the gate and you can only go through the main reception.

Not the best apartment in the MoroMar I’ve stayed in overlooking air condition units and beside food hall easy access from public to apartment over a low wall but other than that it was a good experience check inn staff not very helpful we had to do our own check inn via email after a long flight & late check in. The key didn’t fit the door back to reception maintenance finally came to replace key so felt a bit insecure in the property compared to previous stays there it was below standard

I was very surprise with Morromar this was a very good deal. The appartment was clean and comfortable, staff couldn't do enough for you, food was varied, something for everyone.
Alot to do on the island, we went diving, on a submarine, up firer mountain, camal riding, etc excellant holiday.
I really enjoyed my stay at Morromar and would definitely would recommend and would go again.

Long weekend in December

We booked this hotel very late, it was a good price and the reviews were OK, we paid for half board which turned out to exceed all our expectations, although breakfast and dinner were both in buffet form, the food was really quite good, and plenty of choice, it's not gourmet but enjoyable, a bottle of red wine to go with dinner was 6.50 Euros and wasn't too bad at all. The staff were all very friendly, check in was quick and straight forward. We left home in Chelmsford at 4.00 a.m. to fly from Stansted, we checked in the hotel at 11.00 a.m., therefore a long weekend was well within reach, I've taken longer to get to Cornwall.

The apartments are in need of an update. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the fridge was mouldy! My apartment was opposite the clubhouse so very noisy in the evening. I had 2 dead cockroaches as my welcoming gift! On the positive side I had a lovely seaview.

Room ready on arrival at 12 noon but no hair dryer unit or water from taps in bathroom. Informed reception and within a few hours (while we were at the pool) new sink unit and hair dryer installed!! Beds were very comfortable and clean.
Staff all very helpful and friendly.
Only issue was that room was very tired and a little old fashioned - wardrobe door didn't close, kitchen units old, some seats had broken seat pads and settee had signs of wear.
Didn't see any other rooms so we may just have had an old one.
Only all inclusive I've been on where pool towels are NOT included!

Relaxing break with lovely sea view

We stayed in room 616, which has a large balcony with lovely sea view. Room was cleaned and towels changed every day apart from Wed & Sat. We had a bedroom with twin beds and a studio sofa in the lounge area. We stayed on self catering basis because we like to eat out in different types of restaurants but a lot of people were all inclusive and seemed happy.

There are two large pools on the complex and a short walk down hill takes you to a local shopping centre with a few small gift shops, 2 supermarkets and several bars and restaurants. There is a lovely promenade that stretches for miles in both directions and from where you can access the beach. Remember you have to get back up the hill to go home again but it's not too steep.

The complex is very close to the airport so it can be a bit noisy in the day with planes taking off and landing but they didn't really disturb us at night - even though I'm a light sleeper and we slept with the windows open. Also, the club is below our balcony but it all closes down around midnight so that wasn't an issue either.

Very Hot Island With NO air conditioning

One staff member was checking in people. It took 30 minutes alone for us to check in. The hotel should have had at least two staff members on reception. We were very disappointed with our room which had no air conditioning at all. I cannot understand why the hotel has no air conditioning with 30 degrees outside?! Carlos was a very helpful staff member very helpful. we spoke with him about getting a fan. The fan helped but not by a lot. Most apartments had windows we didn't. The pool area was lovely. Entertainment was good. The location is only ok. We would have to get a taxi but they are very cheap 3 to 4 euro. Nice shopping area near by. They had an amazing irish bar called the auld triangle the food was just so so amazing worth trying it out! Would I stay here again? No. Its nice to be able to relax in the apartment come evening time etc and we just couldn't. We used to dread to fact going in to it.

Lovely hotel in fab location

We had an amazing time at the morromar. Our room had a sea view and was spacious and cleaned daily. The complex isn't too big so ur never far from a pool, restaurant or bar. Food was not always the best but it was plentiful and always a wide variety to choose from. There was very little entertainment though which would of Been welcomed. The morromar is In an excellent location though, walking distance to beach and bars and then a short taxi journey to busier nightlife, but that is still a walkable distance! Highly recommend it we had a brilliant time!

Large rooms, good food just a little lacking

Close to the sea and resteraunts, large high ceilings in the rooms with LCD TV and excellent hairdryer. Food was varied and of a good standard (for all inclusive). With all the sports facilities we expected more for our teenagers to do but found them a little bored. If you book take your own table tennis bat and balls to pass the time.

Very clean hotel, staff were all friendly and helpful. Stayed for a week all inclusive, the food was ok, plenty of it, liked the paella.
About 10 mins walk from the beach, another 10 mins to a row of shops and bar/restaurants.
About 10 euro for a taxi from the airport.
5 or 6 euro for a taxi into town.
The pool area was well kept and never seemed to busy, plenty of loungers.
Would be happy to stay here again.

Sunshine break in Lanzarote at Morromar Apts

I have just spend a very relaxing week in Lanzarote at Morromar Apts. The location is great 10 minutes from airport, 5 minute walk to the beach/commercial centre in Matagorda with plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a taxi rank right outside the Morromar and cab fares to Puerto del Carmen are @ €5-7 depending on traffic or whether you are going to the Old Town. I was on a room only basis which suited the type of holiday I was looking for. On the few occasions I spoke with the staff they were really helpful even printing off my boarding passes the night before my departure. We requested extra towels and pillows and these provided straight away. Late check out was very convenient and at €15 for an extra 4 hours great value. My room was close to the 2nd pool which was quiet and relaxing. Even though it was not heated as the temps reached the 30's during my stay it was perfect. There is a very well stocked supermarket onsite which is open late. From Matagorda the promenade runs along the beach into Puerto del Carmen with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants a long the way.

I would definitely recommend the Morromar Apts and location.

This is the third time I have stayed in these apartments for a short break. The location is brilliant for visiting other areas & a short transfer from the airport. The rooms are above basic with ok kitchen facilities for self catering, an excellent balcony to have breakfast on with a view & a lounge area to chill. The bedrooms have good size wardrobes, the single beds are well ... nothing more than a bed to sleep in ! There are 2 exercellent size pools & enough sun loungers for everyone. Highly recommended for a cheap short sunny break. However would skip using the complimentary shower room on departure as this time there was 3 dead huge cockroaches, the maid/cleaner delivered a bundle of fresh towels but can't blame her for not wanting to touch the Bugs lol. Will happily stay again.

It was pleasant and local to shops and restaurants, although the hotel food was nice, the bathroom did not have a stand up shower and was an oversized bath difficult to turn on bath taps had to climb in bath to get to taps but it was jaccuzzi bath and the loo was in an awkward place because of the size of the bath. We were only there for a couple of days so a novelty but would prefer a normal shower. Overall good value.

This place can be OK if you are not used to staying at nice hotels, and want proximity (10min walk) to the beach. New Years \"gala\" buffet was very disappointing, even though the food selection was big, not much was tasty. Luckily drinks were included, but we could have gotten a much better meal including drinks at restaurants by the beach. Wifi is (over)charged by the day or week, and not the most stable nor very fast. Rooms were quite clean, but very basic. Beds quite hard, not very comfortable, and \"double bed\" means two twins put next to each other. Also, warm-water is limited and not super-hot. Rooms have no heating or air-conditioning, and gets a little cold at night, since there is no insulation. Pools are very cold, although the kids don't seem to mind. Lots of \"all inclusive\" british guests who start the drinking in the morning and keep it going.

lovely hotel well maintained, staff very friendly> the food was lovely, its the first AI i have been on where me and my family didnt get tired of the food (never had to eat out once.). the rooms were cleaned regularly to a high standard. pourte del carmen is only 4-5 euros in a taxi> there are local shops and supermarkets just 5 mins walk away.
dont book transfers as the airport is only 8 euros in a taxi. the texas ranch is a must for a day out (free bus)< short ride from the hotel. the entertainment was passible. there was no fighting for sunbeds and no queing in the dining hall.
A lovely breeze most of the time temps 24-32 c end of oct. all in all it was a lovely holiday.

we was only stopping in this hotel for one night as was just finishing up our holiday there as it was close to the airport,we were greeted by a very friendly reception and nice looking hotel.thought all was going well until decided to have a drink and something to eat,drinks were totally watered down and the food uneatable.bit unfortunate as we were all inclusive.glad it was just the one night we were there otherwise we would of def checked out. my best description of this place would be a butlins in spain.....but much worse food.

This is a great value hotel for the money and the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. This does exactly what it says on the tin; it's not a 5* hotel, so don't expect anything even remotely fancy, but this hotel is clean, well maintained and has all the basics. The beds were twins although we booked a double which turned out to be a good thing as it was so hot at night!! The sheets were clean as was the basic studio apartment. It had a super balcony which was surprisingly private. There was a fantastic pool with a second kids pool (not many kids here as it was mostly middle aged or older couples and grown up families). We spent most of our time here as there was music through the day which gave a nice holiday vibe and an inexpensive poolside bar handy. In the evenings there is noisy \"entertainment\" until about 12 so don't expect to go to sleep early. We took a taxi into town ( approx €4) and went to different restaurants and pubs, firstly because the food is not good quality in the hotel (although sufficient quantity and variety) and secondly because there are so many great places to eat and drink in Puerto del Carmen that we love this place! As far as housekeeping goes, the sheets weren't changed in the 5 days we were there which I wasn't too fussed about, however neither were the towels which was a bit rank. I brought my own so didn't complain but I did hear others mention it to reception. Wifi reception is practically non existent. Overall I'd still come back here!

Excellent hotel, great for families.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well maintained and well equipped. The staff were friendly and polite. The kids club and animation team were great. We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience and would definitely return. It is a little way from the main resort of puerto del carmen so may not suit someone looking for a busy nightlife but is perfect for a relaxing break. Would definitely recommend the all inclusive option as great choice of food and drink.

Very well situated appartments away from the madding crowd, very good facilities, we were upgraded to a 2 room apartment(we had booked a studio) the first was dark and dingy so we moved to a second one which was good except for the severe damp and mould in the bedroom, we moved the beds into the sitting area and the sofa into the bedroom therefor having exactly what we wanted in the first place a studio
Beware Rm 610 !!

We booked into here for 1 night, as our Villa was booked for the night after we arrived in Lanzarotte. It was a large apartment, with a large balcony. It isn't our type of accommodation, as we prefer solitude, but for anyone wanting a beach holiday, perhaps with a family, the area around the complex is very clean, tidy and there are restaraunts of all kinds very close by, lovely beaches and we saw swimming pools etc. Seems cheap, cheerful and great if that's the kind of thing you are looking for, I would say you won't go far wrong there!!

Morromar Lanzarote, Incredibly beautiful hotel!

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. It is quite big but you don't get that impression at all, since it's constructed of many small houses and you almost get the fealing that you have your own house. We had a great view and a big, luxurious balcony overlooking the sea at front and one of the pool areas on the right.
One of the pools were heated to 25 degrees Celcius.
The service was outstanding and the personnel very helpful and friendly.
The only downside is the beds which are quite hard and uncomfortable. The staff helped us by adding a mattress on top of each bed which made it better. The breakfast buffet could use some improvement but the dinner was very nice.
Thank you Morromar for a wonderful stay!

The room is very old, not well isolated, can hear neighbours or people walking and talking outside clearly, and there are insects inside.

Worst of all, we forgot 2 jackets in the room and tried to call their number, send email and send messages here in the Expedia app, no reply at all, very disappointed about this.

Ein 3gSterne Hotel kann auch fanz anders sein.

Beim Auschecken wurde man nichtmals gefragt ob alles ok war.

Hébergement pratique et pres de la capitale et de l’aéroport, cependant pas de clim et nous pensions avoir une cuisine et le logement était un peu bric à brac, pas le luxe d’un hotel 3etoiles. Bruyant la nuit. Mais beaucoup d’activités proposées au sein de l’hôtel, familial.

Beau complexe, avec 2 grandes piscines. Appartement très spacieux et bien équipé. L'emplacement est proche de la plage mais un peu loin de Puerto del Carmen.
