Great place to stay, the location is amazing because everything is so close. The only thing the next door bar Musi is very loud, but we contact the staff and they were really nice and helpful moving us to different room. Was much better. Thanks again for your help !

Very loud music was the main problem.There was a nightclub next door which played music until after 3am. It felt like a disco in the apartment.
They advertise access to a pool. There was none.
They also offered breakfast.
This was a 15 min walk away and included coffee and cold toast. Anything else you have to pay for.
The appt was dated. I dont know who would give this accommodation 10.

The property was centrally located on 5th Av. and the person managing the property was very helpful. However, the noise level was unbearable! The property is adjacent to a night cloud and the noise level is so high that the windows vibrate. There is no insulation, so it is like you were in the nightclub. The noise goes until past 3am, so it is impossible to sleep even using ear plugs. The property is old and poorly clean. There was thick dust over the fridge and other furniture. The towels were extremely old and the bed sheets were stained. There was no toilet lid. The whole place needs some serious renovations. In its current state, it is unacceptable as a place to stay.

The place is next to the bar that plays music until 2 am. The speaker is next to the room. We could feel the vibrations of the music. We have a child. It was impossible to sleep. At midnight we left and found a different place to stay. Not recommended unless you are out all night

WORST PLACE EVER

THE PLATFORM ALSO DID NOT PROVIDE ANY PROTECTION EITHER

We arrived quite late from the cancun airport.

The place is NOTHING like what’s advertised. We had the large/lux room with 3 beds.

The place is not only rundown to the point that I would not call it habitable.

The mattresses were paper thin, no pillows, no blankets , wet towels which smaller like mould.

The fridge was absolutely disgusting

I complained to hotels.com and to the property manager. The manager said to just check out the next day and they’d refund us.

So we did. THEN they told hotels.com that they would not refund us.

I tried every avenue with hotels.com and provided copy of the WRITTEN chat with the property manager on WhatsApp and even then they would not step in and refund us.

We we were lied into returning the keys but also had to pay for the next 5 days.

Absolutely disgusted at the lack of protection hotels.com offered.

The place is absolutely gross.

I provided all the photos of the place and even had photos of my daughters sleeping on the floor with wet towels.

We arrived at 1 am so we had to suck it up for one night but this is a horrible place.

Stay or book at your own risk!

It is a great place for a getaway or for locals. Not worth a whole week. You're in the 5ta ave so there is so much to do great location. The rooms are cute loved my little apartment. The staff in person are very helpful and kind. The check in/out system works like an airbnb. Most communication is done through whatsapp. The hotel is right next to a club so the music will not stop till exactly 3am it is super loud. It will make your room shake. Hotel does not include lunch I don’t know why it was offered in my vacation package so that was misleading. The included breakfast is only juice, coffee, and toast. You have to pay for extra for a cooked meal but the food is great. The pool and breakfast is in another hotel it is walking distance like 5 min. Its a nice stay if you would like to vacation on a budget. Thank you!

The location is great, right on 5th Ave. There is a bar right next store, like share a wall close and it’s loud. So loud that I think my heart was beating to the base of each song. It was hard to hear each other inside our own room. It stops dead at 3am.
If you check in late (after 3pm) you have to walk about 300 m down the road to another hotel location to get the keys.

Breakfast is not at the location, it’s down 5th ave (out the front doors to the left) at another hotel location. I’m assuming that’s the pool location as well.

The actual door to the apartments is super hard to find. There’s no sign, it’s just small letters above the door but it’s beside a tequila store and a silver jewelry store.

If you have questions you have to use What’s App to communicate with staff but they’re quick to respond.

Showed up 7/11/23 at arnd 4pm. Was directed to the bldg across to check in... well... there is no one to check us in. Some security lady made us wait with no update who will check us in. Very disappointing.... waited almost an hour in the heat and cramped entryway. I felt we were scammed...messaged them but no response. Working on getting my refund thru travelocity now.

Beware - right next to a 2nd story club - super super loud, walls shaking loud. You will get no sleep there. no internet, poor cooling in bedroom, otherwise ok. There are no refunds here, make sure you read the small print. I had to move for peace of mind and lost 5 days rental fees, they didn't offer an alternative even though they own mlultple locations. Expedia was no help in resolving this. Photos make this place look better than it is.

The staff is amazing, they really made a big impact on our stay. They are very helpful and available 24/7. Emmanuel went above and beyond to help us. The room is really nice with a great view, close to the main bars and a walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would book with them again if we ever go back to Playa del Carmen.

Terrible Check In

The apartment itself was great, perfect location and affordable. However, we the games they tried to pull at check in were a terrible way to start my vacation.

When we arrived for check in, we were told that they didn’t have rooms for the night. And, that out of my 6 night stay, they only had rooms for 3 of those nights. The woman at the desk “claimed” to not speak any English and when I called Hotels.com to help, they said they could not get ahold of the hotel (even though I was standing in front of the receptionist at that exact moment) and that they would charge me a fee to cancel the reservation. WHAT?!

The only reason my problem got solved is because I put together all the Spanish I had from high school, got real and gave the receptionist some raw New York attitude. Plus my 6’7” boyfriend stepped in to assist. We told her we made a reservation and that she needed to honor it, and that were not sleeping on the street. Period. All of a sudden, she figured it out and we had a room. It’s a shame I had to turn up on vacation. But of course, everything else was smooth after that.

As the other reviews all over the main travel sites indicate, this place tries to give you the run around. After a lot of just sitting there patiently, ignoring them saying that they didn't have the room, and walking up 5 flights of stairs and between hotels several times in 100 degree heat three times - unlike other reviewers who were defeated - they actually did give me the room I booked! Be persistent!

Upon arrival at this hotel, the door was locked with a note asking guests to check in and their sister hotel nearby. When we go to the sister hotel they shared they did not have any rooms available at the hotel I booked (Sol Del Caribe on 5a Ave) but they would find a room at this hotel. Beware. The hotel had been closed for several months due to the pandemic and it’s moldy and definitely not Sol Del Caribe. It was unbearable so we spent 1 night only. No toilet does not flush. Our “room” had a sewer drain pipe in it that smelled terrible and it was all the way in the back. It felt like a jail cell. Now I’m battling Expedia for a refund for the unused nights and the hotel will not cooperate since they have a no refund policy. It’s bait and switch. You have been warned.

First, check in is not even at this hotel. It's at another hotel a quarter mile away. And you need to give a $25 deposit in cash. They will not accept credit cards. Second, The room is very old and dated. The mattress feels paper thin and hard. There is no water pressure.

The positives of this hotel is that it is very well located It's directly on 5th and very easy to get around from. However there It's a very little sign on the building and if you're not looking for it you will completely miss it.

Ths staff was friendly and i didn't expect much for the low price but ....i was disappointed they didn't even have the cable to connect the tv to an antenna (or cable?) and no password to use Netflix that showed up on the TV which ended up being a brick? The worst thing by far was that the beds are like rock solid.. One of the hardest beds i have ever slept on. Neither me or my gal got any sleep.... because of it. The room was clean and i guess if you like Playa del carmen nightlife (we don't) then the location is perfect. Again staff was friendly and nice.

The room was decent but the WiFi didn’t work all the time. The AC was only in the bedroom of the area and the TV didn’t work. I would rate this place 3 stars out of five. The water pressure in the shower is weak and no soap and shampoo was provided. The only good thing about the place was the location. It’s central to almost everything and I felt pretty safe in the area. The front door is locked so only guest can come and go in the building.

This is the second time that I stay at this hotel. It is well maintained rooms are always clean and it is located on the main 5th avenue. The managers went out of their way to contact me to clarify when i would be arriving. They are very hospitable. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and always provided service with a smile. Both times the experience was great and I highly recommend this to any 18+ couple or group staying here. I believe this is a no kids allowed hotel.

My first time in Playa del Carmen, if you are interested in beach, nightlife and great food at at a reasonable price, this hotel is just perfect.
Located at the heart of 5th avenue, close to great restaurants, two blocks away from the beach, and 5 blocks away from 12th street where all late night party takes place (Coco Bongo). The staff was very nice, and helpful especially Ana!
Would definetly come back!

No elevator, so top floor room with dive gear, lots of luggage was a problem. Staff very friendly and helpful.Basic hotel, no extra facilities, except a nice sun deck on the roof.
First room AC was toast, but they moved us with 40 minutes of trying unsuccessfully to fix it. Room had small kitchen nice fridge so would be great for those on a budget wanting to make meals. But in the middle of everything..Surrounded by many bars restaurants shops.
Continental breakfast included at nearby sister hotel..nothing great but OK.

Great place to stay on a budget

I thought this hotel was great for the price. The only downfalls were no hot water and the Saturday night noise of the bar nearby.

The water was the same temperature regardless of which knob we turned on full blast; air temperature water is not the most pleasant to shower in, but in the heat of Mexico isn't too bad. Maybe it was a fluke of the room we were in, but either way decreases my rating.

Next, 1 of our 4 nights - Saturday - was extremely noisy and difficult to sleep. The obnoxious bar nearby cranked up the music extra loud and the guests there were extremely loud as well. The other nights had very little outside noise coming in. So another slight downfall to the hotel is its proximity to a bar.

Quaint Botique Hotel in the middle of the action

This is a small (ten rooms), quaint boutique hotel in the middle of all of the action on 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen. 5th Ave in noisy at all times of day and night, especially during the busy season and you will hear this noise in your room, I just don't think there is a way to get around that in any 5th Ave location. They have a wonderful roof-top deck, great for morning coffee or just relaxing with a book. They have a sister hotel a few blocks away that has a pool that you can use which we did one day. The front desk staff, usually manned by only one person, was wonderful, especially Eduardo, Martin and Pamela. They were very helpful, especially with an issue we had with our rental car. Be aware that the ten rooms are spread-out over three floors and there is no elevator. This was not an issue for us. Also, be aware that if you have a car, there is no parking for most 5th Ave hotels, including this one, so knowing exactly where you are going to park would be most helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

GREAT deal for AMAZING price.

Over the last 5 years since my last visit to Playa del Carmen, it has grown a little bit. There is a small street with discos that wasn't there before, and it is a bit more developed overall. I generally resist this kind of change, but it's not overdone and the overall feel is the same. The hotel is tucked in between businesses and a little bit hidden. The best directions you can give you can give your taxi driver is to tell them it is on 5th ave between 4th and 6th. The staff is super accommodating and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and some dishes and silverware. There a front room with kitchen and table, and a back bedroom with a bathroom extending from it. The balcony overlooks the street for people-watching. The bed was super comfortable, the wifi was super fast and the ceiling fans and AC worked perfectly. The only small concern for me was that the water was non-potable, so we did tooth-brushing with bottled water and were fine. We ate out at local restaurants and the food was fantastic. Eating at smaller places a block of two east of 5th ave will have MUCH lower prices on food and drinks. The beach is a short block away (and beautiful).

Fine but NOT recommended if you have a car

The room was fine but the hotel was so hard to find using Google maps. Plus it is on a pedestrian only road so DO NOT stay there if you have a car - it was an absolute nightmare navigating the one-way streets and roads you can't drive down. We had to park the car a few blocks away. The person on reception checked us in to the wrong room and had to change which was a minor inconvenience. They also had not received our booking which we made several hours before arriving so I had to forward our booking confirmation to the receptionist's personal email address which was also a minor inconvenience.

Decent for the price, great staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early. The Internet is poor as we had to stand near the door to get it. The room was actually an apartment with a separate kitchen area. The ceiling fan was a bit dangerous as it was waving around a bit when turned on. I dislike Playa but this has nothing to do with the hotel and for the price and staff service I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

A fairer look at this hotel.

Due to the high reviews I opted for this facility. We have a place we normally go to and enjoy for about the same price, but the good reviews and price led us to try out this location.

The Good:
* Great location. Right on 5th Ave close to everything you would want.
* Fantastic staff. Everyone is friendly.
* The suite is a good size for the value. Ours had a balcony that overlooks 5th.

The OK:
* The kitchen didn't get much use from us, but it comes with a full-size fridge and hot plate.
* Internet was spotty but fine when it worked (most of the time).

The Bad:
* The bed was small and not what my reservation showed. My reservation shows me requesting a King and my bed was definitely a twin.
* The bed spread had white spots on it and sort of creeped us out. We just opted not to use it.
* The room smelled terrible when we first entered because they unplug the fridge. The whole room smelled like rot. After turning the fridge on and the first maid cleaning it went away.
* The AC is not in the bedroom. Given the time of year we didn't have an issue, but in the summer this could be brutal.
* No deadbolt. This one bothered me. There is a normal bathroom lock that one could easily kick open to enter your room. 5th ave is safe but this should pretty standard for hotel rooms.

Other stuff:
Some people may not like that you leave the key to your room at the front desk when you leave, but this is pretty standard in Mexico.

Xtudio Hotel is located in the heart of everything that's happening on 5th Avenue. Overall, the studio (2) was comfortable. We liked the endless supply of bottled water that was provided free of change. Guests would benefit from a supply of dish soap and a dish cloth in the kitchen. This was the only thing lacking. The front desk personnel were helpful and very friendly.

Basic accommodations at reasonable price

This was our fourth stay at this hotel. We love the value we get for the price and the location is ideal for us. Right on 5th Avenue, close to the bus station, restaurants and beach. The hotel is always spotless, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The addition of the coffee in the lobby was a nice touch this time. This is not a luxury hotel by any means, but a clean, comfortable, affordable option that means we can stay in Playa del Carmen for two weeks instead of one!

The rooms were not really 1 bedrooms. They are really a studio, with a make shift wall. The bathroom was so narrow. The water pressure was not good.
Then I had no hot water and since it was so hot, the room was extremely hot. The staff did not speak English well. Very frustrating.

Good location, higher floors quiet, no lift

The location is perfect. If you're passing through by bus you are within walking distance of both bus stations. The higher floors in the building are less noisy than the bottom floors but there is no elevator so you have to choose your option; lugging luggage up stairs for a better nights rest vs. less luggage lugging and more noise. Overall it's a good hotel right on 5th. We usually stay here on our way from Belize to Cancun airport and vice versa.

Perfect Place

The hotel was in a great location; very close to shopping and ferry access. Unfortunately, my flight arrived later than planned. The hotel staff was waiting for me and they got me situated very quickly. They were very friendly and the room was actually more than I expected: balcony, kitchenette, nice bathroom, comfy bed. For $50- quite a deal. I wish I planned to stay for more than one night.

Nice little hotel in heart of city

Our room consisted of a bedroom and kitchen. The bedroom had a comfortable double bed, ceiling fan {no AC} and small bathroom. No television. The kitchen area had a TV, full size frig, coffee pot and microwave. It was clean and comfortable. I would've liked the TV in bedroom not kitchen; hotel said we could change rooms but we didn't. But they were offered it and were accommodating. The AC in kitchen cooled entire unit. Location on 5th is excellent; we had a nice balcony and were two minute walk to beach. Hotel provides beach towels and you can use \"sister\" hotels, two of which have small pools. Hotel staff is thorough and told us all about sister hotels and beach club locations; they were nice and friendly. The cleaning staff is exceptional. This is an excellent hotel and very inexpensive. Not luxury but clean and quaint.

A few suggestions:
-remove large plants outside hotel to make sign more visible and hotel easier to find
-provide dish towel in kitchen
-when booking, specify size of bed and TV location. Some rooms have king beds.

We will return

The staff were extremely friendly. The location felt secure, yet located centrally right on 5th Avenue in downtown Playa Del Carmen. I was asked if I preferred a view overlooking the nightlife or a room that was more quiet. I chose the more quiet room and was pretty pleased.

Close to 5th but loud and bad temp

It is on 5th but loud. The a/c split unit is in the kitchen so it's hard to get the temp just right in the bedroom. No elevator but just a couple flights of stairs. We frequent PDC fairly often a so I've stayed in better places for equal to less cost. I'm actually canceling two additional nights I had planned here on way back to Belize.

Basic hotel, great price right in heart of Playa

This was our third stay at this hotel and each trip has been great. We love it for the convenience to the beach right in the heart of Playa, the excellent staff and the affordability which allows us to stay longer! If you are seeking luxury accommodations, an all-inclusive atmosphere and a pool, this is NOT the location for you. But if you appreciate value for your money, clean, comfortable, but basic accommodations, a kitchenette so that you can have snacks and drinks readily available and excellent staff, then you will be pleased with this choice. As a guest of Xperience hotels, you have access to the other sister locations for breakfast and pool privileges but with so many excellent food choices nearby and the beach just a block away, who needs anything else? From past trips we knew there was no reading lamp so we brought a clip on light - problem solved! We love to get away from the tourist areas and explore the rest of Playa and the staff made suggestions of what we might like to see and directions on how to get there via taxi, collectivo or even the Tucsa and they were also helpful with learning Spanish phrases to be better understood.

Great location!

This hotel is in a great location - right on 5th avenue, near all the restaurants, clubs, beach, ADO bus station, ferry terminal...all less than 5 mins walking. Front desk staff was very helpful, no amenities at the hotel, have to use their sister property a block away for the amenities. Wifi in rooms was spotty, but worked well in the lobby. Free cold water on 2nd floor, can refill water bottles there. Buffet breakfast at the sister property isn't worth the money, it doesn't include any hot items, have to pay for those separately. Overall, the hotel is worth the money for convenience of a great location.

Great location!

Very important! Note that the hotel is between 4th and 6th street. It's exactly on 5th Street but this is not a traffic thru street, so make sure you get drop off on either 4th or 6th street to find it. It's a small entrance rught next to seven eleven. The location is great! It is close to absolutely everything, and very clean. The concierges Pax and Alex are awesome, and always have great recommendations and an excellent attitude!

Location and staff outstanding

I couldn't believe the size of my room - actually rooms - they gave me a full apartment. 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchenette (including a full size fridge) ! I would have to say it was about 700 sq ft of living space. I was a bit overwhelmed by the amount of space at first, but really enjoyed it after a day. It would definitely be great for a family - Although there was no real sitting area except for around the kitchen table. Also a nice large bathroom with shower. The location was perfect for me - right in the heart of everything. I loved that my suite opened to a balcony which opened right on to 5th Ave - that was pretty cool to be able to sit outside and enjoy the open air and the sounds of 5th Ave. The noise picks up after noon hour and into the evening mainly because of the Mexican restaurant across the way which has a mariachi band playing every day but all in all I'd have to say it was relatively quiet during sleeping hours. The staff at the front desk area were outstanding. My two Favs would be Tomas and Alex. Their english was great and they were always there to answer my numerous questions regarding just about anything. I'd highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for something central, great bang for your buck with tons of living space. It is somewhat dated and could use and upgrade on the TV - but come on, who is really on vacation to watch TV?

great stay.
the hotel is so close to everything: ferry to Cozumel, ADO bus station, shopping, dining.
liked everything:quiet & powerful A/C, comfortable beds, full size refrigerator on the kitchen, a lot of space and separate kitchen area, fast & reliable WiFi.
short walk ( or taxi ride) to Wallmart with taxi ride back to hotel will save you a fortune on breakfasts, snacks, and drinks.
try some restaurants on 10th Avenue, it's less expensive than 5th.
don't forget to take beach towels at front desk.
just FYI: there is no elevator, stairs only

Great service and location

A really great place to stay if you want simple, the ability to self-cater basic meals, and want to be close to tourist attractions in Playa del Carmen. The room was good size, the bed was a king size, and the kitchenette had a few basic items like plates and glasses. It didn't have chopping boards or bowls though. The service was great - everyone was keen to help with anything. The location is perfect if you want to be close to 5th Avenue, but over the weekend it is very noisy. Overall, we were really happy.

Great location, big, clean rooms!

Our main priorities when searching for a hotel in Playa del Carmen were that we wanted to be centrally located (close to 5th Ave and the beach), and have a kitchenette. We got both for a great price at Xtudio Comfort! Our room was bigger than expected, the location was superb and very safe, and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We thought it might get a bit noisy at night being directly on 5th but with the windows closed and air conditioner on it was fine. We also had access to the rooftop pool at their sister hotel, Illusion, which we took advantage of one afternoon. We would definitely recommend Xtudio!

Great hotel for budget conscious traveler

This was our second stay, again for 10 days. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the housekeeping staff do a great job keeping the hotel spotless. We love the fact that there are only 10 rooms so it is quiet most of the time except for the people who can only close a door by slamming it. Our number one priority was an affordable hotel with a kitchenette in the heart of Playa and near the beach. If you are looking for opulence and extravagance, this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for a clean, affordable hotel, then Xtudio may be just what you are seeking.

Excellent Location, great service

Overall great hotel. Don't get discouraged by the tiny lobby and no elevator. My wife an I had a nice room with a king size bed, and kitchenette, including mini fridge, mw. Hotel is one block from the beach, and two blocks from the ADO bus (cancun airport, chichen itza, etc). It provides discount vouchers to use on restaurants/bars on the beach where you can spend your day over a mattress drinking/eating. The hotel provides beach towels. The hotel is in the popular Quinta avenida...so excellent location.

Great spot for value and convenience

Came to escape the New England winter for my birthday.
My arrival was a little late and had some difficulty finding it. Once I arrived the security guard showed me to my room and it was perfect. Like a small studio, there was a coffee maker and a big fridge.
Spent the days at the beach, nights out and came home to a nice pad late.
They decorated my room with balloons and rolled the towels to look like a cake on my birthday - too good. The nicest people working here.
The beach is a block a way.
Have a good time !!

Great hotel with kitchenette

While researching hotels for our recent 11 day stay, we wanted a place close to 5th Ave, close to the beach and a kitchenette so we could have food and drinks available in the room. Xtudio met all of our needs. Our room was in the back, on the 3rd floor, so any street noise from 5th Ave was muffled. We enjoyed the tequilaphone player from the restaurant across the street as our nighttime lullaby! The only issue we had with noise was while in the bathroom due to a broken window that would not close. We informed the desk clerk on day one, and by day 11 it still was not fixed despite daily updates that it was being addressed. Our issue was that the housekeeping staff would leave the bathroom door open and we returned daily to a hot, stuffy room which created an odor issue as they turned off the A/C once they completed cleaning the room. We understand that electricity is expensive, so understand the need to shut off the A/C, but we were glad that the A/C worked well and the room cooled quickly, it just would have been nice to either have had the window fixed or leave the bathroom door shut! The staff was helpful with carrying items to and from our 3rd floor room, the hotel was clean all the time, having ice and water available all the time was wonderful. The front desk staff helped out with directions to restaurants and shops we wanted to visit. One tip, the bedside lamps are not reading lamps, so either bring a booklight or your Nook, Kindle or other e-reader.

Xtudio Comfort Hotel

Xtudio Comfort Hotel, is situated on 5th street in the center of restaurants and shops. It is small but cozy and the hotel staff is bi-lingual,friendly and extremely helpful.

The hotel does not have a pool or exercise area, but you can walk over to its sister hotel and use their facilities. If you chose the breakfast plan you will also have to go to the sister hotel. The room do not have hair dryer or iron so these are items you may want to consider bringing with you if you'll need them.

If you plan to be out and about exploring most of the time and you only require a clean place to sleep and don't mind being exposed to a little street noise (tends to quiet down some as it gets later in the night) then, you may want to consider this Xtrudio which is in close proximity to everything, reasonably priced, and has s super nice and helpful staff.

Very clean hotel with great staff and location

Great staff - very friendly and full of helpful tips about where to eat and what to see. Continental breakfast was simple but delicious - yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and juice. Breakfast was at a partner hotel about a block away but it really wasn't far to walk or a hassle to get there. Hotel was 2-3 blocks from the beach and conveniently located near all the action in Playa. The area stays noisy until about midnight when the bars close up. We loved our balcony right over 5th street where we took in some great people watching. Would definitely stay here again. The room was just as it was advertised.

This hotel was fantastic. the staff have so much knowledge of the area as well as other towns (the staff are from all over Mexico!)

It is a little hotel with a small lobby in that hotel and most of the lobby functions in its partner hotels but we loved being here.

The kitchen was great. the room size was fantastic.

The only negatives - no essclators so be fit (not a problem for us!) there was a pane of glass missing in the bathroom - so we always had that door shut due to mosquitos.

Nice hotel

Nice people you can trust run this hotel. It is cleaned well every day. Rooms in the front with balconies come with the noise of crowds and music - not altogether unpleasant, but just know you'll get ambient noise. The hotel is close to the beach and its sister hotel where breakfast is served is nice.

Le déjeuner inclus des toast et du café et se trouve à 15 minutes de marche de l’hôtel.
Il n’y a pas de piscine extérieure ni de place sur la plage.
Nous n’avions pas de four ni de cafetière. Très peu d’ustensiles et de vaisselles avec un seul chaudron.
Le bruit naturel du secteurs est acceptable, mais la boîte de nuit collée à la chambre est intolérable de minuit à 3AM.
Les lits sont des lits jumeaux et non des grands lits. (Aucune couverture n’est fournies contrairement aux photos)
Les matelas sont tâchés ont des ressorts brisés qui nous blesse ou occasionnent de gros trous dans les matelas.
Il n’y a pas de casier ou autre emplacement pour les bagages ou vos sac-à-dos, il y a seulement des chambres qui barrent à clé.
Aucun accueil, ni sécurité. Les locataires laissent la porte de l’hôtel débarrée et des gens sont même entré durant la nuit pour cognier à notre porte violemment et en criant.
La toilette et la douche étaient semi-utilisables et mal entretenus.
Le prix est beaucoup trop chers pour ce que l’hôtel vous offre. Je déconseille fortement aux familles, mais peu convenir aux fêtards.
Seul point positif: emplacement près de la station de bus Ado et de la plage.

Entspricht nicht dem, was angeboten wurde.
Das Interkontinentale Frühstück besteht aus Kaffee, Toast, Butter und Marmelade.
Alles weitere muss teuer betahlt werden. Dafür musste man einen halben Kilometer in ein anderes Hotel laufen.
Der Wasserdruck ist so schwach, dass das Duschen zu einer Torture wurde.
Die Toiletenspühlung funtionierte nur, wenn direkt nach dem Spühlen an den Spühlkasten gehauen hat und ca 10 min wartete bis der Kasten wieder voll war.
Einen Tag lang hatten wir gar kein Wasser und unsere Nachrichten an die Unterkunft wurden einfach ignoriert.
Die Küchenutensilien bestehen aus 2 Teller, 2 verschiedene Gläser paar Messer, einen Topf und einem kaputten Messbecher.
Toilettenpapier war Mangelware und musste erbettelt werden.
Die > 500 Mbit Internet hatten vielleicht paar Kbit und war von vielen Ausfällen geprägt.
Mit Kabelanschluss im TV meinte man wohl das Stromkabel, was ihn nutzlos machte.
Es war zwar ein Smart TV, aber die Internetleitung reichte nicht für einen Stream aus.
Der Zustand würde ich als heruntergekommen beschreiben.
