Really Iarge complex a little isolated and not a lot off entertainment for the size of the complex. The apartments are very spacious and really clean but if you have any walking issues you will need a taxi to get down to the main resort.

Broken aircon, lack of communication. Kids pool with flaky paint which ended up my daughter injuring her toe and ending in a medical centre costing €220. Do not think i will rush to go back there

Perfect!

I loved every aspect of this holiday. The staff were the best thing. Outstanding service. So friendly and helpful. The accomodation was spotlessly clean. The facilities were spotles. The pool area and bar are just gorgeous and a perfect place to chill out. This was our third visit there and we will return.

I have been to Lanzarote many time.. Hyde Park Lane apartments are the best Iv stayed in ... fantastic choice of food from the breakfast buffet to pizza at the pool bar, spotless trueout,staff very helpful and accommodating....and for the spa treatments onsite just amazing.......I'm taken off one star just for some wear and tear in the doors in the apartment.....I will definitely be returning at some point

staff amazing, been there 45 days over 12 month period!,
addiition of live music is good though more staff required on the bar.
Maids in every 2 days love the smell of the cleanliness.

Just love this place.We return regularly!
It ‘ticks all the boxes’:
The location is perfect, set back in quiet area just on the outskirts of Puerto Del Carmen, but only a few minutes walk to the seafront which leads to the main resort.
The property is immaculately maintained and cleanliness in the restaurant outstanding.Food is excellent and beautifully presented.The bungalows are well equipped and there is a huge pool with abundance of sunbeds.
The staff are all so pleasant and helpful.

The hotel reception and catering staff were not caring or helpful and never engaged with their guests displaying poor people and communication skills. Their was one male breakfast chef, one female evening barmaid, and a male entertainment manager who did stand out from the rest and worked hard to communicate and please all residents . The choice of food was repetitive at best ,tasteless and cold everyday with various choices running out early in the evening restricting the poor choice further.Evening entertainment was good although most residents did not attend therfore lacked any atmosphere. Drink price's were competitive with other establishment's, and the pool and garden areas were nice. I would not recommend due to poor staff attitudes, cold tastless food, and the poor location of hotel with no bars or shops close by.

We decided to come out a few days earlier for our family trip but our accommodation wasnt available so we booked Hyde Park Lane for a few days. It was amazing and we didnt want to leave! Staff were friendly, pools were fantastic and we really enjoyed breakfast!

A long weekend

we Love Hyde park as its close to the airport and take about 10 minutes to walk to the strip along the seafront so enjoyable. we like the accommodation cute little apartments the breakfast is great. the pool was freezing, unfortunately the hot tub was out of order, and in January we like the use of the hot tub, we were also next to an access gate and with people coming and going the gate banged, so request a chalet away from the gate!

Perfect place to stay

Hyde Park Lane is a lovely, clean, friendly complex - we had a wonderful time. The suite we had was perfect for our needs - immaculately clean with comfortable beds and sofa, plenty of utensils and crockery in the kitchenette and a powerful shower with an constant supply of hot water.
This was an excellent, value for money holiday in a lovely part of the resort and I would not hesitate to recommend and to book again. Thank you for a perfect holiday.

The little studio apartment I stayed in was perfect for my solo trip. Had everything I needed and was extremely clean. Staff were very helpful in any queries I had. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore it was in the middle of all the shops and bars and restaurants. Amazing place.

Loved everything about Hyde Park Lane. Fantastic friendly and professional staff. Food was great We had Half Board and there was a great variety throughout the stay. Nice amenities at the end to shower etc when you have to vacate the apartment. My most impressive experience is the honesty of the staff, i left my iphone after me at the breakfast table and that was horrible. But a wonderful honest member of staff handed it into reception and i got my phone back. Now that’s a class place to stay in. I highly recommend Thanks again Declan. Cork Ireland.

Sleepless nights ruined holiday

We have stayed at this hotle many times over the years and this occasion was a huge dissapointment in comparison. The beds were very uncomfortable so much so that we asked to have the beds changed. This was declined and we were offered two aditional mattresses which we tried but were no improvement. The bedroom was left in a total shambles when they added the new mattresses and we had to tidy up after they left because the house keeping people who “would be along shortly” took two days to put an appearance in. The whole stay was a total dissapointment. Reception Staff attitude was unfriendly and dismissive when we discussed the bed comfort situation, other solutions were not forthcoming. We asked for a refund as were prepared to move to a new hotel. This was declined, even after Hotels.com got involved. We will be looking for a new place to stay and will not return, ever.

I was surprisef to pay for use of TV-but people are using internet more frequently than tv nowadays...
Annoyingly water in the shower was not emptied and created pool everyday.
Other than that, the location is great- close to restaurants, shops and beach. The close proximity of the airport is not disturbing at all. I have not heard landing planes as often I thought I would.
Clean property, not disturbing cleaning staff, kitchen amenities are another benefits. Pools are small but ok
And entertainment at the small pool is acceptable noise wise.
I enjoyed my stay there.

Arrived at Hyde Park Lane at lunch time. Front entrance and cleanliness was very appealing. Room wasn't ready for a a few hours, so we were shown a room to lock suitcases up and leave them. Sunbathed around the pool until 2. The whole place was immaculate and clean.
Finally checked in, reasonably quick, given a map to the accommodation, easily found. Entered the room via the patio door and wow , weren't disappointed. very spacious and clean. Had everything needed for our stay. The only downside really and been picky was no shower door, which if you have small children with you, could be a little dangerous as water gets on the floor tiles.
Grounds of the hotel were stunning with trees and bushes.

Overall a great place to stay, 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 mins to the start of the main shopping and bar strip.

Definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely relaxing apartments with everything you need. Bathroom tiles could be updated, but that is just my preference. Overall clean, plenty of sunbeds around pools, friendly staff. you will not be disappointed with this stay- self contained bungalow style - within 10 minutes of a beach -several to choose from- breakfast buffet really good-staff always friendly and helpful-sight immaculately clean-daily house clean if you want it-very quiet area but close to everything-you want a taxi into busier part of town about 4 euros - only slight niggle is the alleged 'supermarket'- OK for water and wine and dog food?' but there are 3 'Spar' shops in easy reach - pool bar good as well for food well priced-no complaints at all.

Overall thought this property was lovely, I was travelling by myself and found it relaxing and safe, only a short walk to the main strip. Felt WiFi was a but slow in my bungalow and not many English speaking channels on tv, but sure there only minor things. Would definitely recommend this property.

Accomodation was lovely & clean and the property was close to the beach. I didn't like the locking system on the door and didn't find the reception staff particularly friendly or helpful especially as I was travelling by myself. The restaurant staff however were very friendly.

Bungalow was fantastic! Clean, modern and there was everything what you need to enjoy your holiday. In the kitchen you can find saucepan, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, toaster, kettle basicly everything what you need to cook meal by yourself. 2 nice size pools, really clean and always with the lifeguard. Food in the restaurant was really good, I can't complain. Staff really friendly and helpful.
Right next to the reception is supermarket and ATM.
Hotel is around 15 min drive from the airport and 10 minutes from the city centre and beach.

Too many issues and problems

Terrible check in as they denied having my booking and ev n told me they didn’t do business with hotels.com so I had to wait for ages. Then they gave me a room with a faulty smoke alarm and I had to move next day and the room they stuck me in had a broken patio window which rattled. I dips motnenjy my experience this time as I have stayed here before but this has put me off. The staff didn’t really care even thought they knew the problems I was having. Not my idea of a holiday

Nice complex, but in need of modernisation.

A quiet complex in pretty gardens. Bungalow was spacious, however dated and needs modernisation. We stayed a week and only had towels changed when we complained. Literature stated bedding would be changed once and towels twice a week with cleaning 5 out of 7 days. We had the bungalow cleaned 3 out of 7 days and again only when we asked.

Nous sommes restés 1 semaine. Notre logement était situé au calme, très propre et bien aménagé.
La cuisine bien équipée (il nous manquait juste un couteau qui coupe bien).
Nous allions à pieds (env 15mn/20mn.) au bord de mer où se trouvent de très nombreux bars et restaurants.
Possibilité de se garer facilement (en tout cas au mois de mai)

4 ème séjours dans cette hôtel qui reste correct dans l'ensemble. Les bungalows sont calmes, les piscines ne sont pas chauffées. Quelques points négatifs beaucoup d'attente au cuissons et quel dommage de ne plus avoir de pains frais. Pour un séjour de quelques jours ça va pour plus long séjour c'est assez rébarbatif.

Excelente hotel y un servicio de 5 estrellas

Excelente servicio : en la recepción, el personal fue muy amable, Santana nos acogió siempre con la sonrisa y con un servicio de calidad. Nada que decir de la comida, que fue excelente. Guille Cabrera estuvo pendiente de todo detalle, y la comida de escándalo!

Totalmente recomendable este hotel si buscan tranquilidad, estar cerca del mar y excelente servicio.

El lugar es muy bonito , las habitaciones cómodas pero le falta mucho mantenimiento , las paredes muy sucias , se aprecian cosas que deben reparar , esta muy alejado de todo , hay un mercado en las instalaciones pero los precios son muy caros , deberían considerar un precio más módico por lo demás está bien.

A pesar de que no tiene aparcamiento la zona es cómoda para aparcar. El alojamiento tiene su propio supermercado para comprar alguna cosa de urgencia. Hay un Maradona a 10min en coche. Los apartamentos son muy tranquilos y las instalaciones están bastante bien. La única pega que le vi es que no hay cama para 4 personas y una de ellas tiene que dormir en el sofá, teniéndole que poner todos los días una sábana por encima para poder dormir en él. Eso no se especifica en la web cuando haces la reserva y deberian de modificarlo para que la gente lo sepa.

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel propre et calme, staff sympathique surtout Ricky et Rosa. Buffet correct et bon petit déjeuner.un clin d'œil à Maria et sa collègue du spa , filles formidables et gentilles. Le seul point négatif est l'attente aux buffets pour la préparation des oeufs, omelette....et les plats du soir, manque aussi sel et poivre sur table.

El lugar es genial, muy bonito y accesible, dispone de todas las facilidades el complejo, el personal no puede ser más agradable, especialmente en buffet, las camareras son hiper atentas y simpáticas.

No lo he valorado mejor porque la verdad que tanto el sofá cómo la cama en nuestro alojamiento no nos han parecido muy cómodos, de hecho le levanté con contracturas todos los dias, es una pena ése apartado porque el complejo no puede estar más cuidado y cuidado en todo.

Está también muy bien situado, en una zona muy tranquila y con bastante sitio para aparcar.
