The room was ok but bed not comfy breakfast bacon and sausages were hard to cut and eat was as if they had been out hours and cold by the time you got to your table. Bathroom was rusty in places and something was smeared on the wall. The bathroom sink was too low no good for someone with a bad back. Could here people in next rooms especially with small childrem also noisy people walkin and talking in the corridors. We only saw one member of staff. Nobody over seeing the breakfast room to ask for any assistance. Very disapointing .

The room was spacious and clean. However the drain in the shower is semi block because the water was unable drain away quickly so it has overflow to the bathroom floor. We are staying there for one night. It's not a problem for us. Also there were 3 sorry mugs in the window. The mattress was comfortable and it is not expensive so we are satisfied with it.

The only thing that let my experience down was the scrambled eggs on the breakfast buffet, which didn't come across as being real egg. Booked for family of 4, provided 2x towels! Pull out bed had been moved out from the wall revealing that it hadn’t been cleaned behind for a very very long time. Random man or employee walked into room while my partner and daughter were showering. Loud groups of men drinking and smoking outside room past midnight. Offered refund but still awful stay.

Breakfast expensive considering it didn't have many options. No lift so if you have kids and prams etc you're having to carry them upstairs. There was one person on reception and he was in othered by other customer complains about broken bins, lack of duvets etc. fortunately I had credit and got the room for £50-something, but every other booking site was quoting £100+... The room I was initially given was located next to a busy truck stop, and I was kept awake from around 2am due to constant noise from trucks. To make matters worse, the TV did not work, the pillowcases were torn, and there was only one towel provided.
The next day, I requested to be moved to another room, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, the second room was just as unsatisfactory. It also faced the service area and was very noisy. Again, the TV didn’t function, only one towel was available, and the bathroom had broken tiles with the shower hose hanging off the wall.
This series of issues made for a very unpleasant and stressful stay, which is not what I expected when booking with your

I called up the hotel before making a booking wether they have air conditioning or not and was told yes and once i arrived and checked in the room was like a sauna, complained to reception but said they can’t do anything about it other than give a small fan lol which didn’t help at all, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel during warm summer months.
