We checked in early hours of the morning due to a late flight. On entering the room we were absolutely shocked to find out it was occupied. The half clothed occupant was extremely angry (rightly so) and equally confused as us. On complaining at reception the clerk didn’t offer any apology just gave us a different room.

During early hours the morning we were awoken by the maid barging into the room without knocking. On checkout I complained and also no apology offered. I was told we’d have to wait until Monday to speak to a manager. I complained via my agent and after a week they informed me they had tried to contact the hotel on multiple occasions and they hadn’t replied.

Absolute shocking customer service and an embarrassment of a hotel. I recommend anyone to look elsewhere if you value any kind of basic privacy.

Gorgeous, spacious hotel

We were pleasantly surprised by how very lovely and spacious our room was. It exceeded our expectations, with 1 1/2 baths, many nice toiletries and it was spotless in cleanliness. The only minor complaint is there must be over dozen light switches and I had to ask a worker which switch shut the light off above a bed and it even took her a minute! Don’t let that keep you from staying here - I wish I had a longer stay.

The original blanket and pillows on the bed was full of hair. I requested new a new set but that set was exactly the same. I recommend getting different blankets and possibly getting new washers and dryers.

Amazing breakfast

I chose to stay here as i needed somewhere overnight after a late flight to the airport. It was only a short drive, but i had no other reasons in the local area.
The hotel was very good, the rooms a decent size, and included a bottle of water. There was a small fridge in the room which i disconnected as i didn't need the noise from it.
The breakfast was amazing - including a chef to cook eggs any which way you like. There was such a variety of hot food, cold meats, fruits and continental options.... i would go back just for that.
The staff were friendly, and the place was clean.
I parked in the car park and was charged 35 PL - about 7GBP

I had an early flight so was unable to check the breakfast out, however the dinner was great although it took a while to arrive, the staff were very pleasant and attentive, room was clean and tidy and comfortable, it was about 10-15 mins drive to the airport so brilliant for me. The only negative for me was the hotel offer a massage service which I tried to book but was told approx 30 mins later that it wasn’t available. In short a well situated hotel for travel and generally great

Two days in Wroclaw.

Generally speaking the hotel was fine, the staff were helpful, but some of the hotel reception staff's English was very weak.
The evening meals were very nice and reasonably priced, but I have agree with other reports that the breakfast is nothing special, in view of the price. On both mornings there was a hotplate with frying pans and a large dish of eggs, I presume for fried eggs and omelettes, but no kitchen staff.

Nice Hotel for the business traveler.

The room was very clean, the bed was not very comfortable for me. They use much thinner mattresses then we do in the US. The AC was not very cold, but you can open the window and get nice fresh air. I found the shower was very slippery, and the hotel bought a non skid mat for me, that was great. Not far from the largest mall in the city, buses to city center, a train station is also near by. There is a restaurant in the hotel, nothing much else near by. There are two small stores that you can get food and snacks as needed. I'd stay here again.

This was a business trip. Wroclaw city center is beautiful, but this hotel services an industrial area to the west of the city. It is conveniently located for bus routes to/from the city centre and the airport.

This is one of the largest and brightest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. The area is quiet enough that I could sleep with the window open, which is not often the case with city hotels.

Close to work

Booked hotel on basis that it was very close to where I was going to be working. Not a good decision as there was nothing in the surrounding area apart from offices!
First room I was in the a/c didn't work (outside temperature 36C). Second room it worked but only on highest speed and if I switched it off it could only be turned on again by twisting the control unit. I then discovered that the shower head couldn't be adjusted above waist level. I asked for this to be fixed, they said it was but the next morning it fell apart. After another complaint it was fixed.

AVOID full of spiders and dirty! Stinks!

AVOID, AVOID , AVOID, . I stay in hotels at least 10 days every month for work( different countries) .This hotel is a disaster! The worse experience ever. I would prefer spend night in my car .I was booked to the room , when we discovered that the Air Condition does not work. They did not move us to the different room, and asked us to keep the window open, even though this was the hottest day in 120 years in Poland( 39.5 degrees). I was boiling, but that's not over yet. Keeping the window open would be ok at night unless the hotel did not organize the wedding the same night and did not make the smoking area just under my window! The all night swearing and smell of cigarette, followed with the 40 euro for the breakfast( or what was over left from the last night weeding). Thru the open window we had big spiders coming into our room. The hotel manager after many phone calls ( where I was in Italy) has offered us a free diner if we stayed another night but I would not stay even for free. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!

Stayed here after having surgery, first had to complain as they put us in a twin room not double, they switched us to a double where the aircon didn't work, informed reception and were told a technician would be out... That never happened, moved to another room, the shower was covered in line scale and the actual outside surround was dirty where not thoroughly cleaned. Beds are uncomfortable as are the lumpy square cushion type pillows... They provide tea, coffee and sugar yet no milk in any if the 3 rooms we were in. Noisy all three nights and a late function/party the last night ruined the stay further.

Don't Take Room 109 over The Kitchen

I chose this hotel because it is located in a business park where I had an early morning meeting. The room was pleasant-looking, but too hot. I had to open a window in December to bring the temperature down so I could stop sweating. My room unfortunately was also located above the kitchen, and the noise of pots and pans, carts rolling and people talking came though the floor loud and clear. When it was almost midnight, I called reception because I couldn't sleep over the noise. Fortunately, at midnight the crew went home and I could sleep. However, at 6 am they began the same noise as they prepared breakfast, and woke me up. The main purpose of a hotel is to have a place to sleep, and unfortunately that was almost impossible in this particular room.

Rooms very comfortable with flat screen TV, couple of English channels, coffee making facilities, good free Wi-Fi. Fitness suite, didn't use restaurant so can't comment on that. Lidl next to hotel so handy to pick a few things up. Ideal for me working out of the airport all week and just a 10 min taxi drive away (7-12 euros depending on time of day).

Friendly staff, but ROCK hard beds

First impressions were good. Clean, friendly and welcoming. The main problem was the bed. It was rock hard! The second night, I folded the quilt over and laid on top of it which made it slightly more comfortable. Free WiFi was good, with strong signal. I felt that the menu was slightly limited, but I am a fussy eater. The staff were very helpful, and I did feel relaxed and at ease. I would use the hotel again, but hope the hotel had received enough complaints about the beds, that they would have changed them!

Nice hotel, not great for transport

Hotel was really nice. Modern, clean and staff were friendly.There wasn't much public transport into and around Wroclaw from the hotel, meaning taxi's were a must. Hotel food was quite expensive in comparison to other places I ate in Wroclaw, but I presume this was because it was a 4 star hotel and guests didn't have other options for food close by. If you want to get about easily stay in the Wroclaw centre.

Hotel Diament Wroclaw, much for the money

I tend to be in four or five star hotels, seldom in tree stars like this one, but the quality of this hotel can easily compare with many four star hotels. The room is large and modern and the only thing missing for it to get the four stars is the mini-bar in the room. It’s a very good hotel for the money, about 4-5km from the city center. Recommended for those who have a car, easy to find parking outside hotel for free.

the hotel itself was very nice clean and modern. the food, if you eat in the hotel restaurant was excellent. the location was very disapointing, the hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, with a lot of buildings still being constructed, no shops or restaurants within walking distance only a lidl store, if you want to go to a shopping centre you have to use a taxi, the nearest being approx 4km away. i personally for that reason would not use that hotel again

Worked for me - beware the bar closes early!

I was visiting a company close to the airport - so the location of the Diamant was more or less halfway between where I needed to be for work purposes and the city centre. Also - I like a good walk so the 4 miles or so to the city centre was just about right and taxis are not expensive and I expect the buses etc. are even cheaper

Only disappointment was that the bar was closed at 10:30PM Sunday - so no night cap!

Good and comfortable hotel very convenient for WRO airport, comfortable room, only if more comfortable pillows for better sleep and a night light in the bathroom, this will help to avoid having to turn the bright light on when using the bathroom during the night. In general is good value for your money.

Mooie, schone kamer met prima werkende airco. Geen ontbijt geserveerd omdat de Lidl met lekkere broodjes om de hoek ligt. Waterkoker en kopjes + glazen aanwezig.
Zeer rustige ligging.
Trein Muchebor maar Wroclaw Główny gratis, net als al het overige O.V. in de stad, mits 65+er.

Today 12th of August Room 343 : The cleaning people did not clean my room, for 2 times this week and no fresh towels, no fresh blankets ... What kind of 4* hotel is this ? I informed reception but the staff does not care for my problem, they look at me with quite arrogant eyes, as if this is only my problem and not her´s. This is not the right behaviour for this situation, and certainly not professionel. Please train your cleaning people because they do this on purpose, they laugh with me in the corridor, and also train your reception staff. They should take my complaints serious, I dont believe that the management is aware of this kind of bad services.

The hotel is very good for the price I paid

The hotel is very good for the price I paid in February, but would not take it for the current price in March. I stayed 2x 10 nights so I know the place. Room is small and the Bathroom more then ok, bed bit hard for me but most people will like it. I would prefer boxspring and a topper (3 layers) like most american hotel chains have. The restaurant is disappointing, it has everyday the same meals and it is a warmup kitchen. Breakfast on the other hand is very complet. I always have trouble when I check out, they only print a totals bill for food and beverages, but accounting dep in our company needs the detailed bill. I told them twice when I check in and out, but I need to ask everytime couple of days later to get the details and that gives me trounle for my cost declaration. They seem to be not willing to do it only zfter complaints I get it days later.

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Lidl, eine Orlen-Tankstelle sowie Bus- und S-bahnhaltestellen, die in etwa 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Anbindung zum Stadtzentrum ist ebenfalls hervorragend.

Terrible hotel. we arrived very late and expect to be able to sleep for a long time as we had driven from Ukraine and have lived with air raid alarms for many days. at 07:45 a craftsman started drilling in concrete and we were woken up immediately. the craftsmen continued with the work and we chose to leave the room. we complained to the hotel and were offered a small discount on the morning food. we declined and left the hotel very tired. When we were driven, the hotel called and offered free morning food, but we were driven. They should pay our money back. They do not treat their guests decently.

Ottimo albergo, vicino all'aeroporto, benzinaio e dista comunque solo 20 minuti in auto dal centro, posizione strategica.
Camera pulita, letto comodo, confortevole e parcheggio per l'auto.

The hotel is about 10 min by bus from the city center .
They did not provide cleaning in the rooms on daily basis ,,I stayed 4days and they clean the room just one time .
The hotel generally has good services and the price is value for money!!

Bra hotell-Nice hotel with bad(urine) odor in bath

Ett bra hotell i Wroclaw. Lite onödigt dyrt hotell för våra ändamål men vi vill ha AC på rummet. Hälsade på vänner i Wroclaw och denna hotell ligger på rätt sidan stan.

Väldigt bekväma och breda sängar. Industri/företagskvarter, så inga fina stråk för promenader här.

Badrummet var rent och fräscht men det luktade urin där. Städpersonalen har väl glömt att tvätta runt och själva toalettstolen. Eller så läckte avloppsrören någonstans. Men vi överlevde.

Väldigt dyr frukost, rena Danmarks priser (dyrare än Sverige) så vi nöjde os med snabbkaffe och mjukostfrallor. Vi skulle ändå få frukost, båda dagarna, hos våra vänner.

Alltså, det gör inget, men sängramen/fundamentet var mörkbruna, men gavlarna var omålade, änden på spånskivan syntes. En struntsak, men lätt att fixa med lite färg.

Generellt inga stora grejer att klaga på. Bara en positiv upplevelse, generellt.

Vi absolut rekommenderar Park Hotel Diamant till alla och kommer alldeles säkert att själva använda det i framtiden när det passar våra behov (då kan jag ta med en burk mörkbrun färg med mig ;))
