Oh!! Room was beautiful, spotless, clean, cozy, soft bed, slept like a baby. Temperature was perfect, all the staff were very friendly and warm, from the reception, to the cleaners, and the restaurant. Breakfast was lovely, spa was great, experience over all was superb!!!

A hidden gem in the heart of Istanbul

The hotel is literally perfect especially the location being right in the middle of everything. All touristy areas were within a maximum of 20min walk. The rooms were large and very cozy, powerful aircon for those hot summer months, bedding is very comfortable and clean. At night there was zero noise from outside, windows must have been sound proof. The bathroom is spacious with plent of space to put your stuff by the sink.

The staff were amazing, right from checking in till the very end, they were friendly and went out of their way to help. Special shout out to the staff at breakfast especially Shams Aldin who is literally just the kindest! He remembered what we get for breakfast and would bring it to our table as soon as you sat down and when we finished, he would bring me and my mom turkish coffee to enjoy with the view at the terrace, we looked forward to breakfast because of how pleasant his character is. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel and I will certainly come back here if I'm in Istanbul again!

Look no further. Stop wasting your time browsing for other options as this hotel has everything you require for a visit to Istanbul. All staff are friendly and so helpful. The hotel is in great location for the major landmarks you can walk to. Eateries are just a few steps away from the hotel’s door. Cleanliness, shower and bed are perfect. Great selection of breakfast hot and cold.

The staff was very helpful and the property was very clean. However, I paid quite a bit extra for a 'sea-view' room and was given a 'tree-view' room. So disappointed. The hotel was not full so I asked why we were not given a different room. I was told it was because we wanted two twin beds (which was given as an option). Well, in that case, give me the price for a non-sea-view room, or move the beds around!
The breakfast was beautiful. The restaurant is located on the 6th floor and has amazing views of the sea. Unfortunately, when we went there around 3pm it was so hot we could not enjoy our time. I guess the cost of AC in the restaurant is too much for them. I would stay there again, but not in room 502. They said they asked the city to trim the tree, but the city did not. Not my fault.

Modern elevators available most of the time but can lag by a minute during high demand.
Very helpful staff reachable 24/7 by phone.

One of the beetter hotels i have stayed in most of my travels. The location is just brilliant and if you are staying on the 5th floor, the views are amazing. The check-in was super smooth and the staff are very helpful. Special shout out to Ali who took the time to explain where to buy a sim card, exchange money, transportation and how to get to the sight seeing locations. They even lent us an instanbul card for transportation. Clean rooms, complimentary fruits basket and the breakfast spead is 5 stars. Can't recommend this place enough.

The hotel was wonderful, staff super friendly and helpful with our bags and all our needs, room was great with a comfortable bed, nice shower, and a great balcony with city/sea view. Location was good with good restaurants nearby. Our only complaint was that the air-conditioner kept shutting off and seemed to be locked and controlled by the front desk, so had to keep calling them to get it turned on again. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay in Innova hotel

The stay was amazing.
Fist of all, would like to say that ALL the guys on the reception were simply amazing! They've been helping me with everything i've been asking them. So huge thank you!
The room was ok, the bed & pillows were comfortable. In this hotel you are not going to hear the mosque sounds when the Muslims are praying, so that was really cool.
Expect a traffic everywhere in Istanbul, the street where the hotel is situated is busy, but the good thing the taxi can stop there, as lots of the streets in Istanbul are closed or only for pedestrians.
Definitely can recommend this hotel.

Me and my husband booked this hotel because they had falsely advertised parking. After a long night of travel, arriving at the hotel we were told that not only was there no free parking, but there was no parking in general. The hotel staff tried to encourage me to park at a nearby paid parking. That car parking has no availability at that time and was expensive too. That was a major issue and basically ruined our vacation, because when we arrived at the hotel we've already have our rental car for the whole 9 days believing their false claim of parking availability on many web sites.They knew how hard it is to find any parking spot in Sultanahmet , Istanbul where the hotel is located.

We explained this to the hotel staff and they were unwilling to work with us on any level except for allowing us a parking spot in front of the hotel for one night only and they moved it first thing the next morning to the paid parking although we informed them that we'll move the car couple of hours later that same morning.
To be fair we have to give some of the hotel staff credit for being nice and courteous, like savaş the chef who was nice enough to drive around with me while searching for a parking spot, Ugur became helpful later too. The almost only thing in the hotel was our room balcony's view.

The hotel is in the perfect location, close to all the area has to offer. Great local restaurants as well.
The restaurant in the hotel was never open while I stayed there.

I would not recommend the spa. The hours are not convenient, & the gym is only accessible during spa hours. The spa treatments were a bit unprofessional, the male masseuse did not wear a shirt during my massage. A bit strange coming from the Western world. I did not leave the hammam or massage feeling relaxed.

Stayed with my family for 5 nights and had a lovely stay with everything we needed. Rooms were clean with complimentary tea/coffee and kettle. Bathroom was nice with rain shower although a little mouldy round edges. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The terrace bar was nice for drinks in evening, didn’t have a chance to use other facilities. Staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to others especially as it’s convenient to all Sultanahmet sites.

Located just off the main road, 5 minute walk away from blue mosque, and also the grand bazaar heading in the other direction, so it is right in the middle, very convenient. Reception staff are well spoken, polite and helpful. The room itself was nice. Not much choice for breakfast but this isn't a 5 star experience and booking this property, its not something you should expect. Breakfast was nice and pleasing.

The hotel doesn't provide you with an iron, which I found astonishing. I went minimum with what needed ironing and forked out 25 Euros. This isn't a lot but considering your paying for a 4 star hotel, an iron is a given. I stayed at another 4 star hotel just down the road from this place 2 years and an iron was provided. If we had all our clothes pressed, this could have cost us over 100 euros. Clearly a money making scheme.

The room service wasn't great. Two empty tea cups were taken from our room and weren't replaced until we asked. Tea bags and coffee weren't replaced. Asked for some tea bags, was told 5-10 minutes and it never came. On checkout, our mini-bar was checked and was told we had used two glass bottles of water, despite not using anything. They were insistent that we had used something. I stood my ground and refused to pay for something I hadn't used and was made to sign and write I hadn't used anything. Again, it seemed like a quick money making scheme. A nice stay, but we left annoyed at what seemed like an attempt at making easy money.

The hotel itself was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. The most glaring issue was the lack of an iron and ironing board. There wasn’t one in the room and they didn’t offer one on request. Instead, the hotel offers a very pricey full service laundry with hours that aren’t very reasonable. The breakfast was very good and had a wide variety but it was repeated everyday with no change.

The staff were very nice and professional. They tried to help the best they could with whatever we needed. Central place ( 5 min walk to blue mosque, 10 min walk to hagia sophia, 5ish min walk to grand bazaar, 5 min walk to amazing restaurant).

We like to work out, so there were 2 treadmills and 1 elipical that didnt really work. For guys, there are no dumbells to workout with or machines.

Breakfast was good.

Only thing we think they could do better is having the cleaners actually set and clean thr room up properly. Few times they we had to call to replace bottle water, cups, and towels. They just made bed and cleaned the washroom quickly.

Safe neighborhood during the day. I wouldnt recommend walking around at night in the area
Becomes very quiet. Its okay to come the hotel late but not an area to stroll around at night. Close to conservative area.

Overall it was a good experience snd worth the miney we spent ($90 a night)

This place is great! Very good location, clean, modern, and great price. The rooms are spacious with beautiful bathrooms. The service is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and ready to help. The reception made the phone calls for us to reserve the trips. We were totally surprised to receive sandwiches for the road when we checked-out at 4 am. I really recommend this hotel.

The location of the property was good, close to key attractions.The staff were cooperative and willing to help. The property is situated on a hill and there is no access to take Baby stroller into the property without carrying it. Room was decent but no way could be classed as four Star Hotel, they claim their rooms are sound proof which was not the case in our room, it was noise and you could hear the traffic on the road and occasionally sound of Horn too. I would rate this hotel as a good three start hotel.

Stayed at the Innova Sultanahmet, conveniently located in the heart of the city close to landmarks such as the blue mosque, Topkapı Palace and hagia sofia.
The staff were so very helpful and responded quickly and efficiently to all requests.
Was travelling with a baby who had a buggy and the staff were always on hand to help with carrying any bags or the buggy. Overall I was so pleased with the hotel and the staff when i return to Istanbul Innova will be my go to hotel.

What an absolute pleasure to stay at this hotel. Not much curb appeal but once you are inside and into your room (we stayed in one of the deluxe double rooms) it was great. The room was more than spacious and clean. Well laid out. The location was amazing. It’s a 4 min walk to the grand bazaar, 3 mins to a tram station and 8 mins to the sulthanahmet area. A perfect base. The service was very good. Breakfast is included, was fine. Not much variety but you get what you would expect in my opinion. I will be going back to Istanbul and I will for sure stay here again without any hesitation.

Great value for money in the heart of Istanbul

The hotel is really good! It seems to be brand new or completely refurbished - all the furniture and equipment in the room is new. On that there is no fault.

The location is also pretty amazing - only 5 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque/Hippodrome area which is the historical heart of Istanbul. On the other side is a busy shopping street and the Grand Bazaar so this is an excellent location - in addition, there is a tram stop 5 minutes from the hotel that makes it really convenient.

The staff are also very polite and helpful - especially a young receptionist who proactively advised me on the best transport route to the airport. The cleaners I encountered always seemed very polite and helpful.

There are also great amenities in the hotel that are included - free breakfast which is amazing and also roof terrace, sauna and gym which I didn't use for lack of time but would have liked to!

I would recommend the hotel to anyone for value for money, convenient location and great comfort and facilities.

Do not believe the specs on Expedia

I booked my stay at Innova Sultanahmet for my trip to Istanbul through your website. After going through the reviews and the hotel's amenities and services listed on the website (including the photos of rooms), I was impressed and was convinced that it would be suitable for me and my companions... I was mistaken.
When I placed my booking, I specified that I would require a wheelchair friendly room, which was listed as a possibility for the guest rooms and was shown in the photos, I also rang to confirm after placing my booking and was assured the room would be wheelchair friendly.
When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel entrance was only stairs. It had no ramp and the wheelchair elevator was not working (and wasn't fixed throughout my entire stay). When I went to check in, I was told that they did not have any information about my request for a wheelchair friendly room and that none were available. The reception clerk argued with me until I showed him my itinerary, at which he suggested that when a wheelchair friendly room was available he would inform me (I was never informed throughout my stay). I had to hire a chair from a nearby establishment so my companion whom was wheelchair bound can use the shower, as the stool they offered was too slippery and almost caused an injury.
The worst thing was when we were leaving. After never offering one, the hotel staff argued with us when they insisted that wheelchair that my companion brought from home was theirs (it wasn't). Awful!!

Don't let them ask taxi for you

The only part i don't like in this hotel is the taxi service they offered. I will recommend everyone to use Uber instead of hotel service.

I stayed one night here which is nice, but when they asked taxi for me, I saw clearly taxi driver gave tips to the lobby boy.

And then the drive told me the fee to airport is fixed which is 80L. I have taken taxi from airport to city more than 4 times recently, and no more than 60L. I told him I will pay by meter, and apparently he was unhappy.

Then he didn’t drive the normal way, but chose a way which is 20 mins longer. I guess he need to get the tip back. I would recommend you to use the Uber instead of letting them ask taxi for you. It is not necessary to lost 20 L or 20 mins on your way to airport.

Excellent location to visit all the tourist spots. Everything is walking distance. Hotel staff is very nice and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel.

You had to pay for you fried eggs and omelette in the morning for breakfast. apart from that the hotel room was amazing and the cleanliness was outstanding.
