I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The place is clean and centrally located, the staff is super friendly, the breakfast is on-point. My only qualm is that the wifi was hit or miss. Most of the time, it would randomly stop working; I had to inform the front desk multiple times and they would have to restart the equipment. Other than the Wi-Fi issues, I had no complaints

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to tramline and many sites. Room was very clean and cleaned everyday. However, the breakfast was very disappointing as they have cancelled the buffet breakfast and provided a plate of basic things and an egg. Same breakfast everyday. Out of 3 days stay we did not get an egg in one of the days because they had runout and on our last day we went for breakfast within the appointed time but it wasn’t set up so we had to wait and then really rush our breakfast.

Stayed a week. Small room but beautiful, clean and comfortable. About a 15 minute walk to Blue Mosque and Hajia Sophia. Felt safe walking even at night being a solo female. They were kind to provide me a early morning small breakfast during the Ramdaan Fast. I was very happy with my choice. Manager was excellent and ensured my comfort. Thank Miran for a wonderful week in your clean hotel.

The hotel was ok. The front desk people were very nice. But the breakfast was not that good and the guy in the breakfast area (his name is talat) was rude. Always talking in Turkish showing his anger when you take something to eat as if he is giving it to you for free. He was all the time mad you can tell that he doesn’t want you to eat or touch anything. He washed the dishes with water only, no soap. Most of the tv channels were not working, only Turkish tv. The WiFi was slow and the internet was down most of the time. I will not recommend that hotel. The owner should improve the service. Every thing is about good service.

Gem of a hotel
Lovely boutique hotel near all the amenities , rooms smallish but clean, cosy and comfortable. Bathroom also clean and spacious. Only disappointment for me was the breakfast. Other than that I would definitely go back there.

The hotel is very close to the major attractions. It was easy to find and the service was excellent. The room was airy and breakfast was good. One negative is the room had some mould which looked like it came from a leaking shower cubicle. Other than that it was perfect.

We stayed in Miran for 4 nightd and had a great staybut the hotel rooms are small and have extremely thin walls. You can hear every single voice from the next room. We were not really bothered with the room size since we were just 2 people and room was great otherwise. We didn't know about thin walls until our last night at hotel when someone came in our neighboring room and had put the TV on at a high level and also started talking with each other and we could hear all they were talking about.
Hotel is great in cleanliness and staff is courteous. Also, the breakfast was good everyday.

Service was outstanding. The staff were extremely helpful - they organised a trip to a museum which required faxes and telephone calls, which we could not have done ourselves. And they did everything with a big smile. Breakfast was very good (they offered us breakfast on our departure day, knowing we were leaving before breakfast started). The only downside was that room cleaning occurred late (after 3:00pm in our case) which was a pain if you wanted to rest in your room after a busy morning, because if you were in the room when the cleaner did her rounds, the room wouldn't be cleaned! If you are a light sleeper I strongly recommend a room at the back. Other than that, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Having spent 6 nights. I found this hotel quite pleasant. Caring staff a satisfying breakfast clean room close to most of the sights. Close to the very efficient tram line. Don't buy ice cream at Cafe loti restaurant charging double for two scoops. Their advertised price was half the amount. I would stay again if I did go back.

Gefallen hat uns der Service die Leute waren alle freundlich. Was nicht schön war neben an am Gebäude waren Leute am Arbeiten und mit lauter Musik bis spät abends das man sich nicht so ganz zur Ruhe kam , irgendeine Produktion betrieb , nach hinein hat sich das aber geklärt das es gesetzlich verboten war so spät in die Nacht zu arbeiten , nächsten Tag war es dann leide keine Leute mehr … Frühstück war ok man hat alles was man brauchte … Zimmer werden jeden Tag sauber gemacht und es wird immer gefragt ob man was braucht ..

Ich bin enttäuscht von diesem Hotel
Ich habe dieses Hotel wegen den sehr guten Bewertungen gebucht für 4 Nächte. Es sieht alles hübsch aus, aber die Sauberkeit schlimm. Das Lavabo wurde nie geputzt, genau wie das Klo. Es wurden nur täglich die Badetücher gewechselt. Die verkleckerte Zahnpasta, sowie Seifenreste blieben so ungeputzt während dem ganzen Aufenthalt.
Die leeren Kosmetika wurden am letzten Tag wiedwr nachgefüllt.
Das erste Zimmer wollte ich sofort wechseln. Diw Minibar war dreckig und verschimmelte Ware war noch darin!
Das zweite Zimmer war viel klwiner, obwohl ich das grössere bezahlt hatte. Die Minibar war auch schmutzig. Ich habe diese zuerst mit einem Handtuch geputzt. Der Safe war verschlossen und auch nicht wie beschrieben laptopgross. Die Nachttische wurden auch nicht gewischt. Der Wasserkocher musste man ummer dort einstecken wo die Nachttischlampe war, jedesmal Stecker umstecken, da es sonst keine Steckdosen gibt. Bad Schimmel. Frühstück im Untergeschoss auf ca.15-20qm. 6 Tische, kein Personal dad da ist und abräumt. Ich kam einmal zum Frühstück, kein freier Platz bei sovielen Gästen oder nur schmutzige Tische. Ab sofort ging ich nicht mehr zum Frühstück. Filterkaffe war ungeniessbar, nur braune Wasserbrühe.
Es gibt im Hotel weder Terrasse noch Garten. Ist alles falsch in der Hotelbeschreibung. Auch das Minerwasser fehlte. Die Zimmetaussicht katastrofal nur an weisse Wände und dreckiger Hinterhof.
Ich würde nie mehr in dieses Hotel gehen.

This was the worst room we had in a four month trip. The beds were comfortable,but my room was super noisy, I could hear the coughs of the man at reception and a constant motor all night long. Sheets were clean, buuuut.. cushion were filthy, one even had blood stains. Also we reserved two room with double bed and they did nit respected it, we got one with twin beds. My room also was smelly. Breakfast was good.

スルタンアフメット広場から近く、アヤソフィア、ブルーモスクにも近く歩いて観光できるのでとても便利です。近くには、スーパーもあります。部屋の中も綺麗に清掃され、可愛らしいかんじです。朝食もそれなりにあり、おいしです。夜中から朝方のスタッフは英語が通じとても親切で、わたしがロストパッケージして困っていることを話すと、親身になって話を聞いてくれ、空港まで問い合わせてくれました。朝方の女性スタッフは英語は話せませんが、感じよく接してくれました。とても綺麗なホテルでもう一度泊まりたいと思っていたのですが、チェックアウト後、観光に出ていて、荷物を取りにホテルにもどり、タクシーを待たせていたので、あわててトイレに行くと、レセプションの男性スタフがトイレで手足を洗っていて、なかなか出てきそうもない雰囲気だったので、「急いでください」というと「今自分が使っているだろう、お前が使うスペースはない。」と怒鳴りつけて言いました。せっかくいいホテルだと思っていたのに、そのスタッフの対応一つで、もう泊まりたくないと思わされました。他のスタッフや部屋の雰囲気は良かったので、とても残念です。

Location is the selling point of the hotel. Pretty much everything is within walking distance (20 min walk max) in Sultanahmed. Tram is 3 min away. Direct bus to the new airport is 9 min away. Rooms are cost and clean but noisy. Bathroom is of a good size and clean as well.

Wir waren zwei Tage im Hotel. Super freundliches Personal und zum grad bazar sind es nur 5 min zu Fuß. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Frühstück war ok nichts besonderes. Unser Zimmer war leider nicht ganz auf dem saubersten Standort vor allem die Dusche und die Armaturen waren extrem kalkig und in der Dusche leider Schimmel. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist es in Ordnung.

der erste Eindruck war ziemlich gut, großes geräumiges Zimmer und Bad. Personal sehr höflich. Im Zimmer ist reichlich licht und es gibt sogar Teebeutel, Kaffe und Zucker, Wasser und Tasse. Das Frühstück konnten wir leider nicht ausprobieren, da wir verschlafen hatten. Allerdings kam morgens aus der Dusche so wenig Wasser raus, dass meine Frau sich die Haare nicht gewaschen hat, da sie sonst noch länger mit dem auswaschen gebraucht hätte. Das Bett ist bequem, es gibt einen Safe, genug Stauraum im Kleiderschrank, einen großen Speigel im Zimmer und das Zimmer duftet gut
