The room I booked wasn’t available so we were upgraded to a superior room which was good - it was a huge apartment which was lovely. The service was good, the people were friendly and helpful when needed but the overall condition of the hotel feels slightly run down. The walk to the metro is easy enough - takes about 8 minutes and the metro was easy to use.

The surrounding area of the hotel is not the nicest but as a base the hotel was conveniently located.

Thank you so much to Gaia, Abba, Martin and the rest of the team at Ramada Plaza.
Our family suite was large and expansive, including a living area, 2 balconies, a spacious bedroom with enormous bed, shower room and a kitchen which included a hob, dishwasher and even a microwave!
The pool is a decent size and there is everything you would expect of a 4 star hotel at breakfast and more.
One of the main stand-out facilities is the pool - a decent size and enough to cool off in the heat and just about big enough for children to have fun with their families.
It is perfectly located on the outskirts of town and a 5 minute walk to the red line on the Metro which takes you too the Duomo in around 20 minutes.
Locally there are a few excellent Italian eateries, but if you venture into the centre there will be more on offer.
Close by there is a Carrefour, should you prefer to eat-in.
Overall, Milan is a wonderful city. Very clean (clean toilets everywhere!) and much more affordable than London at present.
In Milan there are many things to do, from canal trips to shopping and from here you can visit the stunning Lake Como (recommend) and we visited Bergamo, an ancient village on a hill, about 40mins away by train. there are many more places to see if you have time.
Our flight was not until the evening and the staff looked after our belongings and let us have full access to the pool, with changing rooms to freshen up before departure.
But the stand-out 5 star review is goes to the staff

We had a great stay at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Milano. The apartments are impressively large, offering plenty of space and comfort, perfect for longer stays or families. Parking was easy and plentiful, which made arriving and coming and going from the hotel stress-free. The location is very convenient, with Turro metro station just a 5-minute walk away, making it simple to explore Milan.

Good place for us for one night but I would look elsewhere if I was in the area. The neighborhood isn’t great with graffiti everywhere, the trash can in our room hadn’t been emptied from the previous guest which I’ve never seen before, and the sink was slow. Breakfast was good but there was so many people. Its a good hotel but not great

Stayed here for the Monza GP. Excellent location and nice hotel overall.
Lovely sized room with a balcony over looking the pool which was a lot quieter than the other side of the hotel.
The breakfast selection is excellent - the only thing that lets it down is the evening restaurants - the Brasserie and Bar are next to each other, with 2 different menus but nothing to say which is which.
The bar is very badly run, wait for ages for drinks and food, then the barman forgets who’s ordered what so leaves food on the side and waits for you to ask. He also randomly wanders off for long breaks leaving no one serving. Very slow. Shame as this lets the hotel down - recommend going elsewhere for food and drinks!

We stayed in a self catered family apartment with two bedrooms, perfect for a family break. The kitchenette enabled us to choose whether to eat out, get delivery in or prepare our own food. Breakfast in the hotel was free for the kids, so we treated ourselves one morning. We arrived a few hours early but because our room was ready, they allowed us to enter straight away. The kids loved the pool, and the Metro was a short walk away for exploring Milan. T apartment was quiet and cool.

One issue is the lack of sun beds by the pool, 16 for a hotel which has 100’s or rooms isn’t ideal.

Overall: lovely hotel. Definitely 4 star worthy. Highlight is the pool and cleanliness of the rooms, pool and overall hotel. It’s very modern and well finished. We can’t comment on the food/breakfast as we did not pay for this as part of our stay.

Pros: We stayed in the studio room with a balcony. It was very spacious and had loads of storage for the 2 of us. The bed is a Murphy bed so is a bit noisy but generally comfortable. The cleaners came every day and the room was very clean. The balcony looked over the pool and was very big. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was a very comfortable stay for a week. Would recommend.

Cons: it’s a little out the main city centre and the area surrounding there’s not much to see and did feel a little dodgy, but the metro Turro is only a 7 minute walk from the hotel and the metro transport service is very good (recommend getting the daily tickets for metro). There also aren’t many sun-beds near the pool and people often lay on the grass with their towels. We had some trouble with the lock on our door so check yours out and if any faults go to reception and they are happy to help.

The hotel outstanding giving us more then what we could have asked for EXCEPT for the condition of the free bikes. The free bikes were the final reason for us to stay. The bikes, however, were in a dangerous state which we learned after we started riding. We picked the 2 best bikes available. The others were in a wide state of repair. The overs we chose served good until you realized they I've bikes rest your had a horrible wobble. My bike was fine until both of it's brakes stopped working. We finished our ride thankfully without incident but that was more because God was watching out for us.
This was so surprising considering how fantastic the room, the pool and the staff were!!!! Fix the bikes and you'll have a totally outstanding hotel!!

Pool was under construction outside window, this was not made clear on Expedia when booking. Door to balcony was broken and wouldn't open and the TV wouldn't turn on either. Shower would leak excessively on to the floor outside the shower.
However room was clean and cleaned daily, including kitchen area, kitchen was extremely beneficial and is well stocked. Bed is large and comfortable.
All in all in a decent enough area, if you aren't bothered about staying in an exceptionally nice part of Milan. However decent area if you don't mind ten minutes on the tube to the centre. Nice enough staff, but didn't have too much interaction as spent most of the time away from the hotel. The hotel is more suited if you are on a business trip as apposed to a holiday.

In all honesty, was expecting more from the Ramada name.

So check in was OK, but entering the hotel you are met with the most annoying and slowest revolving doors you'll ever find on planet earth. Horrible.

Our room was a bit of a walk but fine. The apartment itself was spacious, but defo could do with some TLC as it felt old and dated. TV was very old and only in bedroom so we moved it to living room ourselves. I've seen many hotels with tvs in both rooms so that should be considered including upgrading the tvs.

There was no kitchenware at all but that's apparently due to covid but it was available on request, but no basics like washing up liquid and sponges as you'd expect in an apartment but fair play to the housekeeping as they washed our plates and cutlery for us.

Air conditioning didn't work properly (was intermittent) in living room area but was fine in bedroom.

Overall, not a negative stay, but could be much better.

My friend and I both felt this was among the worst experiences we've ever had with Hotel service anywhere, so bad that it essentially nullifies the many things the establishment does well.

The place is well located and looks the part for a four star hotel. The gardens are mostly well looked after and everything inside was kept clean. The pool was out of commission for the entirety of our stay (which wasn't flagged and the stay was not made cheaper) and several elevators were out too, other than that the hotel should have been a fairly good 4-star.

The staff were consistently dismissive, condescending and sometimes straight up rude throughout our stay. We are both Scottish men and brought up the staff demeanour with both Italian and Spanish guests who said they hadn't noticed any sour tone, then we discussed with an asian woman and an English couple who all said they were being talked to rudely/poorly throughout their stay. At one point we arrived at the restaurant for dinner and we had a very awkward encounter where our waitress didn't seem to want to give us one of her free tables for us to dine at. The staff are what makes a place feel welcoming and this place certainly doesn't have that feeling currently.

Great deal for Milan (free parking & breakfast).

All in all, considering free (outdoor) parking and free breakfast - Ramada is a great deal for Milan.
Just ask for a room NOT on the street side (and come early for Bfst, if you are looking for tranquility:-)
Specious enough room with comfortable bed but somewhat stiff pillows.
Nice bathroom although on the compact side and some towels were very thin but at least they are big and clean. Non of the apps recognized the “made in China” toiletries. Housekeeping (2100 floor) was excellent.
Instant coffee (and tea) only.
A little noisy: Noise of cars driving over a drain-cover right under our window and some nights from the park across the street, Noise from the room above us and from the corridor (the door has a visible space on its side).
Excellent a/c but the WiFi sucks.
The curtains are doing very poor job blocking outside light.
Only one English TV Chanel (Bloomberg).
Breakfast ends too early at 10am (though nobody “pushed “ us out ) and was generally noisy, the coffee sucks but otherwise the food ok. The servers were angels. Always professional, always a service with a smile no matter how busy it got.
Walking to the historic center is about an hour. Couple of blocks away the subway will take you their for 2€ (7€ daily).
Supermarket across the street.

In spite of sending a message to the hotel telling them, our stay was to celebrate a birthday. No one said absolutely nothing at the front desk on our arrival.
Once in the room, the tv wasn't working and there was no water, tea, coffee etc.
We really were expecting way more for a 4 star hotel.

We traveled around Europe for many days and tn our rervation we specified we would have a 7-year old with us. We just wanted to relax and go to bed. The TV wasn’t working, maintenance came by but couldn’t fix the problem and that was it...one non-working tv in the living room, no tv in the room.
I prepared my daughter to go to bed and when I opened the sofa bed it was dirty and
Not ready with sheets. I called the front desk to request sheets and blanket for the sofa bed. Someone brought the duvet, no sheets. We called the front desk again, after listening to the front desk telling me how it was my fault that I didn’t get sheets, 30 min later they brought the sheets. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was a roll of hair on the shower floor. We were so tired that we just went to bed. Our plan was to extend our stay for one more night, but we preferred to drive and look for another place. I would never come back or recommend this property to anyone.

Being only there for two nights does not allow me to have a full view of the property. The one outstanding and dissapointing part was the breakfast experience. The Food on offer was acceptable, but clearly the management or lack thereof was a Problem not enough staff no organisation of patrons to seek a table (chaos) not quick enough replenishment of food had to cionstantly ask staff. The Problem is that the Hotel cannot deal with large tour groups.

Considering this is a Ramada brand hotel, we were not impressed. To begin with, we were willing to compromise on the poor location for comfort and service since we were at the tail end of our trip. Unfortunately, we felt this was the least welcoming of the accommodation we stayed at for this trip, compared to Rome and Florence. The staff were not really friendly at all nor welcoming, especially at check-in. Even my children wondered why they appeared so angsty and unwilling to help.
The interior of the apartment was fine and clean, the exterior a bit run down. The design of the shower area was particularly bad. Water leaks and flood the outside area. Everyday, we had to use a few towels to clean it before the next person could use. The amenities were not quite sufficient for our family of 5 and we had to request for more. When I asked if they could provide more than 1 bottle of water for us, I was shocked to be informed that the policy is to only provide 1 bottle (small one) a day regardless of the group size. This shows the hotel doesn't really pay attention to details or maybe just doesn't care at all.
There is a shuttle that is provided to Centrale station and a few other metro stations but they are only available at restricted timing (check hotel website for more info). It was a small van by the way so if you need transport for yourselves and luggages but there is a long queue ahead of you, they can't do anything except to call a taxi for you at your own cost.

not in a good area of the city, but the hotel is nice. Breakfast was just OK for the price. The room I booked had not cooking elements and we had to ask for them. Bed was too hard and uncomfortable

I liked the location of the hotel, near a subway, about 7 -10min walk. I also liked that the hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. Plenty of open space and outdoor eating area. Hotel is not big on customer service. Staff are unfriendly but polite, there was one member of staff who extended any real customer service to us during our entire stay. Cleaning was not great but done everyday, one day we came back to find dirty crockery still in the sink. Only one bottle of water is provided per room no matter the number of guests in room and only on arrival. That is their rule, we found out when we asked. We were shocked when we went to the gym and afterwards staff also didn't allow us to take water out of the gym! The attended actually shouted at us, shocking! We reported this but had no feedback as to what was actually done about this. Beware if you choose to stay in apartment rooms, it is seen as self catering and nothing is provided for you. We had to request for common milk on day 1which was provided. The airport taxi is overpriced at something like 110Euros for a 45min trip. We felt this hotel was more geared towards business people than families.

A standard hotel with pool

It was an standard hotel with pool, the breakfast was OK, but nothing special!
The reception personal was very polite and helpful and spoke good English.

Excellent modern property ,with an excellent staff , good breakfast with a big variety .Convenient location in Turro only a few blocks from train station . I recommend to everybody Who wants to go to Milan .

The bed was so uncomfortable. They have one of these beds that open from the wall. They are a hotel, they could invest in a regular bed
