Room was ok. The TV and the safe box were not working. Breakfast is limited, not healthy, and mostly sugary. The pastries are poorly made. There's no restaurant service during the day, and no bar either. The place is quiet and relaxing, but it can get a bit boring.

If you want to be in the town of Colonia or don't have a car this is not for you, otherwise it is a very nice hotel with beautiful grounds, outdoor swimming pool with lounging area, indoor heated pool with jacuzzi area, comfortable rooms ( cable tv with some English channels), about 4 miles from Colonia an interesting colonial town. A good breakfast in a nice restaurant area with excellent orange juice. We had a problem with wifi in the room but this was rectified. All in all a good facility.

Um local diferenciado em Colônia de Sacramento. Fica a 7km do centro. Portanto, ir de automóvel é a melhor escolha. O local é amplo e bem cuidado. As piscinas são ótimas e o quarto muito confortável. Só o café da manhã deixou a desejar com poucas opções.

Ya no es lo que fué, lejos de ser un hotel boutique, NO es Vip access y no deberían permitirles esa categoría. Tenian habitaciones Deluxe disponibles y no nos otorgaron upgrade, dejandolas vacias. Las habitaciones \"superiores\" son stadandard dado que son la mas básicas que tienen. Olor a humedad en la habitación, restaurante cerrado, para cenar lo mas cercano es a 7km, mantenimiento muy precario. La verdad ya no son ni cerca el hotel boutique excelente de days inn con gerenciamiento de sacramento management. Es una hosteria venida a menos a la cual jamás volveria.

Me gustó el paisaje, no me gustò que esta sucio, tiene olor a humedad, el baño es horrible, el dormitorio es viejo, el colchón tiene un agujero en el medio, las sábanas son transparentes de tanto uso y el precio no era barato. La verdad, horrible.

Nos cambiaron de cuarto y su cubrecama estaba con humedad y hongos. Les escribimos pero dijeron que era óxido y que a pesar de aceptar que esa no es manera de entregar el cuarto ellos no harían ningún reajuste al total por la estadía. Más aun luego de dos noches las 3 salimos con problemas bronquiales que hoy seguimos curando con jarabes y pastillas.

Hemos ido muchas veces al hotel pero esta vez nos sorprendió lo quedado que estaba, la atención no fue muy buena, estaban trabajando en mantenimiento y nos despertaron temprano con el rasqueteo en la ventana y reja, cero consideración, cuando preguntamos por las bicis para pasear nos dijeron que estaban todas en mantenimiento. Las piscinas tanto afuera cómo adentro muy sucias, no tenían mantenimiento teníamos que andar los huéspedes sacando con la red los bichos y hojas. Por último la decoración. De la habitación 119 muy rara...
Lo unico rescatable y 10 puntos como siempre es el Restaurant Asafran, tanto en el desayuno cómo en el almuerzo y cena, muy rico y en cuenta...aparte el personal del restaurant bien de bien, son los que le ponían onda al hotel.

Buena atención pero costo no acorde
Buena atención del personal, pero algunos servicios no están acordes al precio. La sala de fitness no es tal, hay tan sólo 1 caminador, el desayuno del sábado estaba mejor servido que el del viernes , claramente en función de la cantidad de huéspedes, esto no debería ser así. Las áreas comunes entre las habitaciones y los servicios deberían estar mejor calefaccionadas.
