Terrible start, but did get better

I arrived at the hotel, very tired after a long flight, and was met by a huge amount of people, and no clarity on what was going on. I waited for 10 minutes before being told I had to take a ticket to check in, and online check in didn't recognise my code. There was only 2 staff, 1 doing business customers and the other general. It took over 30 minutes for my number to come up, and literally 2 minutes to book us in.
There was a lady circling around with a laptop, but didn't seem to be able to help us, just got told to wait for my number.
Honestly, this is probably the worst check in experience I've ever had at a hotel.
However, I do need to balance this out, the room on the top floor had an amazing view, the room was clean the beds were lovely, and I love the fact they celebrate Finlands amazing water quality by giving you glasses and telling you to help yourself.
The breakfast was very good indeed, huge selection, and while they have an odd quota system, I could understand why, it was very busy. They also have a good selection of gluten free options !!
Later when I checked out they allowed me to store the bags for a while, which was appreciated.
Honest advice, as a visitor who has no idea about the ticket, you really need to advise up front. Equally, would be less stressful if we knew how long the wait was !!

The spa was nice but expensive (make sure to bring your own towel to not get upcharged) and the room was fine, but the ~20 food options were TERRIBLE. Taco Bell is literally the highest rated restaurant in the complex, which makes sense because the Crunchwrap supreme I ate tasted better than the “Greek” I had earlier in the day.

Although it is some distance from the city, the location of the hotel to the close proximity of mall and cinema made it convenient to shop up till closing and watch a late night movie.

The room in the new wing was fresh and comfortable. Enjoyed the large window with a view of the forest and the modern smart TV.

Breakfast gets crowded quickly. The options look alot but food is basic and taste average.

One of the friendliest and helpful front desk staffs! Early check in accommodations were made. A terrific breakfast was available at 0400 AM! The proximity of the mall, sauna/water park was perfect, allowing for a restful 20 hour layover!

Nice but too complicated

It was impossible to find reception. Finally we found it (there was a couple with same problem), we had to take a number which we released in couple of minutes. No signs about arrangement anywhere. To get a free paring we had to insert cars reg,nro to self check in desk but the computer didnt work. Reception was annoyed when I went back and asked about it... Wouldnt stay never again!

Huge rooms, fantastic sound insulation

Very clean and very spacious rooms. Great facilities within the complex, from kids’ play areas (bouncy castle, climbing frames, basket ball etc available) to an aqua park, as well as a good selection of restaurants. Less than 20 min by taxi to Linnanmaki too! Brilliant selection of foods available at breakfast, including a good choice of healthy food items. My only grumble was the quality of pillows, which I mentioned to reception at the end of my stay. I should have mentioned this sooner as apparently I could have obtained different pillows on request. Aside from this the stay was great. Great service too! Would definitely stay again, especially as the rooms on the new side at least are huge for the price and very good quality. Only 7 min by taxi to the airport too! The sound insulation is unbelievably good, I didn’t hear a peep from anywhere!

It was good overall but I would have preferred a Queen or double bed instead of 2 singles. The only other choice was a King bed but you had to pay for breakfast and my stay was 33 nights which would have run quite expensive. However I would book this hotel again.

The hotel was incredibly clean and nice.The building houses numerous restaurants and shopping outlets. There is also bowling and a putt putt course. There is plenty to do here without ever going outside. My only grip is the awkward layout. Depending on your room number, you have to take an elevator to the 2nd floor then walk across the hotel to get another elevator up. However, that isn't for every room number. For example, not all rooms on the 4th floor have to go to the 2nd elevator. It's not a huge deal, but it was more of an annoyance since my room number did include traversing the hotel and getting on a 2nd elevator.

This property has it all! It is located inside a mall. attached to another mall. It has two grocery stores, so many restaurants from fast food to fancy dining. Just about any store you need can be found here. There is even a bowling alley. arcades, and even a full water park, and adult spa. Although sadly the water park was closed while we were there. It also has a free shuttle too and from the airport.

Mostly very good!

Just one thing that caused us problems - the signage around the hotel and the car park shared with the next-door shopping centre *really* needs improving. It took us a long time to find the right place to park, and then a long time again to actually find our way into the hotel!

Once in, everything was fine.

Just a short getaway with our family for one night. We stayed here as it is connected to the indoor water park on the floor below. The service and breakfast were great. Plenty of restaurants inside located within a few meters of the hotel. I really like this place and plan to stay there again with my family!

Ihan mahtava huone jossa mahti näkymät isosta ikkunasta kaikkialle ja etenkin uudenvuoden yönä näky ilotulitukset tosi selkeesti ja olimme korkealla. Ihanaa kun löytyi capsolokeitin huoneesta ja saimme aamulla hyvät kahvit.

Vantaa'da kalınması gereken harika bir Otel

Daha önce de birkaç kez kaldığım bir otel. Alışveriş merkezine direkt bağlantısı var. Özellikle kış zamanı harika bir özellik. İlk gece odam soğuktu ve ilgililer oda sıcaklığı 21 dereceye ayarlı istersem havalandırmayı kapatabileceğimi söyledi. Ne yazık ki havalandırma kapanmıyordu. İkinci gece tekrar resepsiyona şikayet ettim. Bu sefer Resepsiyondan Mette hemen odamı değiştirdi ve seyahatimin kalanı sorunsuz ve çok güzel geçti.
