Nice location, under 10 Minute with the train and 20 minutts with the tram to sentrum, located right next to the Hotel. The staff were helpful, and the room was clean and nice.

Moikka, kevät messuista selvitty ja perinteisesi majoitus holiday inn helsinkissä. Ilmoittauduimme meitä palveli huono suomi asiakas palvelija.
Aamupala erinomainen. Muita palveluja ei käytetty.
Tero
Hotelli oli siisti ja lähellä Veikkaus areenaa.

There were few broken items in the room such as tv remote backpanel did not stay on, toiletpaper holder was almost off the wall. Other than that I had a pleasant stay
GÖRAN
Very nice and could have got 5* if desk had been clean and not sticky and floor outlet had not been dry. Flushing from other rooms quite audible until I filled the outlet with a couple of glasses of water. Waste basket not fresh.

It's a nice hotel. Expensive but good breakfast.
Camilla
Good location, bad service
The hotel is conveniently located straight in Messukeskus, so you can visit your room during the fair. It is in ok condition. Very limited food choices in the restaurant, only junk food. The service was terrible, the waitress was noticably not pleased that we disturbed her peace.
Fredrik
Excellent hotel!
This is an excellent hotel. Clean, kind, silent, comfortable. Loved it during an intense work weekend! The only thing I would improve are the pillows in the bed, they were only decent.
Michael
I was staying in Helsinki for a new days for the naming of my newest grandchild and the hotel was superbly well located for this.

The worst of the worst.
The room is as hot as a sauna. Why can't you turn on the air conditioning in advance? All the curtains are open and the sun is shining in.
The parking garage is ridiculous. The parking space is mainly intended for pedal cars. The staff and hotel management have reserved the best spots for themselves.
Never again to this particular hotel. The worst of the worst.

Very good facility, great location, clean and good WiFi. Room smaller than US facility but I guess that is EU standard. No free breakfast, and one day dirty towels were not collected.
GEORGE
Typical conference hotel. Easy access to Train at Pasila and Tram 2. Breakfast is average and do not change over the 5 days we stayed there. No body lotion. Average size room.
Francisca
Everything was fine, but the cleaning was missing
The hotel was beautiful, the service was great, the location was amazing for me, who went to work at the Messukeskus, and the breakfast was delicious. But the cleaning was disappointing. I arrived, and the low table was full of breadcrumbs, the night table had a raisin, and in both beds I found long hairs. The tables stayed like that until I left, despite the bed was made every day.
Scott B.
Very helpful staff. Great place to stay, if you've got an event messukeskusissa.

Messukeskuksen tapahtumassa
Loistava sijainti meille.

Great hotel, next door to the exhibition centre, train station less than 5mins away with line servicing the center (1 stop away) and the airport ( direct , about 30mins journey costing 4.80 euros single way). Staff very friendly, room was clean and nicely layered. Restaurant and bar food very good.
Ulf
Not a good first impression, but got better
Arriving to the hotel was not so friendly, slow action and almost unfriendly in the reception. I felt I was there for the official and not the opposite. But the room, the breakfast and other things worked well.
Anne
Ympäristöystävällisyyttä lisäisi nestesaippua palasaippuan sijaan. Palasaippuasta jää aina jäljelle iso osa, eikä sitä toivottavasti kierrätetä enää uudelleen seuraavalle asiakkaalle.

Had to stay there because of exhibition
Clean hotel in a conviently located next to the exhibition halls. Breakfast nothing special, restaurants not very good both food and service wise, reception service unfriendly and I experienced even some unacceptable mistakes.

Recommendation to Holiday Inn
Room was nice, clean, and spacious. Bed comfy (even softer vs firmer pillows to choose from). There were table and chair for working, which was good. And as a cherry on the top; even a little couch for just chilling. Thank you, it was a very comfortable stay.

Helsinki..arse end
Not the best part of town but convenient for Railway Station (Pasila) Not much around the area in way of restaurant/bars etc.

Breakfast disappintment but otherwise good
Overall everything was very good. But the breakfast was not. Sunday morning, I guess hotel was full but in this kind of hotel I assume that they are aware how to handel things. By breakfast everything was over. More products were occasionally imported, but the tables were completely congested and there was a lot of queuing, and still the products ran out. This was a big disappointment.
Heidi
Nice and clean hotel, excellent for attending events in the exhibition hall.

A very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The staff are really pleasant and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, modern and up to date, and have everything you need. The breakfast was amazing; so many options! Everything from cooked, to cereal, cheese platters and deli meats, pastries, eggs, even salad. Gluton free also catered for. Less than a ten minute walk to the local mall for anything else you need.

I booked 3 night at hotel it was fantastic! The room was cleaned and fresh during my time away which made me feel appreciated. I didn't touch minibar but check inside it was filled with a nice set of Snack and drinks had even space left for my own soda.
Cabin was nice were i was able to unpack my clothes and take them after shower.
Towels were great and soft i really liked them! Bathroom was not bad either. Only down side i found was during using TV trying to browse tv channel had annoying overlay during browsing. Movie option didn't work either and the remote seemed bit weird but overall my staying in was very happy and positive experience.

Business hotel close to conference centre and Helsinki's second station, access to central Helsinki easy by train or tram which stops outside the hotel. Area and hotel do lack character but is clean, modern and well run. Quiet mid-week in July, but much busier at the weekend. Avoid breakfast after 9, as it becomes a scrum on Sat and Sun. Breakfast quality was good, with a wide choice available. Hotel has gym and sauna facilities but no pool, which is the only negative. Staff polite and helpful and like everyone in Finland, speak excellent English. Overall good value, would recommend.

Best hotel room i've booked thus far.

Huge inconvenience
All was good but the restaurant was closed. I cant walk well so this was a huge inconvenience for me as everything nearby is located uphill.
I was not informed of the closed restaurant when booking.

Comfortable, convenient and quiet.
Great hotel, rooms are quiet (considering the location) and very comfortable.
Only a 5 minute walk from the airport terminal makes it great if you have the early morning flight.

Stayed only one night. Everything ok. Perhaps the breakfast was a bit overpriced.

The hotel was very nice, clean and well organised even with a big group for the football tournament. Thanks you for a great stay. A big thank you to Sofia who was very polite and supportive when checking in.
