Great views from the top floor. The room was small, but we were offered a larger one on a lower floor, which was appreciated. It did get very warm, and without air con, we had to keep the blinds shut during the day to manage the heat as we had no air-con. Breakfast was great — plenty of options and good quality.

Nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are a little sterile, but decent. Lighting system could be improved. One switch turns on all lights in the room. It would be nice to have a switch that just turns in the ceiling lights, instead if having to turn off all the lamps in the room. Decent gym for a hotel.

The only thing i have to say is that the AC situation wasn't the greatest. The controls were a bit different and it wasn't clear how to regulate the temp in the room. Then when the fan or AC (again wasn't clear) turned on, once it reached the lowest temp available of 19.0 degrees it shut off and then would reset back to 21 or 22. Again, maybe it was user error, but i didn't find any instructions on this. I opened the windows most nights, but depending on which night you're staying (Saturday was the worst), you could will be exposed night club traffic and people yelling and just being drunk until 5 am in the morning and not get any sleep. If you don't have to open the window, you should be fine. In addition to that, the duvet was something used in the winter time. I kept waking up bathed in my own sweat almost every night. They were able to give me a lighter duvet, but it was still too heavy and didn't make much of a difference. I asked for a fan, but apparently that was not an option. Aside from this, the hotel staff is great, the accommodations are excellent as well. Very updated, great bathrooms, plenty of water pressure, large closets for all your clothes and luggage. Great breakfast and a lot of at restaurants in walking distance as well. The hotel is situated in an area with lots of Asian cuisine, which i enjoyed. Very close to public transportation which is very easy to use via the HSL app. There is a lot of history in this hotel and it was a great experience.

Nice place to stay. Staff are very helpful. One thing might be better to consider for people who carry large luggage because there are some stairs or steps. Suggest to change if possible in future. When we checked out, staff helped to carry luggage out. Overall, this is excellent hotel and has panoramic views from top to whole city.

Beautiful hotel with views of the skyline. However, if you're going for a queen bed - be careful. The sheets don't fit properly so it was not a comfortable rest as it kept crumpling up in the middle of the night.

The hotel is beautiful. The room and bed so comfortable. Saska at reception was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the old part of the hotel and the room was large, had high ceilings and a small beautifully tiled bathroom. The hotel is walking distance to the train station and shopping district, would definitely return.

The hotel has always been one of my favorite and now after refurbishing even more. Room quality is great and breakfast is just enough, freshly oven baked croissants and cold cuts, healthy smoothie and sustainably presented buffet. Big plus also for the attentive table service. I stayed at this hotel for three days and really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The very central location in Helsinki was very important to me, as I could reach everything on foot. My room was quite comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. I was very impressed by the large and beautiful breakfast room, as well as the delicious breakfast buffet. There could be more pre-cut fruit at breakfast. The Stockmann Shopping Center is just a few steps away; there's a large supermarket in the basement. I highly recommend this Solo Sokos Hotel Torni!

最初は一階でしたが、ストリートノイズがすごいです。部屋に耳栓が置いてあります。翌朝部屋を変えてもらいました。5階の部屋でしたが、大丈夫でした。ホテルも知っていて、言わなければ、そのままだったかと思うと腹が立ちます。フロントに朝いた女性は、とても親切で、部屋を変えてくれたり、レストランの予約を取ってくれたりしました。
