This is an amazing hotel, every detail has been taken care of and the staff were all very professional, friendly and expert. The staff were able to provide really useful insight into local attractions etc.

Breakfast was fabulous with a great range of hot and cold food, all with very high-quality ingredients.

There is a cocktail bar on the top floor with very interesting local ingredients being used in 'seasonal cocktails'. Definitely worth a visit, but you may need to book at busy times.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and everything is well maintained.

We booked a Family room which was huge and very comfortable. Love the deco and lighting. The air conditioning is slightly noisy but ok after we turned it down. The toilet even has the bum cleaning seat which was a pleasant surprise. Our only complain is the shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion. Make sure you bring your own.

The room was rather small for a 5 star hotel and there was not a lot of wardrobe space and few drawers to put clothes. The sink plug did not seal properly so trying to have wet shave was more problematic. The staff were however friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a buffet, the hot food was mostly egg based but no bacon, mushrooms or tomatoes!

Breakfast wasn’t applicable for us. Only downside is the stairs with luggage to get into the hotel. They don’t really give the best directions to avoid the cobblestones going around the hotel. Upon arrival there was no porter available to assist with the inconvenience on the stairs with 3 large suitcases. Room was an accessible room which they said was because it gave us more space. Not sure that was the case but by this stage we didn’t want to move after a long trip.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Helsinki, easy access to main attractions snd transport links. Lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops very nearby.
Every area of the bore we experienced was excellent - clean, bright and sophisticated. Staff were exceptionally polite without exception. Breakfast was varied - buffet and a la carte offerings, and staffed very well. Lovely bar and lounges, again with excellent service.
We are thankful to have taken more of previous positive reviews as this hotel was everything we were looking for. Would stay again and recommend.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It's in a very convenient area with tons of walkable options around it. My husband and I never had to use a bus or car to travel the area around it. We would definitely stay again.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, but unfortunately had no view — it faced another building with many windows, so I had to close the curtains as soon as I entered.

Breakfast was good but not outstanding. I requested a cappuccino with oat milk, but the result was hit-or-miss. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurants twice; while the food was tasty, the options felt a bit limited for my preferences.

One drawback was the entrance situation. Guests can only enter and exit through the main entrance, which is farther from the train station and involves stairs. There is a more convenient ground-floor door, but it’s apparently reserved for conference attendees.

Overall, the service was good and the stay was enjoyable, and I would be happy to return in the future.

There is water and apples all day available at the lobby .. Breakfast is expensive but very good .. you can consider breakfast in walking distance like Robert’s café .

Location of property is top notch. Right in the middle of city center, therefore landmarks are within walking distance. Shopping centers were nearby. Lilly, the receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Jet-lagged and tired, we were able to avail on early check-in which was so needed on our tired bodies especially my husband, who is 72 year old and needed to rest after a long flight. We slept as soon as we got in. So thank you, Lilly.

Perfect location, 300m from the station. Staff are great, ahout out to Sami who really looked after us. Room was small but spotlessly clean, would have wanted to stay more than the couple of night we did.
Lots of snow and meltsing during the left the steps icy, this should have been looked at before my wife smashed her back and head slipping on them. Hotel did call an ambulance and was checked over, everything ok apart from bruising and soreness. Not even a drink offered in compensation as this was the hotels liability.
Would we stay again, yes, though would need a larger room for a longer visit.

Beautiful hotel. Very classy room with very comfortable bed. Very quiet, although I couldn't open any window! So you always hear the heating/cooling fan, unless you turn it off and have no fresh air!
Superb shower. All fittings of high quality.
Very nice staff, but they didn't offer to help me take my cases to my room.
Breakfast was excellent with an extensive choice.
I didn't properly see the lounges and bars, but they looked really nice.
Very convenient for the central railway station.
