Great stay in every way but one. I could not figure out the washer/dryer combo. It washed my clothes but would not dry them. Not an ideal situation. I would highly recommend leaving instructions. There was a QR code on the machine, but it led to an inactive link.

The rooftop terrace room had a great view of the city, full kitchen and laundry. Very convenient to downtown, the ferry to the sea fortress, tons of restaurants, and several decent small grocery stores and a liquor store.

I misplaced the key at an art gallery cloak room, and the Noli staff were so kind and unjudgemental. They solved it immediately.

Check-in wasn't smooth. It was outside their regular check-in hours so I had to check in on the tablet. For some reason the tablet asks which channel you booked through. However, my choice of channel did not work with the booking reference. After a few frustrating minutes of trying and failing to check in, I called the number on the sticker on the tablet. A lady answered the phone but then the line got disconnected. I called again. She told me to select "noli studios" on the tablet even though I did not book through Noli studios. It was the worst check in experience I've had so far.
The studio was fine. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was quite small and didn’t comfortably fit 2 (small) people.
There were no electricity outlets next to the bed. There was an extension box on the radiator near the foot end of the bed. I strongly recommend installing some electricity outlets next to the head end of the bed.

Our overall stay at Noli was excellent. Check-in was seamless. The room was clean and modern, amenities were on-point for a short-term vacation stay, breakfast at the nearby restaurant was great, location was close to the city, and most importantly for us is that we get to store our luggage safely and conveniently at no cost while killing time before our flight out of Helsinki.

The building and room were great, the bed and bathroom were a little small for 2 people (standard studio) but it was absolutely fine for a few days. All of the facilities were very good, in and out of the room, especially considering the price. The sauna and steam area, the baggage storage lockers, the staff member on site, and the easy self check-in to name a few. Walking distance to city centre and all transport. Would absolutely recommend and stay again :)

This was a beautiful place. The apartment had a washer and almost a full kitchen (no microwave) but there was a shared kitchen if one needed one so no problem :) bed was comfy and clean. My only complaint would be TVs arent standard in every room tho you could rent one. Great area very safe! Would def stay here again! Oh and the rooftop terrace was too notch!

A used SYRINGE tip was in our room on the floor. Our 20 month old son put it in his mouth. We don’t know if it pierced his skin. We had to take him to emergency for blood testing and will have to have blood tests for 6 months. Absolutely disgusting. Never been more disgusted or ashamed in my life.

Spent 4 nights there as a solo female traveler. The location was perfect but the room was just ok. Curtains didn’t cover the full window so I woke up with the sun each morning. Strange steps leading up to the bed were a little scary if you have to get up in the night. It was great to have a little kitchen though to make dinner every night rather than eating out. Washer in room was super convenient. There’s a great grocery store in the basement of Stockmann which was better than the 2 close by. Amazing coffee shop (Finca Las Ventanas) close by. 4 stars because there’s no real staff there to help with anything. Seems like it’s more of an apartment complex for young adults.

A great gym and common spaces and amenities are a huge plus! Everyone is friendly, space is clean and everywhere I wanted to go was walkable. The design of the room was a bit awkward with the bed two steps up and pushed against the only window which opened inward over the top of the bed. You can’t move it around due to the raised platform.The bed was also too firm for me, but I recognize that is a very personal thing. Overall, I would stay here again.

Noli hosts beautiful, clean, chic properties. They have a wonderful facilities which starts with the self check-in on ipad, the beautiful bar / restaurant at entrance. Once past the residents only area, is spacious seating areas, kitchen, gym, sauna and locker storage area.

Location was really convenient for the city centre and the ferry terminal. Local facilities were very good and i was glad that i chose the breakfast option where the nearby cafe was the location.

Brilliant location near the harbour with a partial sea view. Easy walking distance from the centre, the esplanade, the market and both cathedrals. A tram with frequent trams to visit more distant attractions such Sibelius park was just around the corner. Breakfast was provided in a cafe next door and was really nice. Our room was spacious with fridge, microwave etc. The bathroom was clean and modern and the shower was really good. We tried the sauna and Jacuzzi and they were good. We didn't interact with any staff directly ( check in is done via computer)but they did provide us with contact numbers if needed. We struggled to get the air con to cool the room but that may have been us. We could have contacted the hotel to ask for assistance but we were too busy enjoying Helsinki. I would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful Aparthotel with everything you could need. The gym was so comprehensive, parking easy for €26 a day and the rooms had everything we needed (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, oven and washing machine). The sauna was amazing (and hot and the spa very relaxing)! Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels we’ve (2 people) been to! Stayed there 3 nights and loved the studio, gym, rooftop terrace and the bikes (Pelago) that we could use for free. Only the breakfast was a dissapointment (too much heavy food and too few ”fresh” and lighter food, also a small variation of everything) we wouldn’t buy it again. There’s a quality kitchen in the studio, so easy to cook and store food there.

I have to say that staying at this venue exceeded my expectations far beyond what I expected. The value for money and what you get was outstanding. For a self-contained apartment it had all amenities provided including the washing machine, fridge, freezer.

The air-conditioner was the only drawback, as you had to keep the window and blinds shut to keep the room below 25° but manageable.
I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone.
