A lovely stay at the Hotel Haaga. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the amenities were very good. The pool and gym are well equipped and great to use. The staff are really what made the stay comfortable. They were friendly and incredibly helpful.

An ok experience.

A bit dusty, the breakfast was delicious and staff was lovely. The rooms were very unremarkable, and the bathrooms somewhat small. Also the TV wouldnt let you cast anything from your phone, so it essentially acted as an advertisement for the hotel and nothing else.

Excellent place to stay. It has almost everything including pressing iron and pressing table that were found useful for my ESOC suit. They got a well equiped gym, pool and sauna. I found the gym really useful. The staff were exceptional and highly professional and very helpful. All the receptionists were great. Monica was awesome.

This hotel was excellent all around! Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional as well. The room was well outfitted, comfortable bed. The location is a little remote, being on the outskirts of Helsinki. However, area transportation is excellent, once you figure out what lines to take for destinations. To sum up, Haaga Central Park is first rate!

A day at Haaga Hotel

I stayed at Haaga for just one night and was impressed with the serene environment where the hotel is located and the courteous service from the front desk officers. The room was spacious with very useful and handy amenities including hair dryer, ironing board, kettle, and assorted tea and coffee package. When I was held up in the city, they allowed me extended check-out of over one hour. I will use Haaga again on my next visit to Helsinki.

While the hotel was excellent I was sad to find the restaurant was closed for dinner all summer, and there were limited options for local meals (I planned to visit the Nepali rest. on Monday, which turned out to be the only night it was closed. There is a supermarket a 10 minute walk away and the bus to the city is always an option. Breakfast had a number of hot and cold options, but the little 2-slice toaster should be upgraded as it took ages to brown the bread.

This was out first stay here and we didn’t have any expectations, but it was an awesome stay. I highly recommend the superior queen room. It had all the necessities and the bathrobes and slippers were a pleasant surprise.

The inside pool was 17 meters long and had several lanes. We did evening and morning swim and it was really nice.

Overall a very nice stay. People working at hotel Haaga and at their restaurant were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean and contained everything needed.
The only minor negative comment comes from the smell of the room which was not the best. It wasn´t anything disturbing but rather a smell of an older building.

Ok hotel, far from the downtown, though u can take either bus 43 or walk about a mile to the commuter train station Huopalahti.
The kitchenette didn’t have anything in it, I had to ask for the plates and utensils. The drain in the shower was clogged up.
Service was great, very friendly people.

This hotel is located in a residential area of Helsinki, quite a distance from the main core of downtown Helsinki. If going to downtown by bus, one must have Euros with which to pay the fare. Using a taxi is quite expensive but one can use a credit card to pay the fare..
The hotel's property includes a variety of fitness activities that are charged separately. The rooms are rated as being superior or ordinary. My room was an 'ordinary' rating; the single bed has a 2\" thickness of foam topping a box spring. Although cleaned daily by staff, the laminate flooring was quite marked up.
A free buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM until approximately 10:00 AM. In the evenings, Frank's cafe operates daily from a menu with several choices for appetizers, entrees and desserts. Frank is amenable to making changes to the contents of each dish to suit personal tastes.

Our room was fine but the drain smelt eggy after a day. We didn’t report it though as we weren’t in much anyway.
Sheets were clean, breakfast was good, lots of variety. Pool was cold but clean and always quiet. Pool and sauna were open strange hours though. Staff were helpful and polite.
Location was good for public transport.

Onsite restaurant is also of high quality, would like more choice, but the food is excellent.
In a nice area if you want to go for a wander too
Nice touch is the chromecast in the room so you can watch Netflix on the TV.

Staff could nicer and more welcoming.

I am not sure if the hotel is full. I am under the impression it is not even close. But I am placed in the last room (280) in the second floor. I walked the longest distance to the lobby than any other customers of theirs. I don't like this. I would accept it completely if I see the lobby or the dinning room or the hallway are crowded. But they are not. They left me a me an impression that they don't want to provide me convenience even they have rooms closer.

Das Frühstück war gut, für einen längeren Aufenthalt fehlt etwas die Abwechslung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer wurde während unseres siebentägigen Aufenthaltes leider nur einmal gereinigt, Handtücher mussten wir uns an der Rezeption selbst holen. Das Gym ist hervorragend ausgestattet, der Wellnessbereich ist gut.

Hotelli oli siisti ja palveluja kuten kuntosali, kylpylä jossa erittäin hyvä sauna sähkösaunaksi. Kylpylässä tyttöystäväni piti siitä kun pystyi suuresta telkkarista valitsemaan itselle vesijumppa ohjausta. Aamupala oli 4/5 hyvä perus aamupala. Hotellin tilat siistejä ja kylpyhuoneessa rituals kosmetiikka mikä oli mukava yllätys tyttöystävälle. Huoneen kahvikeittimestä tulee melko kitkerää kahvia ja maitojauhetta oli vain kaksi pussia. Nukuimme hyvin:)

Das Zimmer war gut und sauber. Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend. Wir konnten sogar 2 Stunden früher einchecken. Der Pool war richtig zum Schwimmen geeignet. Das Frühstücksrestaurant hatte eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Hyvä hotelli, bussiyhteyksien päässä Helsingistä.
Huone hyvä ja siisti.
Olisin kaivannut huoneeseen kellonaikoja, aamiaisesta, saunasta ja kuntosalista.
Niiden aukiolot kerrottiin kyllä saapuessa, mutta sen jälkeen ne piti käydä katsimassa respasta.

Hotelli Haaga, oiva valinta!

Hotelli Haaga on mainio valinta Helsingin-vierailulle. Yhteydet keskustaan ovat erinomaiset, Keskuspuiston ulkoilumaastot vieressä, kuntosali on iso ja hyvin varusteltu, iso uima-allaskin löytyy. Aamiainen on vallan mainio, hotellin oma väki oikein mukavaa. Huoneet ovat varsin isoja. Hinta/laatusuhde on loistava.

Bonsoir l'hébergement était très bien positionné à moitié chemin entre l'aereoport et le centre ville. C'était très bien la possibilité de utiliser la piscine et le sauna sans rien payer de plus. Et de même la salle de sport. Je remercie la réceptionniste qui a été très réactive de m'avoir donné une autre chambre car il y avait un souci de son a la télé. Personnel du petit déjeuner très gentil.

Hotelli on ihanteellisen kokoinen, kaikki palvelut lähellä, ei pitkiä käytäviä kuljettavana. Aamiainen ei kovin laaja tarjonnaltaan, mutta laadukas ja riittävä. Erityisesti plussaa siistille saunaosastolle, uima-allas todella hyvä ja veden lämpötila hyvä. Ulkoterassille myös plussaa ja ruokalistalle. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja iloista. Olen ollut ennenkin ja tulen toistekin!

Toista kertaa yöpymässä tässä hotellissa. Aamupala monipuolinen, henkilökunta on ystävällistä. Huone siivottiin hyvin ensimmäisenä aamuna, mutta toisena ei käyty jostain syystä ollenkaan. Jos aika olisi riittänyt, uima-allas ja kuntosali olisivat myös kiinnostaneet! Helppo ajaa autolla paikalle ja hyvät julkiset yhteydet

Hotelli on hyvä paikka majoittua. Aamupala on loistava.
Valitettavasti tällä kertaa osui omalle kohdalle likainen huone. Puhtaiden pyyhkeiden välissä oli tummia hiuksia. Sängyn välissä ja lattialla pölyä ja pähkinöitä…
Ikkunan kaihtimet oli vaikea laittaa kiinni, kun säädin jäi käteen. Taisi olla jo jonkin aikaa rikki.
