The lobby was nicely designed and clean. Check in was efficient. The room was very dirty looking overall. There was mildew growing in the bathroom. Chairs were visibly dirty. Internet would not stay connected. Also they should mention the very high parking fees in the listing.

My stay here was okay I gave it three stars.

Pros: clean room, fresh sheets, dishwasher in room, clean refrigerator, well stocked cabinets with glasses, pots, pans and good toiletries (dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash)
My suite was cute and well furnished. I don’t remember his name but the male host at the front desk (African American guy) was so helpful and nice. Very pleasant personality He accommodated me twice with the valet issues I had.

Cons: I had an issue with valet being rude when I first arrived telling me I had to move and I was a guest in the hotel I wasn’t greeted properly. I was not allowed to unload my car in the front of hotel like other guests I was put in side of hotel by street entrance. I felt like that was wrong and rubbed me the wrong way. No one answers the phone, not from the direct line or the front desk button on phone in room. I had to go downstairs to front desk to make direct contact. Very sticky elevator floors. All elevators had sticky floors. I could hear my shoes being stuck to whatever was in elevators. Yuck. This hotel needs paint touch up job on doors of rooms and walls. Scratches and chunks of paint missing on doors and I’m talking multiple doors. It really makes the floors look unkempt. I was surprised because the lobby is beautiful but the actual room floors need work. Immediately. But overall it was an okay stay. I checked out a day early.

Our rooms weren’t ready for check in until an hour after. There were homeless sleeping in the lobby and upon return to the rooms only one out of four elevators were working. They do not offer complimentary breakfast, but you can purchase for 25$. The pool was not available to its guest, didn’t have water in it. The only upside to this property is the valay do store away your luggage since check in is not until “4 pm”, or technically when ever they can get you room ready.

The elevator is extremely slow the pool is empty and the area is bolted shut the water is lukewarm when I went to check in after traveling all day I was told my reservation was canceled spent an hour on the phone to see why no one told me anything I would never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there

I most definitely will not be staying at this hotel again. Pictures are deceiving . No one ever came to clean my room nor bring towels after staying two nights. I called the front desk several times, no answer. The carpet was so disgusting felt like my feet were sticking to the carpet. Over charged me for valet parking that I didn't purchase.

Perhaps it was my room, but the overall experience was disappointing. The walls were dirty, and the bathtub had a problem with the water temperature. Moreover, I couldn’t access the balcony.

I received a message stating that breakfast was served until 11 am, but when I arrived by 10 am, they informed me that the restaurant closed at 9 am.

The hotel lobby was very nice but there was no luggage carts for anyone to use, so we had to carry everything. When getting into our room it was nice size but there was water damage on the wall and black mold above the cabinets in kitchen area, the AC was not cooling the room very well, the tub/shower had places that need repairs. The sheets and blankets had small stains on them also. Also dont count on getting your deposit fee back in a timely manner, its been a week and I still dont have my money back in my account. Oh and make sure you have money for parking, there is no free parking...something we were not told about.

Had some issues that I made aware to the management the next morning, and she took my number and never called me. I hate leaving bad reviews but it’s been a couple months and I’ve not heard anything back from them. They were doing some kinda renovations, no signs for motel but a vinyl one small on side of building, parking was very difficult and ridiculous, our sheets and pillows had blood stains on them, the window was so nasty you couldn’t see out of it, had clean toliet and sink because of hair. Couch was ripped. We arrived late that night daughter in law was at Emory and it is walking distance to the hospital. It was already a very stressful stay and the only plus thing is the vallet guy let me leave my truck there the next morning to walk to Emory to see my daughter in law and son tht just lost their baby. The only reason we decided to stay was because it was late already and walking distance to the hospital in dire need of me being close of the loss of my grandson. Check your room and bedding and bathroom before you give them your info.

I stayed in a suite with a kitchen and living room and that was nice. However the door was broken so every night when I came to my room my door was open. BUT the big problem at this hotel is the security or lack of. I came back late one night and as a women by myself I was scared. Two men rushed into my elevator and they had on masks and one had a large gun . It was terrifying and they never answered the phone when I called to speak to someone. Do NOT stay here if you’re a woman by yourself. Dangerous

Only had one working elevator- it was Mother’s Day, graduation, & there was a wedding AT the hotel. Waited in line for the elevator to avoid walking up 20 flights of stairs with three small children. Witnessed several instances where security had to be called (I’m assuming alcohol played a role) & couldn’t even stand outside hotel without getting harassed by homeless population.

Valet service was TOP TIER- they saved our trip and definitely made the hotel better. Only positive part about our experience was when we were coming or going from the hotel thanks to them.

Adviced don't stay in this HOTEL if you can. TERRIBLE.
We'r there for 3 nights. First night bed head frame fall. No light bulb in the lamp.
2nd night when we come back no towels to take a shower. We called 10 times nobody picks up the phone. Literally we went to the front desk and grab the towels and there is no coffee cups in the room to drink the coffee in 2nd night.
3rd night they kept only Decaf, no regular coffee. We end up without drinking coffee.

Pool wasn’t open like it was stated, had to nearly beg for new wash cloths from like 6 pm didn’t receive any until 11 pm, they don’t pick up the phone at the front desk. The only thing good about the hotel is the valet staff and the location of it. Elevators are limited and slow moving which I know isn’t the staff issue but it could be more elevators for the amount of floors they have there.

This is an okay room if you need it for a night or two. I would avoid staying here if you’re traveling longer than that. The hotel needs a lot of renovations. The carpet looks old, the room smells like smoking , even though it’s a non-smoking room. The elevators take FOREVER! The phone in my room didn’t work and the tv remote control didn’t even work.

We continuously called the front desk with no response, so we went downstairs to ask for more towels since housekeeping took the two that we had. They said they’d send more up but they never did. The room was clean but the pool was drained, no access to the sky deck and the bar upstairs was closed. Parking was extremely difficult and was not explained properly, the valet was great sadly they were understaffed. It has great potential just very unhelpful staff.

The first room they gave me had no covers on the pillows and the bed had not been made. It looked like someone had just left. I returned to the front desk and requested another room.

The second room I had was worse. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned (vacuumed/ shampooed) ever. The entire floor of the room was sticky. Thankfully I packed my shower slides to wear. The hallways obviously hadn’t been vacuumed in sometime. There were huge stains on them that looked like no one had bothered to clean them up. There was no refrigerator so I had to find the ice machine and make my own ice box in the sink. The 16th floor ice machine was out of service, so I had to go up to the 18th floor. There was only two elevators out of four working. The bathroom had mold/ mildew on the ceiling and shower curtain. The comforter on the bed had a huge rip in it that had some kind of brown stains around the rip.

Basically, they got me with the lobby that looked pristine. As I moved up the hotel it just got worse and worse. I know there was some kind of soccer game going on in Atlanta, but those stains had been there far longer than that.

I would NEVER stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone. If every hotel wasn’t booked ip I would have moved to another hotel that night.

The Hotel needs major renovations. The halls smell like pot, its June and air conditioner did not work in my room. However, ALL of the staff was wonderful !! Mia the bartender was fabulous to everyone. She gave me her box fan from behind the bar. The front desk could not have been nicer and the Valet Guys were just as nice. The people that work there is the only reason it was ok to stay there.

The staff was really nice and understanding. The hotel overall was a 0 star. It’s so many floors of rooms that were so raggedy. We got it room changed 4 times and we only stayed there for 2 days. Room 1: smelled of mildew and phone was ripped from wall. Room 2: air was broken and stuck on 77 degrees we were so hot. Room 3: just creepy as hell and hot Room 4: finally was decent but we had to share a bed. Won’t stay there again unless they renovate

Recently stayed here for a 2 night stay and had an okay experience. Checking into the hotel was very quick and easygoing. The staff were very friendly as well. I like how they have a mini convenience store in the lobby to accommodate guests and the lobby area was very clean. Although, walking to the rooms it was a strong stench that smelled moldy in the hallways. As far as the hotel room, I did not know the balcony was not going to be accessible during my stay. Apparently all room balcony doors had been drilled in for some apparent reason. Also, I noticed that the tub was stained a little and it took quite a while for hot water to start running before showering. To add, the lower bed sheets had minor stains on them as well but the bed sheets/pillows on top were just fine. There was also no seating in the hotel room as the pictures showed a conference chair near the table but it wasn’t one for work purposes or even getting ready. This is a very old-fashioned/standard property in my opinion which I didn’t think would be too bad for a very short duration but would unfortunately not return unless highly updated. I will say the property area was great as it was very close to the State Farm Arena and the train station which was a plus for me when it came to transportation.

Rooms lacked telephones, mini fridge, and everything smelled moldy. From the carpets to the towels, everything was damp for no reason and this was the consensus of everyone we met during our stay. Even the bed sheets felt wet. There was zero air circulation even with a running AC/FAN unit. How do you charge 50/day for valet parking and your hotel is this terrible? I'm literally afraid my allergic asthma will peak after spending 3 nights in that room.

Breakfast was 45 each with dirty cups and horrible food. Everything was cold. Not warm. Cold.

This space shouldn't even be allowed in midtown Atlanta.

My stay was disappointing overall. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The room remained hot and humid, and despite requesting maintenance for two days, no one came to inspect or repair it.

There were multiple rooms on our floor smoking marijuana, and the smell was strong throughout the hallway. The beds were worn out with noticeable springs, there was no mini fridge, and the handicap grab bars in the shower were pulling away from the wall. The bathroom itself was clean.

The hotel also showed signs of poor upkeep. Carpets were torn in several hallways, wallpaper was peeling near elevators, and the ice machine on our floor was broken. I had to check several floors before finding one that worked. There were also chips thrown on the floor in front of several doors; crushed by guests.

The valet operation was concerning. I witnessed attendants driving aggressively, backing vehicles over curbs, and scraping multiple cars on the steep garage entrance. One attendant struggled repeatedly to park a vehicle before speeding off to park it elsewhere.

The guest Wi-Fi appeared completely open without any guest verification, and there were frequently people sleeping across the lobby couches.

While the bathroom was clean, the lack of maintenance response, property condition, smoking issues, and valet concerns made this a disappointing experience. I would encourage management to focus on facility maintenance, guest safety, and service responsiveness.

This hotel presents beautifully. However, once you get into the room you may have a different experience, as did I. I had a suite with a kitchenette. The floors were so sticky that I had to put towels down in order to maneuver. There was no hair dryer and it took them nearly an hour to get me one in the morning. Delayed my departure. The bathtub was extremely slippery so I had to maintain caution as I showered. The bed was comfortable though.

I drove 14 hours from Houston to Atlanta with my wife and 2 kids. When we got to the room the room was hot after being there 1 hour.
Try calling fron desk multiple Times. No amswer.
Went down to front desk and requested a new room. I was not moved. I was told the engineer would come check never. No one helped us. I requested a supervisor and i was told they were not available.

We were too tired to leave to a different hotel.
I had to leave the door open for 4 hours to cool the room off. Since the hallways were nice and cool. Terrible customer service

There were other customers complaining about their rooms. They were told it was do to remodeling in the building.

It was a terrible motel 6 experience, we didn’t even want to stay a full night. We were there for 1 night to attend a graduation. The room was not cleaned well. Urine on the toilet seat and it felt very dirty. I asked for a microwave and refrigerator which were included in the amenities. They told me I could not receive a refrigerator per request, but it states it on the site. They also told me that they could not send a microwave to my room and that the only microwave available was the one in the lobby on the first floor. Which is very inconvenient because I stayed on the fourth floor. I also don’t like how I was basically forced to pay $50 for “valet” parking because there were no other places to park. The elevators were always crowded. The restaurants it mentioned on the listing were closed and not available. They had a snack bar which you had to pay for. And at one point the register stopped working so you could not pay for the snacks. It was a mess and I would not recommend it. It definitely should be rated a 1-3 star hotel. Lastly, what made me do my review is that I received a random charge from them a month later. Which is strange because I paid for the hotel through a third party site. Its just a lot of scamming going on which Atlanta is known for.

It is clear that the property was once a very modern and inviting hotel. As it has aged, the owners have not remodeled to continue presenting it as a modern property -- older carpet; walls not freshly painted. But, notwithstanding, the nightly room rates is what drew me to the property. Once there, I had a pleasant stay because it was conveniently located to the places that I needed to visit during my trip to Atlanta. The suite that I rented (at the favorable price that drew me to consider the property) was spacious, clean and accommodating. All things considered, I would stay here again should I have the need to be in the midtown area.

We'll start with the room. It was noisy. The proximity to the highway and the lack of rooms not facing it made for a tough time sleeping. Additionally, there was a patio door that didn't shut all the way and was held shut with, no joking, foil. The lights in the room didn't work, the phone didn't work, and there was a terrible smell.

Outside of the room the carpeting was pulled up dangerously in multiple spots, and there was some sort of flood that had occurred. The carpeting squished as you walked over it, and had been that way for at least 16 hours. During that time I observed staff members cleaning other rooms right next to the flooded area. The elevators were disgusting, having an appearance of not being regularly cleaned.

I tried my best to get transferred to another property, but was told that they could not do that. I would not recommend anyone stay at this location.

Fighting in room next too us all night and and the police was called by us The girl was in there screaming for help. No one in their rooms ever called Security that was in the hotel never came. We had to call the police in our room,rooms and rugs where very dirty got out the shower feet was black as heck Hair was in one of the light fixtures of big clunker hair, black hair and we don’t even have black hair. My hair is a different color and My Friend was a different color. TV did not work. The phone did not work in the room so when the fighting broke out, we couldn’t even call downstairs with the phone in the room and we went there also for the pool which the pool is not even open it’s closed dirty not open and the parking is $50 per night. The valet parking is $50 a night and they don’t tell you that until you get there and there’s nowhere else to park. we got switched three times to different rooms which we had a double bed that we paid for they switched us to a single bed which was unacceptable so they gave us another room which TV didn’t work in that room no Other Phone the refrigerator that they gave us we had to ask for that and me and My Friend went out that night came back to the room was full of Freon where the refrigerator was leaking I ended up with a really bad headache. That’s what started us to them giving us another room and the rooms were messed up so but anyway. I would not want to recommend this hotel. They didn’t even give us our money back or anything

Great location. Staff was nice, parking was terrible and way too expensive . If valet is the only option at 50.00 a night include it in the price of the room to reduce sticker shock. 150.00 for a 3 night stay is crazy. Hotel itself is a little run down. My room was dark, musty, windows were bolted shut to the patio, towels were clean but dingy, mildew on the bathroom tiles. The room had a lot of wear and tear. The AC was old and had not been turned on combined with the sliding glass door being improperly sealed shut provided the musty dampness in the room. The room was dark because the light switches were broken. This was all in the upgraded room. The bed was clean and comfortable. I was told by the valet that they were planning to renovate. If so I will be back because I’m curious to see. The staff and location are great the building & parking need the TLC. It’s tolerable and relatively clean you just don’t feel squeaky clean.

The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is that the staff is actually pretty amazing for being in such a crummy hotel.They keep such a sunny disposition, and they're very helpful.Now, for the rooms be prepared, they are very dated, and that's to include the furnishings, I get off the elevator on the floor and there's an overwhelming smell of curry mix with like urine you have to keep in mind that some of these rooms have kitchens and people actually cook meals in their rooms.So unless you can deal with that smell, I would avoid it

Our rooms air conditioning didn’t work and it was 75 degrees in our room the entire weekend. I asked for extra towels and no extra towels were delivered. Our floor had a bad smell to it. Only positive about the hotel was the bartender Tia. She was excellent.

We stayed here for 1 day of our five day stay. The staff was unhelpful and rude. We had called prior to discuss the pool and were told it’d be open. It was not. When confronting staff, we were told definitively it could not be their staff, as the pool had been under renovation months prior to our call. Additionally, our AC did not work, our hot water did not work, nor did the TV or WiFi. We swapped rooms, and all of the problems persisted. There was paint peeling off the walls, wires exposed in the ceilings, none of the ice machines functioned, the stairwells led to rooms that lacked exits and locked doors where key cards did not work. Overall a genuinely terrible experience. I don't often leave reviews, let alone scathing ones, but the PeachTree Hotel was atrocious. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there. Additionally, the parent company, Marriot-Bonvoy, was generally unhelpful and did not return my phone call. Do not support this business.

The hotel used to be owned by IHG under Crowne plaza and it is night and day! Only two elevators worked which wasn’t a huge issue for me but anyone else it would be. They do not take Cash App or Chime cards so be aware. This is like a low budget hotel NOT 4 stars. Everything is outdated. Bed was comfortable though but everything is old. Think about ten years old. Security is there and stopped me at the elevator to ask if I was a resident and wanted to know my room number. Didn’t have my name or anything just profiled me. I used my card to get in the building and was stopped again. Security guards all over so that tells me that hotel is not a safe hotel.

The toilet had poop stains in it on arrival, windows were filthy, bed was covered in stains. was kept up all night by neighbor blasting music until 3am. the peep hole was scratched so was not able to see into the hall. notified security about it all and nothing was resolved. Came there to sleep before a busy day but was unable to sleep.

I’m still waiting for my deposit for the room that they hold ontil the end of your stay,we stayed one night earlier,we had to pay separately for that night,my wife paid for that night and she have not received her deposit either,we need our deposit back in our account please because we didn’t do anything wrong in the room,please let Peachtree know that we need our money.Thank you.

Overall I would give my stay at The Peachtree a 3.5/5. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful! I enjoyed the access to the Starbucks, bar, restaurant, and store on the lobby level. Also the hotel was very low maintenance and not a lot going on which made it peaceful at times. It is also in the perfect location for a lot of restaurants and activities. However, the hotel’s cleanliness should be improved. My room was stocked with towels, wash clothes, soap, etc, however you can tell a thorough clean was not done. If they enhance their cleaning of the rooms, shared bathrooms, and shared areas, this hotel would really be ideal! The hotel’s was accommodating for my weekend, however I would probably bot book here again.

The room was filthy including blood on the side of the toilet and a bed off of its frame. The pool was drained. The door didn’t latch properly. But I guess there’s new ownership and they plan to fix it up. Good location and the staff were nice.

Smell, self parking area was not safe . Check in but end up re booking to another hotel that same night. Called the next day to request check out to avoid issues but they don't allow me to check out and may me call Expedia must call in tp check me out. Just disappointed place.

The hotel itself was great BUT parking was not. Valet told us to park in the parking deck & it was a “scan to pay” deck which is fine but for 1 full day & less than half a day parking the total was $87. Already having to pay for the hotel & almost $100 for parking for not even a full weekend is ridiculous.
