Parking is more then little high $58 a day but the valet
People was nice an helpfully. We walked to most things. In the area which is nice. The pool mite be heated but it’s only 3-5* more then the outside temp. We couldn’t use the pool it was too cold for us with the wind on the roof been nice if it was really heated to like water temp to like upper 80’s

Well the hotel itself is very up to date and beautiful, however there are a couple of things I think that needs revamping. One the “no daily housekeeping rules. Why would a hotel think its plausible to make their guests clean their own rooms make their own bed and take out their own trash,

Hooked into a HIGH-PRESSURE sales presentation where they take your IDs so you can't just walk out. They say it is no-pressure and only 90-minutes. We told them from the very first interaction that we do not purchase anything this big on the first day we learn about it. They said no problem, just keep an open mind. 3 hours later, we had to meet with 3 different salespeople trying to get us to sign up for their point vacation system. They kept our IDs so we couldn't leave. They refused to let us leave to think about it. It was horrid. HORRID. Completely tainted our experience for the rest of the stay.
In addition, we stayed on the 4th floor, and the windows are so thin that you hear all of the incredibly loud street noise until 2-3 am.

But if all of that won't bother you... Then it's great. The pool is lovely. The room is nice.

We enjoyed our stay as a family! We especially appreciated the bell services and valet staff who were very helpful and friendly. Especially Jordan who packed us up. Also, Karina, Destiny, Brain, Jayla, Natasha and KeaAron who were kind and helped everyone with a happy attitude even though it was very busy. Great staff!

Best part of our trip to Atlanta! The rooftop heated pool was amazing! A whole vibe! Kids had a great time. Us parents were hanging out poolside sipping cocktails we got from the bar. Dj had the music bingo going on playing a nice mix of top 100 songs! It was diverse. Ppl from all walks of life. It was fun! The rooftop pool bar Bartender Charity was great! Those chicken tenders were amazing! I’m talking real
Meat y’all! It was just a great time there. Swimming under the stars with my babygirl was amazing.

They don’t clean your room every day and they are always asking you to take a 90 min. tour of their time shares. We didn’t know it was a vacation club. Location is excellent!!!

Location was excellent for the convention center access and wonderful views of Olympic park (especially during the Olympics). The tub did not drain well and the toilets had some issues flushing a few times (not due to use but the handle would malfunction). Otherwise, guest services was great. Uber drivers had a hard time finding the valet stand so recommend referring to it as Club Wyndam not Margaretaville.

Rooms are not what they are in the pictures. Horrible interior decor. There is no house keeping. Rooms don't come with tea kettles. When checking in they make you check in twice. Once for the hotel/room itself. Second time to get this fake wristband so they can take all your personal information, where you live/home address, what you are doing here etc. Rooms face very bright billboards that flash and shine into your room.

Thread count of sheets on Queen Softa. One was ripped. Blanket worn and not good quality. I did not know the resturant took reservations and we didnt get to eat as a priority patron staying in the condo. 19th floor bar was closed alot. Could not use resort bar credit.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The location is great, the property is super clean, the staff is absolutely amazing and accommodating, lots of dining in walking distance, but also lots that are only a short drive away. Valet service was great and worth the price. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

I arrived after midnight, but they were there with a cherry smile and helped me get to my room. The room was perfect very clean and had everything I needed. The location is fantastic and easy to get to anywhere from there. The only problem with the place is not with the hotel but Uber can’t find the location so maybe they need to work with Uber to help them fix that issue.

The room was a great size. I enjoyed having a living, dining room, & full kitchen. We didnt cook, but having room for beverages, snacks, & left overs was a major plus. The valet staff was Always pleasant and helpful, but parking was expensive ($58 per night). The property is well kept. You also need a key to use the elevator which made us feel very safe that only occupants could enter. They did not have any cleaning services the whole 5 days which was the only odd thing. However, they had plenty of towels and offered to bring sheets and towels upon request. Lastly, the location is central to alot of popular location. Overall, I would come back again.

The staff was excellent and welcoming and attended to all my needs. There was no unexpected interruptions from staff. The rooms we ready and spotlessly clean and ready for use. And the restuarant had great food as well. The only thing to note is the internal grocery/convience store is really small and has only select items. Otherwise it was a spectacular experience and would love to return.

Didn’t stay here . Tried to cancel . Nobody responded. Had a horrible trip here the week before . Dirty room , shower flooded , slow valet service , panhandlers everywhere . No cancellations, no refunds . We stayed at the Omni in Battery Park instead . It was much better .

Make sure you wanna stay here before you book , I booked to separate dates within a couple weeks , the first stay was not a good experience, long waits for valet , shower overflowed , they put us on a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet to start it off . If you don’t wanna wait for valet and walk around town , be prepared for the extensive homeless population. Garbage everywhere, panhandling everywhere. I tried to cancel our second stay and of course they don’t give refunds . We ended up getting a different hotel .

Very friendly staff from the front desk to the valet and the room was spacious and clean but beware… I wasn’t aware this was a time share property and when the front desk told us to head to “customer service” to get our wristband keys to our room, it turned out to be a sales pitch for a timeshare. It was 20 mins of trying to convince us to sign up for the tour and that they earn money for every person that attends the tour. We politely declined and the sales person was friendly but saying no thanks is not what they want to hear.
I also dinged another star for the noise. We were on the 5th floor and the first night someone was blaring music for over an hr at 2am on the street. The second night people kept revving their engines and blasting music. We weren’t able to change rooms as there were none available due to ATL having MLB All-Star week and Beyonce performing at the same time.

Good enough, but room for improvement

This is a cute little hotel, but they got a serious problem with noise in the parking lot across the street during events near the Mercedes Dome (music til 3am) The staff is incredible and do their best to help everyone with everything but if you’re a light sleeper, find a different spot. Also for such a spot, there should be good food at the pool, coffee and room service: there is no real coffee on site.

We had an absolutely fabulous time. The hotel is beautiful the staff is fabulous. I only wish we would have been up on a higher floor. We were on the 5th floor which was nice but we prefer to be up higher. If we ever get back to Atlanta again if we will definitely be staying at Margaritaville.

Love the property. Next to everything, so that was a huge advantage. Room was great.... only thing that was annoying was the sales people trying to get me to sign up for there timeshare. Told them no, dont want to do a tour, im good....the next day at 7:15 am they call the room, talking about a free gift if you do a tour. I said man, if you dont get off this phone.... calling me madd early in the AM about a damn tour.....smh. other than that, everything was good.

This property was amazing! The service received from all staff members encountered was impeccable. The room was inviting, nice & spacious. The rooftop pool area was relaxing with a great view. The onsite Margaritaville restaurant was a vibe with goid food & an amazing staff. Hotel was in a great location, walkable to other restaurants & venues. Margaritaville made the staycation for my birthday a memorable one & I will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Margaritaville property in Atlanta. We knew going in that we would be offered a tour of the property. When I said we weren’t interested, the staff was not pushy at all. Everyone there was super friendly and offered help without hesitation! The room was nice and well equipped. The pool area was nice, and we enjoyed the entertainment in the evening. Other people complained about valet parking, but most downtown hotels require paying to park or valet. The valet staff was super friendly and quick to get our vehicle. I would definitely stay here again! Fins up!

We stayed with our toddler and infant and appreciated the ability to have a suite with a kitchen for ultimate flexibility. We were able to have a separate room for the baby to nap and sleep, as well as a refrigerator to store kid friendly snacks and milk. The pool was perfect for kids and adults alike, and we loved being able to walk right onto Centennial Park. Location was a short walk from the Georgia Aquarium.

One of the worst hotel stays ever. No house keeping for a \"luxury\" hotel. Security had a chip on their shoulder. Front desk did not ask about my stay at all, obviously they do not care. Worst restaurant in a hotel i have ever been to.
