These apartments are located in the geographic centre of Andorra, in the rural mountain area called L'Aldosa. They are around 2 km from La Massana, Ordino and the Vallnord ski area (Pal and Arinsal).
Ordino Arcalis is 12 km from the apartments and Grandvalira, Andorra La Vella and Spa Caldea area all roughly 6 km away. Toulouse-Blagnac airport is approximately 168 km from the hotel, Barcelona-El Prat de Llobregat Airport is around 194 km away and Girona-Costa Brava Airport is roughly 248 km away.
This complex of holiday apartments was fully renovated in 2012, and offers a family atmosphere and natural environment. There are 42 apartments in total and facilities include a games room, TV lounge and a park with children's playground.
Guests can also take advantage of the room and laundry services (both for a fee). Those arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel car park or garage (the latter for a fee).
There is a ski equipment and bicycle storage room. All rooms come with a private bathroom with a bathtub and a hairdryer, and offer a double bed.
The rooms also come equipped with a direct dial telephone, TV, Internet access, a safe, and a kitchen with fridge and microwave as standard. Further standard features of accommodation units include central heating and a balcony/terrace.
In summer, there is a heated outdoor swimming pool in the hotel grounds with a poolside snack bar and sun terrace with loungers laid out for use by the water's edge. Guests can relax in the hot tub, go horse riding (fees apply), or enjoy a game of tennis, table tennis, bocce, beach volleyball or badminton.
To reach the apartments, go to Andorra La Vella and head in the direction of Ordino. When at the roundabout 1.
5 km from La Massana, turn right towards L'Aldosa. The apartments are 300 m after the roundabout.

One small negative aspect was a slight pervading odour of waste when entering the apartment but you were not continually aware of it. Close to cafes, a UK supermarket and very walkable to Main Street and Ocean Village, with plentiful restaurants and bars. Fuss-free instructions to gain access. A large communal pool was a little too cold to enjoy in April but would be a delight in summer.

Appartment was SPOTLESS ,i kid you not ,you could have ate.off the floor .i was suitably impressed. Comfortable lounge area , Bed was a tad tired and mattress could do with being replaced but such is life ,id definitely reccomend it

Very noisy, lots of working sites around starting at 8am on the dot, lots of people arguing late at night(you can hear really well your neighbours …) not great views : the balcony is facing close other people’s balcony. We had comfortable 2 nights stay at Bentley Holiday Apartments- West One. Apartment is well equipped and very clean. Smooths check in and check out without any issues. The paid parking spots are always available right beside the building during the day, and we parked the car overnight at midtown parking with reasonable price and 6 minutes walking distance.

We do not recommend Bentley Holiday Apartments - terrible customer service. We had to cancel our booking as we had a family emergency ioverseas. With all our stress, we forgot to cancel the booking. We tried to contact them on the day, but the phone just rang. We contacted Hotels.com (who were very helpful) and also tried to contact this comapany - no response. When Hotels.com eventually got hold of them the next day, they were most uncooperative. We realise that the mistake was ours and WE WERE NOT REQUESTING ANY MONEY BACK. We only wanted the opportunity to rebook at a later stage, and we would even pay the price difference, but they were uncooperative. Bentley Holiday Apartments showed no compassion or empathy.

Supermarket (Morrison's ) round the corner was a bonus As the apartment was at the front corner of the property and on 3rd floor it could be a little noisy with traffic going by, especially if the patio doors were open. So if someone staying there likes the windows open at night it may disturb your sleep, maybe an apartment on a higher floor or on the other side of the building would be better . But we enjoyed our stay there and would recommend.

Great location and served our needs well. One thing to remember, since there isn’t a front desk, you can’t leave your luggage. We ended up waiting around for a couple hours so we could drop our bags off. The cafe below is very good as well.

Situated ten minutes from the main square, these apartments are ideal for a short stay. The only minor criticism is there are no storage facilities for your bags if you are arriving on the morning flights. The apartments are well equipped and functional and less expensive than similar standard hotels.
