REALLY MISLEADING. The Aparthotel is in the same complex as the hotel but no resemblance and no pictures here. It is no less than 2 stars. This needs to be made clear to travellers. The hotel is 4 starts but the Aparthotel is very basic. Disappointing

The stay was in a nice location. Great views. The staff was nice but needs to be more organized when having a booking. Also when you ask for something needed to go a few times to the Reception because nothing arrived on the room. The restaurant was supposedly a one star Michellin, the service and food was not up to par. The parking needs to have more explaining on the terms and conditions. But overall it was nice.

I'm expecting a better accommodation. Everything in my aparthotel needs modernising even the hallway leading to rooms you have to find a light to switch the lights otherwise you stuck in.

Hotel Itself is nice but the best of all is the wellness center and pool. My kids and I really enjoyed submerging in hot water after a day skiing. I strongly recommend it and we are planning to go back. Only difficulty we encountered is that to go to the reception you need to take two elevators. Staff was very nice and helpful.

First the property is a mix of buildings not physically connected with construction all around. The Apartments as well as the common areas are very dated; what labeld as a Family Villa are two tiny rooms, one is just a nook without a window and a 1 bath with the smallest shower.
The overall customer service was poor; the staff was not welcoming and not helpfu, moreover in some cases literally rude. It was unprecedent to any experience I had.

Beautiful resort. Our balcony faced the mountain so a wonderful view. Great pool. But on Saturday night, there was a dance party on the pool deck that went on until midnight, so very loud.

Amazing. This place is king! Simply gorgeous setting, an actually comfortable bed, amazing facilites and the restaurant had an enormous kids play room where our child could play while we dined and relaxed. The indoor pool/spa/sauna were just a cherry on top of this cake. Love, Love Love it!

The walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone around you and below and above you. Also the pictures of the room show light and airy and modern rooms, which they are not. We were moved rooms because of the noisy neighbours and both rooms were tired and old. The lift is ancient and was broken when we arrived, and then kept us awake most nights as the lift shaft was right next to our bedrooms wall (the paper thin one!)
The food in the restaurant was fantastic and so are the spa facilities. Although we had spa access in our rate, you still had to pay for most things on top (flips floos, lockers, any activity you wanted to play like tennis and squash.) Also the spa is not in the hotel, it’s down the mountain so coming out with wet hair after a swim is not pleasant. It also says free WiFi but you only get two tokens for your stay, which means only 2 if you can access the Internet in your rooms. Not ideal when both parents are having to work and kids want to use it !!!

Beautiful location and facilities for all ages
It is a beautiful setting with lots to do for the whole family. Tennis, table tennis, swimming and a lovely poolside bar. The town and shops and restuarants were 20-30 mins walk away and the gondola a little bit further. This took you up the mountains for lovely view and opportunities for walking and biking. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of children there, which was s bit annoying in the spa facilities but on the whole not a problem. It was also quite noisy in the evenings but it didn't stop any of us from sleeping. Lack of airconditioning not really s problem but the poor wifi drove my teenage children mad. the kitchenette was well equipped which enabled self catering. Meals in the hotel were a bit pricey but you can easily walk to nice restaurants in the village. Public transport very good. Excellent but service from Barcelona airport so need need for a hire car which was great. Overall a great place to stay.

We'd to change room 'cause the heating was leaking water and not working at all. Not TV service either. Around 23h a maintenance guy came around. He informed we'd to move to a new room. Anyways we decided to extend one more day our stay. I did it through the hotels.com app. When I went to the reception I met a clerk named Patricia (according to her). She wanted us to move to another room yet, bit we did not agree. She was very unprofessional and her attitude was not accomodating. She does not have any idea about proper customer service. One night stay in Andorra. Out of the town centres so quiet. Parking tight, so if you get a space enjoy it, coz if you go out shopping it won't be there on your return, just the tricky ones. First room key didn't work. The wifi is terrible. Good for parents until teenagers whinge all the time.

This is a great resort within easy reach of the main town in Andorra. Excellent pool and sunbathing area. Bedrooms are not air conditioned (or at least ours was not) but were clean and the kitchen facilities were good. Don’t expect to get English on the TV! Breakfast not included but lots of restaurants nearby. Parking can be problematic at weekends (presumably with resort day visitors) and parking spaces are very small in the covered garages. I was always afraid of getting dings on our hire car but I guess that this is a pan-European issue that Canadian’s do not have at home.The internet connection was inconsistent.

Plutot mitigée... complexe hotelier avec piscine (petite pour le nombre de chambres car partagee avec l'hôtel du meme nom), pas assez de transats (a partir de 16h il faut attendre....). Pas de distributeurs de boissons ou snacks. Un restau gastro tres cher ou un buffet moyen a 32€ par personne hors boissons ou un snack ou un restau correct (mais impossible de manger sur la terrasse, la salle de restauration jouxte l'aire de jeux pour enfant donc si vous voulez manger au calme c'est raté). L'établissement (aparthotel) est vieillissant et pas digne d'un 4 etoiles, propre sans plus (il ne faut pas etre maniaque). Nous avions un appartement avec vue sur ... rien (voir photo), mobilier extérieur sale. La chambre c'est un coin chambre (pas de porte). L'insonorisation des lieux laisse a desirer. Il n'y a aucun brise vue entre les balcons. Le personnel (en dehors de 2 ou 3 personnes qui sont réellement attentionnées) ne parle qu'espagnol et est totalement hermétique.

Le lit double est confortable. Point négatif sur le canapé lit qui était dure ( notre enfant à du dormir avec nous).
Autre bemol sur la salle de bain, une odeur d'egout se faisait ressentir durant ces 4 jours. Du coup obligé de fermer la porte de la salle de bain h24 et boucher les bondes.
On avait la vue sur les terrains de tennis et de paddle + un joli paysage. Mais j'avoue qu'on ne laissait pas ouvert la fenêtre et parfois le rideau par rapport aux vis a vis et le bruit des balles le matin pas agreable pour faire une grasse matinée....
Peut-etre trouver un moyen de ne pas avoir de vis a vis Et de décaler le debut des entraînements de tennis et de paddle.
L'accueil, au début nous avons eu affaire à une receptioniste ne parlant pas français. Heureusement nous avons eu par la suite un jeune homme a l'accueil très sympathique et comprenant la langue.

Séjour en famille, complexe très grand voir trop car obligé de sortir pour aller soit à la piscine ou au restaurant. Le \"spa\"a besoin d'un bon rafraichissement comme la piscine dont le liner n'est plus tendu et les installations en chrome commencent à s'oxyder. Le restaurant ressemble plus à une cafétéria et les desserts pas variés (manque laitage entre autre) L'hébergement en appartement est correct. C'est dommage car lorsque l'on arrive cela donne envie d'y séjourner car c'est joli extérieurement.

Lo mejor la zona del spa. La habitación estaba limpia pero la terraza no. Las camas cómodas pero en la salita hay un sofá de solo una plaza con lo que una persona tiene que sentarse en una silla para ver TV. El precio del parking me pareció excesivo 18€ por día) El desayuno estaba bien y en la habitación había una botella de cava y una de agua, nos pareció un detalle muy bonito.

Experiencia decepcionante. Pagamos más que la media del precio de apartamentos de Andorra (venimos 2 ó 3 veces al año), porque era el cumple de nuestra hija y queríamos aprovechar el spa. Nos dieron un apartamento en la zona del pádel, con lo que no hemos descansado (a tope desde las 8:00 a las 23:00).
Tuvimos que comprar un cuchillo para poder cocinar en una apartamento, limpio pero muy viejo todo.
Y en el spa no funcionaban la mitad de los chorros y los que iban, lo hacían de manera intermitente, no había dos espacios que funcionaran a la vez.
En definitiva, que nos ha decepcionado mucho.
Lo mejor el personal, que se esfuerza en paliar las deficiencias de las instalaciones. Y la cama, que si, era muy cómoda, pero si los gritos y raquetazos no te dejan dormir…
No volveríamos y es una pena, porque si cuidaran las instalaciones valdría el precio que cobran.

Un hotel con muchos servicios pero repartidos en una extensión de sube y baja escaleras y ascensores que si vas con un bebé o con personas con alguna discapacidad o dificultad respiratoria no lo hacen práctico. Además que estaba en obras una de las recepciones y baños del Hotel y tenías que ir bastante lejos a otro baño. El spa tenía dimensiones correctas pero los pulsadores de los chorros apenas funcionan y el agua estaba algo fría, la atención del personal muy buena y el desayuno bueno aunque a las 9:30h ya faltaban bastantes cosas como aguacate, fruta...., para lo que pagas.. mejorable la verdad!

La cuisine équipée: cafetière, plaque et micro-ondes des années 70, et vu le bruit du frigo… (attention si une personne dort dans le salon),
la salle de bain de la même époque, même plus d émail sur la baignoire.
J ai du demander pour avoir des serviettes récentes sans taches.
Point positif: le ménages était correctement fait.
Pour le resort: tout est vieillissant,
le spa: il s agit d une piscine, pas d un spa, 1 jacuzzi 5 personnes pour l ensemble des résidents et ceux de l extérieur, pas de transat ni même une chaise, soit vous êtes dans l eau soit debout!
Et le top pour se détendre, ce sont les cours de natation qui s enchaînent (donc il ne reste que la moitié de la piscine dispo) et le professeur qui hurle non stop sur ses élèves!
Bref en aucun cas un spa et encore moins un point relaxant!

Mieux vaut ne rien avoir à demander, rien que de leur parler les exaspères.

Do you like loud music?
Are you the type of person who likes loud four on the floor type of dance music for 12 hours a day? Then you’ll love Anyos Park. For us it was a disappointment. We had stayed here a few years before and liked the open pool area and bar. The hotel has several padel and tennis courts, a gym and a pretty good reataurant.
However they decided to flush that all down the drain with excessive loud music. We arrived thursday in the afternoon to be informed that there would be a pool party the day after. This resulted in the pool area being closed early so that they could prepare. Then the pool area was an outdoor disco from 5 to 11 pm. Ah good! Now it’s saturday and just a regular pool day. If not for… 9.55 am they start playing loud club music and this goes on until 10 pm, non stop. The hotel mainly has guests that are in the ages 50-60 or younger familys with kids. But the music is aimed at 20-30 ish kids on spring break. Did I mention our room had a balcony towards the pool area. The room has no air conditioning. With the windows shut the room is a sauna with background low frequency music rumble. With the windows open we are slightly cooler but our beds are firmly located in a night club. But 10 pm (with no one in the pool area for hours) the music is turned off. And then 10 am sunday morning…. It’s groundhog day.

Era nuestro lugar en Andorra, lamentablemente dejo de serlo. Han arreglado el parking, bajo mi punto de vista, por un tema puramente de sacar dinero mientras q los apartamentos han quedado completamente obsoletos, sobre todo los baños. Y el tema de las pool party q por este tema has de dar toda la vuelta al complejo para poder ir a la piscina. Todo un engorro y una molestia. Por unos viernes de julio todo los días restantes está cerrado la parte de la piscina para entrar directamente. Inexplicable. Y el restaurante q antes era familiar y encantador con comida para todos. Siempre lleno con un chiqui Park para niños. Ha pasado a un restaurante impersonal sin ningún tipo de encanto con una carta donde no tienen cabida los niños. Y me pregunto para q han mantenido el chiquipark??? Si claramente los niños ya no son bienvenidos.

Es un sitio espectacular, con unas instalaciones muy buenas, un sitio muy bueno como parada para hacer deporte en la zona. Pero no han pensado que un hotel es para el descanso y por lo tanto una piscina con música que retumba en todo el valle quizás no se adecue a las necesidades de aquellos que vamos para escuchar a los pájaros o hacer la gran variedad de deportes de la zona y luego descansar

Quisiera agradecer el trato mostrado desde el primer momento que lleguemos, con un trato personal muy correcto en la recepción de los apartamentos y la facilidad que me dieron para la descarga de maletas. Tengo la sensación de que no se tuvieron en cuenta mis preferencias a la hora de contratar el alojamiento y que simplemente las ignoraron. Respecto al apartamento hay que indicar en lo positivo la limpieza y la comodidad de las camas. En lo negativo hay que indicar que NO se ha evolucionado en lo que se refiere a iluminación LED, por lo que todavía utilizan bombillas de filamento de escasa iluminación. Otra negativa sería que disponen de cafetera de café molido cuando actualmente se utilizan en otras apart. cafeteras NESPRESSO o DOLCE GUSTO (capsulas). La cubertería y vajilla muy básica y sin una tostadora. En fin, utensilios de cocina muy básicos y desfasados, por lo que recomiendo que los clientes se lleven su propia cafetera de capsulas. Un punto positivo es que localicemos pelos de otros clientes anteriores en el sofá cama y lo comuniquemos, con resultado de que el servicio de limpieza lo limpiaron esa misma tarde. En lo que se refiere a la comodidad de las camas, el colchón de las camas es muy correcto, pero hay que cambiar las almohadas, ya que se nota que su ciclo de vida han concluido y están aplastadas. Tuvimos que utilizar cojines en la cabeza, por lo que recomiendo su sustitución por almohadas viscoelásticas para mayor comodidad.

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement et de manière générale nous avons été un peu déçu par notre séjour (2 nuits) le divan lit a déjà bien vécu, la taque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas bien, la robinetterie défectueuse. Tous est sujet à des suppléments ( parking, animaux, petit déjeuner, bonnet de bain et sandale pour le welness,...)

- nos dieron una habitacion abuhardillada, superincomoda. En la cocina y en la habitacion habia que estar con la cabeza agachada todo el rato. Nos dimos varios golpes en la cabeza. Pedimos cambiarla y no nos la cambiaron.

Se nota que va siendo necesario una renovación... Al menos el baño y la ducha estaban ya bastantes ajados. Otro tema es que el aparcamiento es de pago si o si. 15 pavos el día porque la opción es dejar el coche en la carretera.
