went to check in and they gave me a room key that didn't work... we tried with the staff for 20 minutes and couldn't get in. They had to switch rooms... The hotel is older and the shower head is really flimsy. Wifi was slow too.

Set just outside the main city, perched on a calf- and thigh-burning hill (a breeze on the way down), this hotel turned out to be a lovely surprise. The setting offered a peaceful escape from the bustle, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.

Very basic hostel standard not really a hotel

Incredibly basic hostel standard with no air con and the heating had been left on so the room was a furnace. Breakfast was also poor and not really a buffet as it felt awkward with the food enclosed having to ask for what you want

Parking is tough in Andorra. Street parking is meter fed and the best option for Sunday (free) but it's very hard to find. Garages are expensive to park in. Be aware.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. Very close to central area and very walkable.

The hotel was fine, perhaps a little dated. Breakfast was okay--I wasn't aware it was included in the cost of the room. My only gripe is this: next time I will NOT reserve it through hotels dot com. Reserving directly was around 50 euros, whereas hotels dot com was more than twice that.

Stay for a Trip to Grandvalira

A basic & clean hotel near centre, Bed is comfy. But the breakfast (12€ per person) is too disappointed. At this price, I can get for a lunch or add little bit more to get dinner.
I expect to see a good range of breakfast but there is only little choice. Plenty of cafeteria out there, you better eat your breakfast outside.
Overall, I am happy with the location. Easy to take bus to go to Grandvalira or town.

It's a hotel room, not much else

Aside from the pretty nice view from the balcony room, the room was pretty unremarkable. Small and spartan. Corridors are oddly dark. Paid parking was full, spent some time driving around til we found parking for 10 euro up the hill.

Good place to stay but get a receipt

This place is a nice place to stay. There breakfast buffet is very good. Has eggs and bacon other good stuff even had wine. The only issue I had was at checkout. I made sure to pay for my breakfast ever morning. But on checkout they claimed I didn't pay on 1 of the mornings. So I paid them again. I suggest if you stay here to get a receipt every morning.

Good place for a combi ski/town holiday.

We weren't in the hotel long each day, as it was a ski holiday. Location was in a town with an easy drive to the ski resort. It was a bit quiet, but the rooms were ok, and the lounge was spacious. Importantly breakfast was a great start to the day. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

El personal excelente, nos atendió una chica que se llama Desirée, es muy simpática y siempre está con una sonrisa.
El hotel muy limpio y muy céntrico.
Con respecto al parking muy bien, hemos estado dos noches, la primera noche el parking nos costó 15€ y la segunda noche a 10€.
Todo bien, relación calidad y precio perfecto.

No recomendado personas con problemas de movilidad

No lo recomiendo si tienes movilidad reducida, estás embarazada, te cuesta subir cuestas, si tienes bebés... No tienen plazas reservadas para discapacitados y te toca aparcar lejos y subir una cuesta infernal, menos mal que la policía de circulación se ofreciô a ayudarme... El buffet libre no es libre, hay que hacer cola para pedir, muy poca variedad. Si tienes alguna situación similar (movilidad reducida, embarazo, etc) es mejor buscar otros alojamientos, relación calidad/precio muy baja. Las fotos de los anuncios no corresponden con las habitación, colchón incómodo, viejo... Creo que oas fotos corresponden a alguna habitación renovada, pero cuando llegas no es la habitación de las fotos en http://hoteles.es o booking

Hotel correcto y empleados muy amables

Habitación y baño grandes y cómodos. Aunque la conservación es correcta, es un alojamiento antiguo y no lo digo como algo malo sino como descripción del tipo de alojamiento. Los empleados atentos y amables. Estuvimos muy bien. El aparcamiento es solo para coches pequeños y tuvimos que aparcar en un parking público muy cercano al hotel. La ubicación está bastante bien.

Pas vraiment conforme, peut largement être mieux

Pas de parking dans l'hôtel alors que le service était proposé. L'odeur de personnes âgées est toujours là malgré l'ouverture dees fenêtres, j'ai du demander a changer d'oreiller car l'odeur est persistante. Il faisait très très chaud dans la chambre, le chauffage était allumé à mon arrivée.
Sinon c'est propre.

Hotel bom, mas o banheiro deveria ter box no chuveiro (é de cortina e dentro da banheira). Estávamos em grupo e reservamos 4 quartos, os 4 tiveram problemas com molhar todo o banheiro ao tomar banho.

The hotel was ok - not horrible, not terrific, but ok. After adjusting to the breakfast setup it was actually great and service good.
Note there is not AC in the rooms, so either there is the sound from the ceiling fan or the noise from the street.

Mi estancia fue buena, contacté con ellos con antelación porque necesitaba una plaza de aparcamiento para un coche grande y me guardaron una, y además me dejaron ver la plaza antes de meter el coche, la habitación estaba muy limpia, y el hotel está situado en una zona bastante céntrica.
