chambre et buffet catastrophiques

chambre avec fenêtre sans vue (un mur sale, entouré d'autres murs), sans insonorisation (on entendait chaque pas, des rires, les chasses d'eau, les robinets... jusqu'à 1 heure du matin), non isolée (on voyait le jour autour de la porte), très chaud (la clim, qui fait aussi chauffage, ne fonctionnait pas et on dégoulinait de chaleur).
Buffet du soir à 21 € par personne sans les boissons, très basse qualité, peu de choix, même ressenti au buffet du petit déjeuner (pas bon).
Seul point positif : parking souterrain à 18 € disponible.
On est loin du centre ville avec bars, restos, etc.

The room was small, the bed was not clean, I found long black hair -which I do not have- inside the sheets, they did not change them for the three nights I stayed there.
Restaurant service was bad, with very rude couple of ladies yelling at everyone instead of helping and make us comfortable, they did not were ready Sunday 12th for our breakfast...etc, etc.

This hotel does not say anything about their rooms and how uncomfortable they are... the air was not working and it was hot and when I complained they told me that was the way it is... the rooms were budget rooms but I would not have rented there had I know I would be suffering through atrocious heat...

Simple Satisfying Stay

Not a 4 star, but based on the service, the accommodations and the central location, this place met all my needs. Firstly, the young man at reception went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. He showed me reasonable parking metres away despite his hotel having some pricy on-site parking. He pointed out different restaurants and a selection of \"must sees\" whilst I was there. The room was basic - no frills here. It was clean, had a small balcony and an excellent bed. The hotel is located on a main street so tended to be noisy. It is a 10 minute walk to the central business area. At night, the whole area was festooned with bright festive lights and colourful Christmas decorations. Really quite a display against the backdrop of the Pyrenees and the majestic Pic de Médécourbe.

Cheap hotel

Hotel was fine - had to pay extra for the safe though :-( Was about a 15 min walk to the centre. Cooked breakfast was cold which was disappointing so ate pastries and cereal, restaurant nice and clean though. Left small suit case under the bed whilst we popped out in the morning. Check out at 12 so came back at 11.30 to get changed ready for our 7.5 hour drive back to Spain. Room had been cleaned for next person (knew this as they had put a strip over around the toilet seat) and suit case taken away even though we hadn't checked out. This was obviously very worrying! On leaving the room to go to reception the cleaners had then left the suitcase outside our door and hadn't knocked to let us know. It had our passports in it etc - it was left in the corridor for anybody to walk off with - not very impressed - especially as we hadn't even checked out!

Placé en dehors du centre dans un quartier calme à 15 minutes à pied de l'hyoer centre. Accueil en espagnol très professionnel et souriant. Communs propres et comme en Espagne du marbre partout. A localização não é tão próxima ao centro da cidade como pensei, No primeiro dia que cheguei não havia gel de banho e nem champoo ( depois que reclamei foi corrigido ), Para incluir o café da manhã estava muito caro, e para usar a garagem tinha que pagar 18 euros por dia( um absurdo ) . Meus amigos se hospedaram mais próximo do centro, tiveram direito a café da manhã e estacionamento grátis para clientes, e ainda por cima pagaram muito menos que eu, infelizmente me decepcionei com a escolha que fiz.

O quarto era bem confortável mas eram 2 camas de solteiro, mesmo que tivesse pedido uma de casal.
A pior parte foi ter que PAGAR PRA DEIXAR O CARRO NO ESTACIONAMETO ENQUANTO CARREGAVA O CARRO ELÉTRICO!!! Mesmo estando hospedado no hotel, só podia carregar o carro se pagar pra entrar lá!!! UM ABSURDO!!!!
E O ESTACIONAMENTO ESTAVA VAZIO!!!!
Não tinha nenhum outro carro além do nosso!
Eles foram muito intolerantes e grosseiros!!!

La decoración y las instalaciones son antiguas, pero todo está limpio y correcto. El parking del hotel es horrible, porque es de ascensor y maniobrar en los pisos para entrar y salir con el coche del ascensor es complicadísimo. A 300m hay un parking comunal descubierto al mismo precio.

Quise anular con antelacion esta reserva por haberme encontrado mal a ultima hora e intente hacerla a traves de Expedia y no hubo manera alguna ni a traves de vuestro correo ni a traves del hotel pues estube llamamndo durante casi todo el dia y o no me antendian por tener muchas reserva o me decian que volviera a llamar media hora mas tarde , pero siguieron asi hasta las 19horas , en las cuales me aseguraron que ellos no podian hacer nada pues tenia que ser a traves de vosotros y con expedia no hubo manera alguna ,asi pùes que miestanmcia no pudo ser y me la han cobrado, aun asi ellos la volvieron a dar a otros clientes.

Llegamos a la madrugada , nos atendieron bien pagamos tasas turísticas de 2€ , tenían plaza de parking aún que es un poco costoso 18€ por 10 horas de parking pero claro si llegas con niños y están dormidos y no encuentras parking es lo que tienes que pagar , en habitacion nos tenían agua gratis muy bien , la habitación un poco incómoda 2 camas juntas y se separan cada vez que das la vuelta el aseo limpio la bañera un poco regular cristal sucio

Hotel gut - Manche Gäste ......

Sehr nettes und Hilfreiches Personal, vom Empfang über die Bar bis zum Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und alles war sauber. Leider etwas Hellhörig und da ein paar Idioten der Meinung sind, Sie seien die einzigen Menschen auf der Welt war die Nachtruhe nicht so ruhig, wie wir es erhofft haben und nach diversem Gebrüll auf dem Flur und zuknallenden Zimmertüren bis 1 Uhr morgens am Sonntags im 7.30 Uhr auch schon wieder vorbei, da ein Arschl.... auf dem Flur rauchen musste und den Feueralarm ausgelöst hat. Da müsste von Seiten des Hotel etwas durchgegriffen werden und man sollte solche Mitmenschen auch einfach mal Nachts auf die Straße setzen, da das Hotel selber eigentlich eine gute und Ordentliche Unterkunft ist.

La propiedad es bastante antigua al igual que la decoración. Por las noches era difícil dormir pues se oían los ruidos de las demás habitaciones.

Habitacion pequeña y comoda

La habitacion es pequeña y comoda. El personal muy amable y el buffet del desayuno muy completo. Lo malo es que cuando abres la ventana te encuentras a un metro la ventana del otro lado y como la vista interior son las paredes negras del interior del bloque hace muy mala impresion.

Le séjour était parfait, l'hôtel était très bien, propre, agréable et bon accueil .. le seul point Négatif a été le bruit des chambres a côté et surtout les bruits de la rue avec des fenêtres très mal isolés!! Mis a part ça je recommande cet hôtel

Quarto espaçoso, mas tv minúscula na parede, aparência de tudo mto velho. Estacionamento era pago e a garagem horrível, péssimo p manobrar e se não tivesse lugar no primeiro piso tinha q pegar um elevador claustrofóbico.

je trouve inadmissible que nous ne soyons pas prévenus du changement de la durée du test anti génique qui est passée à 12h ce qui veut dire impossibilité de venir en week end en andorre . je me suis informée sur le site officiel d andorre ainsi que votre site rien n était indiqué avant mon séjour . l hôtel est propre le personnel gentil et serviable bon rapport qualité prix .
