This hotel is lacking in wow factor but is a good choice. Looks a bit tired, could be cleaner, public areas can be very crowded. However the WiFi works very well, the shower is good, breakfast choice is good and the dinner buffet is fine. Nice sauna, okay pool. Good location, close to buses and city centre.

Lovely hotel in a great location

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. It was in a great location for food and shopping options.
On arrival the car park was full so we were directed to a nearby one which was convenient.
The check in was quick and every staff member we encountered were friendly and happy to answer any questions we had.
The room was a good size and was clean and comfortable.
We had breakfast and there was a good choice, could of done with being a little warmer though.
The pool area was pleasant, no issues and the roof top area was kept clean and was nice to sit out and relax.
We enjoyed the bar area, plenty of space and staff were friendly. The drinks were really reasonable and the games room was a bonus.
Would recommend a stay here and would definitely stay again

The mattresses in the beds are appallingly uncomfortable. Convenient location and good value. The quality of both the dinner and breakfast buffets was very poor. The hot food was cold and the salads warm. Service in the front desk is good. Wouldn’t go again for more than one night and would eat out.

We arrived at the hotel best at about 10 PM. Montserrat, reception, was wonderful. She checked us in quickly so that we could have our dinner which I had forgotten was included. The dinner was delicious, served buffet style, and there was no rush. The room was spacious and with every convenience, The bed was comfortable in , The bed was comfortable In the bathroom was well appointed and extremely clean. The buffet breakfast was ample and tasty and both crêpes and omelettes were made to order. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times,but sorry to say that the standard of food seems to have dropped maybe new chefs have been put in place.Also the room not as clean as they used to be. But as always the staff all the way through the hotel are very friendly and always helpful if needed.

Charming hotel in center of town. Near skiing.

Nice hotel. Easy waking into town with stores and restaurants. 20-30 minute drive to most ski hills. Clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was a little slow. Pool and sauna were nice. Friendly staff. Great breakfast!

Stayed here a number of times now and always enjoy,the only difference this time was that there were a lot of children staying and seemed to be allowed to just run around shouting and screaming playing around the rotating doors which are near the bar area and spoil just being able to sit and have a drink after a lovely day and a great meal at the hotel.

Easy walking to duty free shops, nice pool,MC's ok

Glad GPS knew where to go.
Couldnt book in early but they made a luggage area available and allowed us to park our motorcycles in the underground paid parking but two in one space.
Pool warm and working but not so the sauna or steam room?
easy waliking to a supermarket, shops and the main part of Andorra town.
Bus stop using local buses up to the top of the mountain Casa de la Pasa also a short walk.Hotel has a cost effective cafe in the front lobby but didnt try thr restaurant as it doesnt open until 2000hrs (8pm) too late if you have an early start.
Breakfast was expensive so we walked about 100m to a local bakery that served breakfast for about 5euro with coffee.
on arrivial neither room had AC that worked they bought us the control units later? No sure if they try to save money or what cant be a istake when more then one room had no controller.

Broken tiles in bathroom, nasty carpets in th room, super soft bed. Horrible pillows.

Has everything you need but needs updating.

The staff at the reception was friendly. However the hotel has not been updated and does defenetly not look like a 4 star hotel.
The sauna and the turkish bath were out of order.
The pool was open and had a stunning view (mountains).
Not sure if I would return there in the future.

My family and I (2 x children; 6 and 8) just stayed the one night and it was easy and nice. The room was simple but clean and quiet.
The lady on reception was lovely and helpful.
The car park was quite tight to park in, but priced about right. The family room with 2 double beds was a little small with not much room, but manageable for 1 or 2 nights.
The location is just one street away from the main shopping strip so not as central as some of the others, or the name suggests.

The hotel is ideally located in the center of Andorra la Vella and most things are within walking distance. The service is friendly and there is a car park.

The only thing that was not so great was that the hotel was very noisy in the morning and you could hear everything through the walls in the hotel room. So if you wish to sleep in a bit, you will not be too happy.

The Andorra Center Hotel

Hotel is fairly centrally located close to all amenities. The reception is what anyone would expect for a 4* rating. There is a gift shop selling quality jewellery and watches to souvenirs etc. The staff were helpful, although I found their English rather limited. The rooms are reasonably well equipped. Clean, plenty of bedding and hanging space. Could do with a few more power points though. Bathroom very good . However, the only negative comment I would make is that the swimming pool is rather run down in need of some maintenance and upgrading. The floor around the pool when wet has no non slip properties. The jacoozee is very good as are the steam and sauna rooms. The sun terrace is very is satisfactory. The gym is fairly well equipped for its size. Free Wi Fi is a bonus open network with password access. (Though not secure according to my computer warnings) Over all I would rate it at about 3.5 - 4.

The hotel is worn, the door and the windows in our room did not close tight. There was noice from both the street and the neighbors.
The bed was unconfortable, there was a bad smell in the room.
We asked for an iron and an ironboard, it was not possibill to borrow at the hotel.
The only possitiv we can say abaut the hotel is that they serve a good breakfast.
We can not recomment to stay in the hotel.

Dissapointing in all aspects

We booked one night as a part of a nice road-trip and the disappointments kept coming through the night.

Below are some of them

-poor service in the reception
-behind the curtains there were no windows in our room
- beds were very hard and no proper bed linen
- filthy mat
-no water pressure in the shower
-very poor insulation, I constantly woke up from neighbors showering, flushing the toilet or passing by in the corridor
-2 elevators for a 6 floor hotel! This was amazing, there were crowds in the stairway as people got tired of waiting for the elevator.
-the included breakfast turned out not to be included and this point we both (we had separate bookings) decided to leave the hotel immediately before it took more energy from our great vacation trip.

This is a very low standard hotel with primarily large kids family. Not exactly what I expected from what I paid and the 4stars.

Hotel Andorra Centre in key part of city

This hotel was in the best part of the city. The room was spacious and clean. The major problem was that the room air conditioning wasn't working and the staff didn't seem to be surprised - this problem was reported by others too. Unfortunately, this led (due to the temperature) of having to have the window open during the night which was very noisy - traffic noise, garbage collection, roosters crowing and dogs barking at 3 am.... very disturbed and unsettled sleep!

The breakfast was served in their underground restaurant and it was an extremely busy cafeteria-styled process... buffet style. The service and food was disappointing. We couldn't find coffee cups for our table and the food was so-so quality. Too much of a breakfast rush to process properly.

Other than the air conditioning/noise problem and food. A decent hotel close to the city action.

Check and make sure everything in the room is working properly upon arrival!

Being in the centre is all this hotel offers

Hotel was nice on first sight. No parking left in the hotels car park so be warned, phone before you arrive as parking is not so available in Andorra.
The hotel is clean and well situated in Andorra. Looks when entering are a little old but we were welcomed with a smile which is always nice.

The room was very big and had lots of light, The beds were clean and comfy to sleep on. However our room had extensive water damage so looked very ugly. The bathroom sis not have a shower curtain so the floor become like an aqua park (BE CAREFUL).

The restaurant was very old and offered only a buffet for dinner. This was most disappointing, there was very little selection and most meat seemed to have a lot of fat on it. The waiters/s were not too attentive either, they really were not interested in laying our table.

All in all this hotel is ok for a weekend if you intend to eat out. It has a roof top pool and minimal spa facilities. It however is not worthy of its 4 star rating. In my books 2-3 stars would be more like it. I have stayed in 2-3 star hotels that are more modern and offer better food.

Good Hotel at a good price

This is hotel is really clean, rooms were pretty nice and located close to the main shopping area. The Pyrenees shopping centre is about 300M away. The only thing people should know is that there is parking and the entrance is 40M before the hotel on the right 9Big P sign), we only found out when we asked...Need to get a swipe card.
Apart from that it was an enjoyable stay, make sure your A/C works as it can get pretty warm in the rooms.

il n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce qu'il n'y a pas de places de parking et qu'il faut aller à l'extérieur cela fait des frais en plus , car cher
de plus les chambres ont bruyantes, car la clim fait un bruit insupportable pour se reposer , et si on ouvre les feutres pour dormir contre la chaleur , la nuit les coque alentours ou les chiens aboient dès 4 ou 5h du matin

Hotel mal insonorisé, bruyant. On entend les voitures dans la rue et les voisins de chambre qui chahutent!
Les lits sont durs. La chambre vieillotte mais propre.
Hotel très bien situé près des commerces cependant le parking souterrain n’est pas à côté et vous devriez porter vos bagages !
Nous venions pour nous détendre et la piscine était fermée ! Ce n’était pas specifié lors de la réservation.
Le petit déjeuner est correct d’autant plus qu’il était compris dans la réservation.

Nos gustó mucho cojimos dos habitaciones para mis hijos y mi pareja una habitación al lado de la otra super bien una cama super grande tele grande y baño super bienesymos muy contentos el bufet es sencillo pero bastante bien tdopd la cómoda también ....la verdad que quedamos muy contentos.tos lo recomiendo
