Horrible, Shower was not working properly and the shower head was broken, called ahead to make sure we could get to the ski station quickly, they lied about that closest one was 49 min away. They didn’t even add the ski and gear rental like requested, they also said they offered this when it was a lie. They also lied about parking availability and called ahead to confirm this. The electric plugs in the room didn’t even work so I could charge any of my devices. What a joke of a hotel and service. Horrible experience.

Stating that the rooms are air conditioned is a lie! The control is with the hotel, and in winter months the conditioner only heats the room, so if it's a warm week they tell you open the window or check out without refund! (Without you mentioning the check out)

The hotel is excellent and in a good position. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the breakfast, we understood that due to COVID restrictions the buffet breakfast was not possible and the food had to be served to us, but even the cooked food was not very hot which was due to the circumstances not the hotel's fault.

Stayed for a few days over new year Eve. The hotel was clean and the bed actually was pretty good. Would have liked a more full complement of toiletries if I'm being picky. Breakfast was pretty basic and the same each day we were there.Good location for walking into town.

Was such a great experience in golden tulip fenix. Hotel was clean and great location. Above all, staff were really nice. Especially celeste. Celeste is the kindest person I have ever seen!! She is so helpful and generous. She made sure that we had the best stay and made a call for the bus company to change the schedule for us. I would love to go back to andorra and stay again at golden because of Celeste. Thank you!!

Wotif advised on their billing that a New Years Eve Dinner was included as part of the price but this was not the case. We had to find another New Years Eve event that cost us 380 Euro for four people. Wotif left us thinking we had an event booked and essentially left us out of pocket .

The hotel is just out of the main strip but everything in Andorra is a 10 minute walk anyway..
Its a big room with a good bathroom and shower. decor could use an update. parking for 20EUR under the hotel is reasonable.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at the Golden Tulip. The hotel is very nice and clean, with a beautiful, modern lobby, a nice restaurant attached, well-appointed rooms, and an indoor pool & sauna (available to use for a small price). You can easily walk anywhere in the city in just a few minutes. I would gladly stay here again!

Very nice hotel and pleasant stay

Golden Tulip is conveniently located at the end of the main shopping street and short walk to Caldea SPA. The hotel is quite modern and very clean. Soft fluffy towels but no body lotion. Staff is very friendly and pleasant. Only when asked to call back to confirm anything, wouldn't do so. Probably too busy, but all requests fulfilled. Breakfast is ok. Free coffee and some snacks provided in the lobby. Transfers to the ski lifts are available, but the bookings are total waste of time - the drive (very nice) but speaks no English and has no list of bookings. So you could just turn up and take a seat, i.e. first come first served basis. There are ski lockers in the garage.
Overall, enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Check-in was with a guy who was rude because he couldn't find the booking, and he wanted my card as a security to charge me the next day just in case I show him many times that the booking was paid in full, with a different sentences from the e-mail that hotels.com sent me, but it wasn't the worst part of the story... I decided to use the parking and next day when I went to picked up my car, the guy who is looking after the parking approached me asking me if I don't know how to read... Because I park in a reserved place, if he would have asked me I could have answered him that his colleague in the reception gave me this instruction... It was a bit experience being honest... Services wise... Even with this the following day the girls in reception they were helpful making me feel that my bad experience is maybe only because of the guys that were working this day...

I don't understand why one should work in a hotel if one finds dealing with guests an annoyance.

The hotel is satisfactory in terms of comfort, but no place for a holiday.
And forget about sleeping in: room doors can only be slammed shut, so you'll be hearing your neighbours' doors slamming away all morning (possibly evening, top, although we got there late, so we were spared that).

No Wifi in rooms, only Ethernet: reception did lend an Ethernet cable, but the Internet did not work in the rooms.

O que precisa melhorar muito é a equipe da recepção, quem nos atendeu uma rapaz de barba muito frio, indiferente, zero informações, nem se quer nos mostrou o elevador, finalizou o atendimento e deu as costas, minha filha que perguntou onde era o elevador para ir para o apartamento! No segundo dia qd fui tomar café da manhã, eu estava colocando café na xícara em uma máquina qd de repente veio uma funcionária loira, com maior grosseira, baixou o suporte onde sai o café, sem se quer pedir licença! Bem grossa essa senhora

Difficultés au moment de l'accueil (pas de prise en compte des deux mails de réservation d'une place de parking en sous-sol - j'avais pourtant précisé que je venais avec un Q7 - et manque d'amabilité de la personne à l'accueil), difficultés pour faire entendre au réceptionniste que ça allait être compliqué de pouvoir se garer avec des places aussi exigües.
Coté chambre, un seul oreiller très plat par personne et pas d'autres disponibles dans la chambre, donc très mauvaises nuits.
Vous avez dit surclassement ? chambre au 5ème étage avec deux velux en guise de fenêtre... bravo !!
Pour le petit déjeuner, c'était par contre très bien.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre.
Seuls bémols : la chaleur dans la chambre nous avons été obligé d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour rafraîchir la pièce durant la nuit. Les chambres côté cours intérieure manquent de luminosité.
Le parking de l’hôtel est très cher : 24€ pour la nuit
Un parking à 200m m’a coûté 11€ de 21h à 11h

No suelo opinar por estos medios, pero en esta ocasión me decido por mi mala experiencia. He salido del hotel lavándome como los gatos porque no hay agua caliente. Puedo entender que es un problema puntual o avería, pero llamo a recepción a las 8 de la mañana y me indican que están cargando el agua de caldera que se ha gastado. En 5 o 10 minutos me puedo duchar. Bueno me molesta pero espero. Salgo a las 10 de la mañana del hotel sin poder ducharme y asearme. La explicación ya es que han tenido un problema y piden disculpas, pero no fueron capaces de llamar a la habitación para indicarlo. Como ya estoy un poco enfadado por este tema, también comentaré las carreras y voces de los niños por los pasillos, que no me molesta habitualmente y entiendo que es la semana blanca y son niños. Pero en esta ocasión me molesta por el conjunto de situaciones.

Très bon séjour. La chambre est spacieuse, jolie et propre, et notre demande d'un grand lit a été respectée. Un double vitrage aux fenêtres très appréciable car ça donnait sur la rue. Très appréciable également le côté privatif de l'accès à la piscine et au sauna : il faut réserver son heure.
L'hôtel est proche de tout : commerces, boutiques, Caldea, sorties : bars musicaux, bowling...
Seul bémol, tous les parkings sont payants et nous avons trouvé que celui de l'hôtel est trop cher (nous ne l'avons pas pris).

Nous avons réservé une chambre PMR en pensant que l'hôtel était accessible en fauteuil roulant,l’hôtel indique disposait de parking qu'il faut voir sur place.
à notre arrivée je ne pouvais pas accéder à la réception puisqu'il y avait des escaliers.
Mon épouse est allé à la réception, pas de place de parkings disponibles pour un PMR, ll fallait se débrouiller tout seul. place de parking disponible à 100 m avec une pente pour rejoindre l'hôtel
Déclassement de la chambre avec baignoire Balnéo pour une chambre PMR avec douche mais pas de réduction de prix, j'attends le retour de la direction

L’hôtel n'est pas réellement accessible par rapport à ce qui est annoncé sur le site, il faut avoir de bon bras pour accéder.
à la fin nous avons appris qu'il y avait un accès par la rue piétonne , non accessible en voiture
On parle d'inclusivité et d'accessibilité mais on en est loi
En plus nous avons remarqué que le sommier était usé, pas de changement malgré notre signalement

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité de Caldea et sur le haut de l'avenue commerçante d'Andorra la Vella. Il permet de passer un bon séjour en Andorre. L'agencement des chambres pourrait être optimiser car le coin bureau n'est pas très pratique. Sinon le restaurant de Tapas est très bon et finalement accessible. Reste un prix de parking élevé à 26€/nuit mais garage pratique car accessible par ascenseur. Proximité d'autres lieux de stationnement néanmoins, mais tous payants comme partout ou presque en Andorre.

Mejor de lo esperado

Basada en los comentarios que había leído, no me esperaba un hotel tan bueno, decía que era viejo y no lo es, que la atención era mala y no lo es. Por el contrario nos pareció una atención muy amable en la recepción y en el restaurante. Las habitaciones fueron súper cómodas y de buen tamaño. La limpieza muy buena. La ubicación excelente para ir a Caldea o recorrer la calle de tiendas y compras. También muy bien ubicados para hacer el free tour desde el puente de París. La comida del restaurante es súper gourmet, fue una buena experiencia ver la decoración esmerada de los platos y probar los sabores exquisitos, sin embargo no es una bueno opción si tienes mucha hambre porque las porciones son diminutas. El lobby es muy acogedor y las instalaciones están bien conservadas. Es una buena opción de hospedaje en Andorra.

Las instalaciones estan muy bien, el servicio es muy amable pero creo que podrian mejorar la limpieza en las habitaciones. No soy la clase de huesped que deje todo tirado ni que sea muy exigente pero en el baño no lo limpian solo cambian las toallas y sacan la basura.. estoy acostumbrada a una limpieza mas profunda en otros hoteles, pero por lo demas me parece bastante recomendable.

Lo que no nos gustó fue el desayuno, por tema covid te lo servían en la mesa y la verdad es que ponían gran cantidad pero la calidad no era la esperada por el precio que hacen pagar. Parte de la reposteria no era del dia (dura) y el pan seco. Volvería a alojarme en el hotel pero no desayunaría allí.

El hotel es cómodo y en una zona céntrica. La habitación es relativamente pequeña. No podemos llamar a una piscina con un chorro de agua un SPA.

Roof top muy recomendable

Excelente hotel por su ubicación y sobretodo por el servicio y atención. Muy recomendable el nuevo roof top para cenar o tomar una copa después de un día de excursión o compras! Muy recomendable. De hecho, después de muchos años pernoctando en otro hotel, me cambio al Golden Tulip.

Habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias

Hotel muy bien situado. Cómodo, habitación amplia, baño completo, medidas de higiene por todo el hotel, personal muy amable, desayuno completo y muy variado, fantástica piscina y terraza con chillout muy recomendable. Siempre repetimos.
