Booked a room with one single bed on expedia, upon checking in i was told the room has two separate beds, and i had to pay some 30€ extra for a room with double bed, which i did, when i checked into the room i found two beds joined together., i could have done the same myself with the first room. It was a cheap move from the hotel receptionist. Otherwise, tge room was clean, quiet, specious, and the hotel was very well located meters away from the shopping scene.

My only complaint about this property was trying to access the parking. If you are staying here and driving. Contact the hotel and have them send you the photo directions. If you miss the road to park, there is no place to stop in front of the hotel and then you have to make another big loop around while navigating a million roundabouts and pedestrians everywhere.

Also close to public transportation options to visit the beautiful valleys and villages beyond the capital city. My room was huge, on the top floor, and had a massive terrace overlooking the river. It was fantastic! I loved it, and would happily stay here again. I didn’t eat breakfast at the property, so can't speak to that. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Lovely friendly staff. Access is difficult, cases have to be carried up steps to reception. Our rooms were huge and spotless, however lacking basic amenities. Great time was had by all our family, Andorra is a truly wonderful place.

Unfortunately, the aircon worked sporadically and broke down completely the night before we checked out and it was too late to have it fixed. Other reviews have covered the difficulties with finding the parking, and they were correct. (Watch the video they send and read their instructions carefully. You end up, believe it or not, a few steps away from the hotel entrance.) I would add that the parking structure is very narrow and the up ramp is also the down ramp for exit but is not marked as such. All spaces are narrow. Parking here is not for the faint-hearted.
