Location: Well located in the centre of town and all the shopping and restaurants are a very short walk. Hotel: Very clean and modern. Quiet rooms that are spacious. Great breakfast included. Rooms: Very nice. Had roʻm with balcony which was nice. Room had plenty of space, very madern. Bathroom was large. Staff: Great and helpful especially when pro iding assistance to access the car elevator to thw parking. I would certainly stay here again.

The staff was excellent as usual! The rooms were very warm making it a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. Unfortunately, La Vella has a lot of construction going on now. Even more unfortunate is that there is big project right next to this hotel which made it very noisey from early in the morning until way into the night.

The hotel has a beautiful and innovative design. The rooms are large compared to most European hotels and the bathtub and shower offer next level discs and comfort. the hotel is in the heart of a downtown shopping district and is surrounded by good restaurants and just about everything you’d need.

A construction site is in progress next to hotel. A new museum is building and with noisy and dusty until 8:00pm from Monday to Friday. Hotel know this and so sell their room without the choice of refund option. Hotel will send you an email one day before your arrival . A little bit dishonest . I advise hotel to lower the price and compensate for this situation. eg free breakfast or something else. otherwise you lost a lot of reputation.

Wanted to pop into Andorra for one night when we were vacationing in Spain. I liked that this hotel had its own parking but when we put in the gps coordinates for the hotel it led us to the public parking instead and we parked there. There is hotel-specific parking but it was less convenient. The hotel itself was nice. The bathroom was its own pod and the toilets and shower were separate pods within that pod. The riom also had a large closet with a two-sided mirror. Our room had a balcony that provided a good view of the main avenue and the mountains in the background.

the staff and property were excellent. How ever there is currently construction ongoing next door to the hotel.
At the time of our stay they were driving foundation rods
during the daylight hours. This made it very noisy in and around the hotel. Otherwise I would return or recommend this this hotel

Great staff, anything we asked for they helped us with immediately. We had them help us make a phone call to a horseback riding place that didn’t speak English.

Cool modern hotel room and bathroom.

There was construction noise outside, but this whole city is growing and under construction, so I cant blame them for that. Noise doesn’t start until 800am, so get moving and go sightseeing.

Highly recommend.

A major construction project right next to this hotel. Construction starts at 0630 and continues until about 2000. The noise is lessened with a closed window, but the room overheats because it is impossible to turn off the heater. The air conditioning is not yet functioning. The hotel staff is unhelpful.
Breakfast has a small selection. Poached eggs came almost raw. (fried and scrambled eggs were better).
Maintenance enters a room without warning, goes away and leaves the door completely open.
The sliding glass doors in the room for the bathroom and balcony are very heavy and fast. They could easily be a hazard especially for children.
The bathrooms have an usual design that is spacious and includes a jetted bath.
The closet is almost impractical with its mirrors and heavy glass doors.
The hotel has 4 nespresso capsules per stay. (Two of these are decaf and the front desk is loathe to exchange them for the caffenated cspsules.
And, the television would not power on.

Chic hotel in a great location

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Starc for three nights in April 2024. The Hotel is great, modern, and perfectly located in the city center, overlooking the main shopping street (though major construction next door during our visit meant we had to walk around the construction site – not a big deal). The room was very modern and had everything we needed. The bathroom was amazing; I think the hotel designer was obsessed with bathrooms! It seems the bathroom was designed, and then the room was built around it. The parking is expensive - €30/night – and it is a little difficult to enter/exit using a very small vehicle lift. However, all the parking in the city costs on average €25/night, even the open ones. It was therefore worth it for the security and convenience. All-in-all, we liked the hotel and would stay there again.

Fridge not working

Location was great, but customer service is disappointing. We stayed in a fairly large room, with good amenities, except for the non-working fridge. It's literally just a box. We informed the front desk and housekeeping that the fridge was not working ~ it's not cooling at all, literally just a box of warm air, which is surprising given that it's a minibar with sodas and other drinks to sell. You'd basically get lukewarm soda. They said all of the refrigerators are programmed like that, which I thought was a cop-out. They just didn't want to fix or replace it. It was very inconvenient because we wanted to keep our water and other drinks cold. They also didn't have any ice machine, so no luck there either. Oh and there's also no coffee/tea-making equipment on your own. They must really want you to avail of their breakfast, for an extra fee, of course. They didn't seem bothered by the issue at all, which is off-putting. We stayed there for 7 nights, which had I not prepaid, we'd be happy to have stayed somewhere else.

It was hard to find this hotel when coming by car. Cellular internet in Andorra don’t really work so GPS was misleading us. When trying to call front desk no one picked up a phone.
Once we located the property we were welcomed by staff that could barely speak any english and was hard to communicate.
PARKING is a bit difficult and if I knew this I wouldn’t stayed here. What they DON’T tell you and don’t put online is that you have to self park in elevator that takes you then to a garage. I was VERY uncomfortable with this. For measurements purposes I was with Alfa Stelvio that barely fit the elevator front and back and side wise. Talking about inches of space. But getting in was way easier than getting out as the space in garage is too small. Took us 15 min to park in the elevator and get out.
Rooms are very big, I liked the balcony. Chairs would be nice to have so you can actually sit and not just stand on the balcony.
Simple cheap slippers for the bathroom would also be nice. And a coffee machine. Even much cheaper hotels have them.
Hotel is generally very clean, on a great location. I just think staff should get better training in hospitality and it they don’t speak english remove that from your listing.

We got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes before maintenance team was able to open the doors and let us out. The lights in our bathroom would not turn off, we ended up sleeping with them on and requested maintenance to fix it the next morning, which they did (involved rewiring the circuit in the breaker box in the room). The in-room lighting controls are extremely confusing and stressful to use. There is a quite a bit of noise from the masses of shoppers surrounding the hotel (it is in the middle of a shopping center). Beyond those issues, the room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and courteous. We ate at their upscale restaurant Coure and the food was amazing.

Amazing hotel! Great location. It’s just opened few weeks ago, everything still have “new smell”. Loved it and recommend it, especially if they will be able to keep the price range (around 100-120 euro per night)

Der er god lydisolering mod naboer og gaden (i hvert fald på bagsiden af hotellet, hvor vi boede).

Men værelsesdøren er meget tynd og med en stor sprække nederst. Så der kommer meget larm fra gangen.

Desuden har alle værelser et \"walk in closet\", hvor døren knirker voldsomt - noget der kan høres i alle de tilstødende værelser (over, under og ved siden af). Så er man uheldig at bo ved nogen, som skal tidligt op, vågner man også selv tidligt.

Værelset var også meget varmt - og det var ikke muligt at få en lavere temperatur med aircon'en.

Endelig bliver værelserne også sprøjtet med en perfume, der lugter kraftigt af kokos. Så hvis man har parfume-allergi - eller bare ikke kan lide lugten - er det ikke rart.

Beliggenheden for hotellet er god - lige ved indkøbsgaden.

Morgenmaden er også fin.

Es una muy buena opción para pasar unos días en Andorra tanto si el plan es esquiar como shopping ya que está cerca de todos los servicios, comercios, restaurantes, parkings etc
El hotel es muy bonito y las habitaciones y baños también amplios. Quizás un detalle tonto pero estaría bien que pusieran zapatillas de baño ya que el suelo del baño es de mármol y aunque no está muy frío si puede resultar en un resbalón tonto al salir de la bañera o ducha.
El personal muy amable.

Lleguemos allí, y la habitación que habíamos pagada y reservada no la tenían disponible, la solución que nos dieron fue que pagáramos un hotel mas caro o que nos buscáramos nosotros el hotel y ellos nos invitaban a un refresco cuando ellos mismos asumieron la responsabilidad de haberse equivocado.

Por lo que tengo entendido cuando pasan estas cosas el hotel tiene que asumir el cargo (la diferencia)
De lo pagado a lo que te piden en otro hotel o sino ofrecerte aunque sea una habitación de gama superior o inferior ya que aquí yo y mi pareja no teníamos culpa de su error.

Total que muy mala gestión por parte del hotel.. Suerte que fuimos temprano a hacer el pre-cheking porque si nos llega a pasar a las 21h de la noche nos quedamos tirados i sin hotel por un fallo ajeno i sin solución por su parte.

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Sehr freundliches Personal, ein tolles Zimmer mit allem Komfort. Zudem hat das Hotel mit einem Parkhaus ein Arrangement, wo man vergünstigt parken kann, falls das eigene Parkhaus voll sein sollte. Es liegt in mitten der großen Fußgängerzone. Lediglich der für zwei Personen zu kleine Whirlpool und die quietschende Tür von dem Minibarschrank waren etwas unangenehm.

Excellent emplacement et possibilité de pouvoir garer sa voiture en sous sol.
Les moins : vitres tellement sales qu’on pouvait à peine voir à l’extérieur, est-ce dû à l’énorme chantier adjacent ?
Salle de petit dej sans charme, type salle de réunion, petit dej tout juste dans la moyenne pour le standing revendiqué.
Le personnel est impersonnel, dommage.
