This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in from the perspective of being super clean, inviting, and convenient. There wasn’t a speck of dust, really incredibly clean. Beds were very comfy, staff was super kind, the bartenders and servers were very friendly, even accommodated us making us crepes after hours. Wow! The location is so convenient, close to shopping and all other activities. The spa was nice. Front desk super friendly too. Highly recommend!

We had a very good stay at the Acta Art Hotel, the staff were very plesant and the hotel modern, clean and located in a very convenient position with handy parking in the local car park which offers a discount for Hotel residents. The Breakfast was equally very good too. All in all we will happily return.

Can’t wait to visit again

Really loved staying here, have said we would happily stay again.
Very convenient to the shoppings centre, lots of places to eat near by. 5-10 minute walk in the main area and you’ll find beautiful places by taking a 10-20 minute drive out.

Rooms were much bigger than we expected! 2 adults, 1 teen. We normally find the teen bed to be a small pull out. But she had a full double bed.

Breakfast was lovely, hotel was very very clean.
Unfortunately we didn’t get time to use the pool but I could see lots of guests heading there and back.

Two night trip to Andorra

The hotel is in a great central location in Andorra la Vella with the added bonus of access to an underground car park. Rooms are spacious and the communal areas are very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Service and food in the restaurant were excellent.

One of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in as someone who is used to more in the moderately priced hotels. Great value for USD. Spacious, clean, and well-appointed room. Was able to check in as soon as I walked from the bus station at about 13:30. Great location. Didn't check out the facilities but thought it was odd that there was no wall art in an \"Arthotel\".

Great location but need to improve toiletries

Great location in the centre. Rooms where big. The only disappointing aspect was the toiletries, they only provide a ‘gel and shampoo’ in one bottle which was one of the worst shampoos I’ve ever used. For a 4 star hotel I would have expected a separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash. When staying for one night you don’t want to bring such products with you. Hotels need to invest in a good quality shampoo for its guests. We ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner, the food was great especially the steak.

This hotel is perfectly located near the primary pintxos area and Parallel Metro station which has both the funicular and the two Metro lines that allow you to get to most of the tourist destinations. It is a small hotel with simple modern rooms. Don't go here if you are planning on living in the hotel, but if you are just using it as a base to see the city it is perfect.

Great Overnight in Andorra

Nice hotel with a great staff and really good restaurant. The rooms was larger than what we were expecting. Beds were comfortable. Only drawback is that the walls between rooms a bit thin

Well situated by bus station

Check in was swift and was offered a map and info on shopping. Got to our room and it was 2 single beds...not a romantic double. Too tired to ask for a change. Overlooked the busy street and parking lot. Nice area. Walked to Dali sculpture and good restaurant and Casa de la Vall. Pretty city.

Good location

Good location of hotel, excellent €9/person breakfast (and restaurant staff), amazing mountain view, but outside parking €14/day. Good spa for €9/person.
Recommendation for improvement: staff could offer a \"Welcome to Andorra!\" or if that´s too much, at least a smile!

Terrible Customer Service

I received appalling customer service from this hotel. Having accidentally booked for the wrong date, I contacted Hotels.com, who could clearly see it was a mistake as I had a booking in a different part of the country on the same date. They did what they could to help me, but the hotel refused to refund my night, or offer a reasonable change of date. They wanted to charge £120GBP on top of the room rate (£70) in order to change the date. Hotels.com then said I needed to contact the hotel direct, as they couldn't do any more. The booking was a month away. I emailed 5 times through hotels.com and their website and received no response, I messaged them on Instagram, got given a different email address, no response. Finally, 2 days before my booking someone replied, with a rude email saying I shouldn't have left it so late! And telling me I have to go back to hotels.com, and that I need to cancel my booking because they can't re-sell the room! No refund, or change of date option offered. Anyway, I would avoid this hotel, and instead stay at the Mola Park Atiram, where I had to make a last minute booking in place of this one.

room advertised didn't disappoint. we stayed in a suite and the private double spa bath was excellent. would return for the suite. carpark worked well, food nice. Few minor inconveniences with some staff, eg. reception staff nice but other staff, (housekeeping, catering, spa etc) some unprofessional behaviours that were slightly exasperating. Overall good stay.

Excellent Location (once I found it!) Friendly

Centrally positioned between the main shopping mall and the old otwn, right in the river that runs through the town. This makes a nice run in the mornings (although its uphill return). There is parking directly opposite the hotel. The rooms are quite simple but large, the bathrooms are a nice size. The buffet breakfast was quite reasonable for price. Front desk was very helpful with my luggage. I thnk this was a good value hotel.

Nice room but unreliable wifi

Spacious, clean room, only two gripes - wifi was hit and miss (had to use lobby to connect) and not able to cool room much as aircon not efficient, had to open the window to cool the room and that let all the street noise in. Otherwise had a good stay and a nice meal in restaurant.

Nice hotel that's just off the path

Spent a weekend in Andora with wife and son and found the Art Hotel to be a perfect place to stay. Our room for 3 was one of the biggest hotel rooms we have stayed in. The location was perfect and just off the main shopping street and across for a large public park. The staff were friendly and attentive. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent view, poorly managed.

Great location, nice view. We asked for a double-bed room and we got two single bed put together which was uncomfortable. The shower pole was unmounted from the wall. The internet kept signing us off and disconnected. We had to sign-in every time we needed to get online. Room service for a pot of hot water was asked 5 Euro. On the positive side, we checked in early and loved the view. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but poorly managed.

Amazing Hotel! Views are just spectacular! I stayed on top floor overseeing mountains and rapid brook - beautiful. On the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had in my life with unlimited wine and champagne. Exquisite and inexpensive restaurant downstairs. Located 5 minutes walk from the center and bus stop. Mark (gentleman at the front desk) was very helpful. Price was very low for the quality and service.

Highly recommend to everyone and will definitely stay again. Look at my pictures & enjoy your stay!

Great place. Outside parking (across road) for motorbike. Friendly staff. Unfortunately at check out they tried to charge us for a meal in the restaurant we didn't have( late drinks only!!) Mistakes happen so would return again.

clean smart modern new looking hotel

close to center and shopping, very clean, great beds, nice. Only downside was poor soundproofing of room, we clearly heard our next door neighbor snoring through the night. Otherwise very nice, and good value.

A simple clean hotel close to the city centre

A simple modern hotel which is located in the centre of the town. The shopping district is a 5 minute walk. The room we had was huge for Euro standards, but a bit spartan. Requested a double bed and got two single beds pushed together.

The bathroom was huge but simple, hotel branded products looked cheap, but did the job. Why not work with a local brand of body care products to promote the area? You are a hotel business, not a cosmetic company.

Lastly, the over-zealous cleaning lady cleaned out our rubbish bin, but also threw out a product box on the floor containing sports accessories and receipts. A little but more care with customer's possessions would have been appreciated. No recompensation offered.

Good hotel

The location is very convenient (but I assume most hotels are in Andorra de Villa). It is very close to both bus stations, and sans snow are an easy walk with luggage. The major shopping area was a relaxing stroll along the river.

The room was spacious and there were good toiletries etc.

Staff were lovely and helpful.

Fine dining in Andorra

When you enter the hotel, the quality and style of the reception lobby projects the image of a three star hotel, however once beyond the reception the experience is all four star as rated. The room sizes are very generous by European standards and the room comfort is excellent.

However, but far and way the single reason for staying at the hotel is the dining experience at the Plato Restaurant.
The food was absolutely delightful. It was the finest hotel dining experience and in my opinion would complete with any 5 star hotel. Make sure you ask for the Crepe Suzette. It's preparation is an experience not to be missed.
